The staff is outstanding. Each and everyone were really good. The hotel manager is also a presence all day long, talking to the guests etc, that’s where service is excellent.

The facilities are not the best

The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. They even gave us a free upgrade to a room overlooking the caldera! The breakfast was also really great - it was small but had really good selection. They also helped us organize our tour around Santorini - which I highly recommend! Chrisitiana was so gracious to help us arrange all of this and she also helped us retrieve the luggage we lost at the airport. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom could use a renovation I think. Although the room feels new, the bathroom facilities like the bath and it's sliding doors feel a little dated. It was kind of far from the main area of Fira and was a little difficult walking back at night since the road didn't really have a proper pedestrian lane or good lighting. Would have appreciated if the hotel had some sort of shuttle/golf cart service even to just the fira bus stop.

We loved the hospitality and all the staff were so cooperative. We were well-informed about everything. We enjoyed the continental buffet breakfast. The swimming pool was temperature-controlled. The weather was windy and cold. The warm water in the pool was soothing and it worked best for us. Also, received a complimentary facial from the hotel:)

Due to the bad weather, we were inside the hotel for 2 days. We were looking for an option to spend time. The gym and play area were excellent. We also enjoyed the steam bath. The sauna was not working and we could not use the facility. However, if the sauna was in working condition, Majestic hotel deserves to get out of out marks.

This Hotel was Great. The staff was wonderful starting even before we arrived, by reaching out and extending certain courtesies to us. They were always available to answer questions. They went above and beyond expectations and ensured everyone felt welcome. The front desk staff were very informative; the pool, bar, and meal staff bent over backwards to ensure your every need was met, they were able to pre-place what you needed before you ask for it, and just ensure you have the best holiday/vacation. Their staff even carried your luggage to your room and from your room upon check out. This was some of the best service we have ever received overall. The service combined with the beautiful view, game room, spa and two pools were just what we needed and well worth the money. They have our HIGHEST Recommendation.

Our vacation had to end !!

We are leaving after 6 days at the Majestic Hotel. I must tell you about the excellent treatment we received at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with chilled cherry juice, the hotel manager Elleny came to introduce herself. The charming Anastasios accompanied us until we settled into the rooms for the weeks we wanted. Spacious and comfortable rooms were arranged for us since there were very elderly and disabled people with us. The treatment was excellent, and always with a smile and willingness to help as best they could. We received everything we asked for, even if it was late. The breakfast is great, there is everything you need and more. The waiters Doretta and Shamir always ask and are interested in whether you need anything else. I have been to many hotels in the world and have never experienced such personal and good treatment. If you can give a score higher than 10, then they definitely deserve it. The lifeguard at the pool, Nikos, is very kind and always asks and is interested in the guests. The girls at the reception Mariam&Sindi are so cheerful and help as best they can. The pool area is very nice as well.

A bit far from city center if you don't like to walk for 10-15 minutes

Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options for vegetarians which is brilliant. They would include something different to breakfast each day and people could place an order for something that was not at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast accommodates for everyone as they had alternatives such as almond milk for vegans etc. The main pool is nice and big. 24 hour reception which is very helpful. Games room is great included a pool table, table football and an air hockey table. Location is good with amazing views for sunset and a 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Fira away from the crowds. Option to use the gym and spa facilities. They gave a complimentary facial which adds a nice touch.

The property was in a great location - situated in walking distance. But honestly, it was the employees! From check-in to check-out, the staff were beyond exceptional! They went out of their way to assist with excursions, spa treatments, etc. I can't commend them enough!

The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The pool area was fantastic, with a great atmosphere thanks to the lifeguard, who really made it feel welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The gym and games room were also great features!

The shower would get extremely hot for a few seconds every 30 or so seconds. A couple of times, we returned to find the terrace door unlocked after housekeeping, even though we’d locked it — since it faced the main street, it felt a bit unsafe. Only small things but otherwise the perfect hotel!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room and the bathroom are spacious. In "volcano view" rooms: Nice view to the volcano (but also to the main road). Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Very nice swimming pool. Relatively close to Fira city center and to the bus station. They gave me a welcome drink and a free face treatment upon arrival.

This is a great hotel but is not 5 stars. More like 4 stars (and a bit overpriced). I still recommend it but if your are looking for a luxurious hotel look somewhere else. Breakfast is pretty basic (but sufficient) and also lunch and dinner menus are very basic with little choice. Rooms are not soundproof as advertised (you can hear the cars from the main road). If you book with booking.com (and not directly with the hotel) you will not get the free shuttle to/from airport and will have to take a taxi for 35$ each direction. to Fira city center is relatively close but it is still about 10-15 minutes (~1 Km), when the weather is hot it can be difficult. Far from all beaches (which are on the other side of the island).

This hotel is literally 5⭐️ hotel but like in a budget. Almost feels too good to be true to be this good in such a good price. The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from Fira town center so really easy to go around even without a car. Room were spacious and clean, even had nice balcony. We even got an upgrade from garden view to volcanic view. The pool was amazing, we spent most of our time there. Breakfast is goooood. The restaurant where we had dinner one night was top notch too! Lots of facilities like gym which we didn’t even use but we did enjoy the little playground for kids. We had an amazinggg stay here. It really exceeded my expectations. The staffs here were the friendliest I’ve ever met in my life! Like all the staffs. from the lifeguard in the pool who greeted us with fresh towels for after swim and donuts for my kids to when having breakfast they would remembered our usual cappuccino orders 🥹 and the receptionist were the best of them all, sooo welcoming and sweetest with our kids. They even gifted my girls stuff duckies which they loveeddd and which is the best souvenir am bringing from Santorini. All in all amazing 👏🏼
