The pool was fantastic! Large in size for Santorini and crystal clear. Deck chairs were numerous and good quality along with the pool towels. A great view of the Caldera. Fantastic support from the staff to carry your suitcases up and down the 145 steps. We'll done fellas. A really good breakfast spread: Eggs, bacon, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, stewed fruit, fresh fruit, a wide range of Greek pastries. The list goes on!

Our room 207 was disappointing. Room 206 and 208 had couches and a jug. We had neither, yet our room was the same rate. Photographs on booking.com support the theory of couches in rooms, so disappointing having nothing to sit on of comfort. The interior of the room was bland and lacked personality. On the edge of Fira, the view lacks the night lights and wonderful white dwellings that more central accommodation can offer. This view is what Santorini is known for, so keep this in mind when booking. Tzekos Village overlooks black volcanic landscape only.

Very good hotel in terms of price-quality. Perfect location: just several minute walk from the bus station, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, amazing photo spots just a few steps down the same tiny street. Please, do not waste your time on that main "upper" walking street (unless you like that crazy tourist buzz), instead just walk that same street to the left from the hotel and you will see iconic old churces, cozy villas and all those doors to the sea-and-sun - the real charm of Fira! But back to hotel. We had a triple room with volcano view, with comfy beds and four windows (five actually, one more in the bathroom, so even taking the shower was with Caldera view!) Spaceous terrace. Good breakfast, we loved to finish it with their traditional baklava. But what makes a real difference in this hotel is the pool! The views are just stunning, those rocks and ships under your feet... There is also a bar with drinks and snacks, and a smiling man ready to help (overall, the staff is very friendly), a lot of sunbeds, fresh towels, and calm music. Steps? Not a problem at all, we took them as a part of a landscape. Overall, the hotel added to our unforgettable experience with Santorini - would highly recommend!

The only minus was since our room (306) was right under reception/breakfast terrace, moving chairs upstairs made that unpleasant grinding sound over our ceiling, a bit disturbing, so we kindly advised the management to consider the idea of using those small silicone covers for the chair legs. But that was the only minus, the rest was just great!

The room, the view from the balcony, the hot tub, it was absolutely amazing and took some nice pictures too :D They also provide a porter to help bring your luggage to the room (very useful given the stairs)

The walk to the main road is a bit tiring with the stairs but it is a price to pay for this amazing view. The breakfast could have been a little more diversified but overall it was ok.

Too many steps to negotiate up and down each day for older people. Site does not explain that. We expected stairs in Santorini of course but 155 steps was a lot each day

View and location were just perfect. The room was fine but would have been more comfortable with the bedroom on the same level as the rest of the room (had to climb a set of stairs which was not easy if you needed to get up in the night. Breakfast was much better than we expected.

Bed location (see above) Although this didn't directly effect us I thought it a bit petty not allowing your own snacks and drink in the pool area considering the price we paid for a room.

Fantastic position, clean and specious rooms with all necessary facilities. Beautiful view from room and balcony and spa on balcony made stay really enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast bar had a good choice and variety. We had a late flight so they offered to look after suitcases and to use swimming pool. Friendly staff that help to carry our suitcases on arrival and departure.

Be ready for stairs but that’s Santorini in general.

The location is great with valcano view. Sunset view near by the hotel is amasing. We can walk through the route seeing different hotels , restaurants along the hillside. All surroundings amase us. The staffs welcome us with smile & good service. They are ready to assist us when request for anything. We really appreciate them. GOOD JOB. Just one comment, they should provide us drinking water for complimentary. We have to buy drinking water everyday. Anyway, we might not understand the culture of Santorini as it is island .. water may be precious thing. However, you can include drinking water cost in the hotel room rate. This will let customers feel better. Thank you.

The WOW factor of the sunset from your very own balcony was priceless. Staff were very accommodating particularly in helping with the luggage. Rooms clear and comfortable.

We travelled with our aunt, who unfortunately broke her ankle just before we arrived. There are lots of steps to the property, but the views are sensational. A lovely man met us at the top of the hill & carried our luggage. Anastasia, in reception from the moment we arrived, was an absolute godsend. She could not do enough for us. I travel a lot but I have never experienced such warm & helpful staff. She advised where we could bring my aunt to the beautiful village of Kamari, where my aunt could enjoy some shopping as the ground is level. She recommended restaurants & we got to bring her to the beach. Our room, wow the view. I've never seen anything like it. The room was beautiful, clean, and bright, and the beds were so comfortable. The shower was incredible with a small window view that was breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from, and again, the view was just spectacular. The location is absolutely perfect. You are literally beside everything. I can not recommend this accommodation enough. I travel regularly, but I've never experienced anything like the treatment we received here. It was a 5 star experienced. Again, a special thanks to the beautiful Anastasia for her help & kindness. We will definitely be returning
