Absolutely perfect! Exceptional little boutique hotel overlooking the Caldera right next to two chapel domes. Kostas was an exceptional host. Immediately told us all the things that we needed to see and helped outline an itinerary. Right on the edge of Fira within very close walking distance to parking. The hotel is perfectly located to walk into all the shops and restaurants but close enough to the edge of town that you can get out easily without fighting the traffic. The room was perfect for two people. The beds were very comfortable and accommodations very updated. The rooms have the Cycladic design and were very nice. The view from just outside our room was a picture. Perhaps my favorite memory will be waking up to a wonderful breakfast every morning and sitting on the bench table and looking out over the ocean. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it!

It WAS SO PERFECT! It’s walking distance to the sights. Restaurants ‘ Shopping. The room was Specious & clean. The staff was wonderful. Friendly & very knowledgeable. Best of all wax that our room had a semi-private Balcony overlooking the bay with a Fantastic sunset View. There was also a separate, exclusive guest only (room key accessible), ROOF-TOP. shaded, dining, sitting, byob cocktail, spectacular viewing area. The staff also had terrific recommendations & arranged for our sailing tour sound the island. The staff met us at our cab stop & CARRIED OUR LUGGAGE to & From the room. No issues at all with the steps concerning luggage.

There are step stairs to & from the place. Very manageable but older couples or people with walking issues must be careful. Again, the staff carried our suitcases & last at our at our drop-off and pick-up location.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Waking up to the beautiful view and watching the sun set was a treat. Close to the centre and the bus station was very helpful and was quiet enough to sleep peacefully. The suites were clean and the host Fanis was very friendly and hospitable.

The rooms were not as displayed in the pictures on booking.com and I was expecting something else. The room was very small and dark and the bathroom not the best as I prefer a more modern look but was stocked up and did the job. The host explained that all rooms with the sea view were similar in size and decor in the area. The bathroom door didn’t close so was unable to lock it when in use.

Location was amazing - close to fira center and very close to shops, buses, and restaurants. Public buses also go via fira bus stop which was very close. The room itself was so cute within the caves kind of feeling, had a jetted tub and really comfortable bed and sofas. Lots of space. The owner was very considerate and respectful and helpful. Breakfast was included and quite a decent option. The view from the balcony area (not in the room but just outside) was absolutely amazing, and we got a view of the sunset everyday. We also had another balcony space to sit with more folks and had even more height and a great place to spend time with friends and enjoy a great view and a great weather.

Greece overall isn't great at cleaning dust - the seats with the cushions that dont have replaceable cloth were dusty and I am sensitive to old dust and had some reaction to that. This was only the cushioned seats - bed and other linen was super clean. The room didn't have closeable door to the bedroom or even to the bath area with the jetted tub - so was a bit difficult to manage with a teenage son and we had specifically booked for a couple and a 17 year old child.

Excellent view. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and massive breakfast included. Nespresso machine and bottled water in the room. Less than 5 minute walk to the bus station. Possible to get cocktails and food from next door restraint served on your balcony.

I stayed at Aroma suites for 4 days with my sister. It was absolutely amazing! Very safe, clean, great food, magical views and the most amazing staff. Fannis took great care of us and all the guests, he was extremely helpful and welcoming. All staff members helped with anything we needed and made our stay extremely smooth. It was so comfortable to walk home at any point from the centre of fira and welcomed at the hotel. Every morning, the breakfast options were very varied with fresh toasts, cakes, juice, coffee, eggs, bread, fruits, yoghurt or salad. Very filling, healthy and yum! Fannis was also very helpful and recommended amazing places to us to visit during our stay. Great value for money and wish we could stay there for a lot longer. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend staying here for great location, views and the perfect experience.

The location, atmosphere, the staff and hospitality, breakfast. We were there in mid November during the off season. With far less people compared to the peak season, everywhere was so picture perfect. Aroma Suites is located super convenient, still a hideaway, quiet, literally you are staying in one of the cave houses. The places are maintained well, clean, Costas and the staff are very friendly. Please make sure to get a ride from the airport through Costas before arrival. It costs 30 Euros, but it's no hassle to worry about going steps up and down. The driver carries luggage all the way to your room.

The bed wasn't firm enough for us. It could be fine for others. The breakfast was individually served which was great but way too much for us. We felt bad that the food got wasted.

Fabulous location close to centre of Fira. Amazing views of the Caldera from our shared terrace and could see sunset from there. Superbly equipped cave style room with lovely shower. Not too many steps to contend with compared to other accommodation and a couple of good tavernas almost next to the suites. The owner was amazing, met us from the taxi which he arranged,even carried my small suitcase. The breakfast exceeded our expectations so much food again served on the terrace except the morning it was raining when it was brought to the room. Fridge, safety deposit box, coffee maker and kettle and larger cups were brought to the room on request. Faultless. Accompanied us to the return taxi which has to wait a very short walk away from the suites when we left. Would definitely return

We loved it all

Costas (property manager) was excellent. Very responsive and communicated well with me through bookings.com or Whatsapp. Help arrange dinners as well as catamaran excursion which was amazing! The view from this property is absolutely stunning. No need to go anywhere except your balcony or hot tub to experience an amazing sunset. The kids loved the upstairs loved two twin beds which had a beautiful view as well.

The only thing that could make this property better would be some shade on the patio area (umbrella) and if the main bedroom had a door (vs. being open). That being said, it was still a wonderful experience!

The view was unbeatable and Costas was the best host. He treated us like visiting family - greeting us and helping decide what to do and then arranging everything for us. He walked us to our meeting point for our transfers and for our catamaran trip and was very helpful. Breakfast was served on our balcony every morning when we wanted it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was in a great location right in town but very quiet.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Just be prepared that it is quite small so better to not have too much luggage.
