We loved this little hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to lend us an electric kettle for the week as well as towels to use around the pool. The location is great for traveling around the island via bus: Airport, Fira, Kamari Beach, Santo Winery, Donkey Brewery and more (pay for tickets on the bus with cash only). And the best part... the bus stops right up the road from the hotel. There is also a fantastic 24 hour bakery, a grocery store and a handful of restaurants nearby (additional options down the side street from the bus station). You can also walk into Fira for various sites, shops, bars, restaurants and cafes - approximate 15 minute walk. This hotel is excellent value for money if you are looking for a cute basic stay. My wife and I would definitely return.

Your room is so close to the pool and no rush for sunbeds. It's a small, welcoming hotel with all you need. Lovely air conditioning, perfect for out family and the fridge was an excellent idea to keep water etc. the bakery and supermarket are literally across the road and so is the bus stop. You can walk 1km into Fira but if the heat is too much the bus will take you and then bus from there to anywhere. So this is a central location on the island and so peaceful . Never a busy pool.the balcony is great to sit out and we had chairs out the front too so plenty of places to chill. WiFi throughout is so handy. They are very welcoming and will help with trips or pick ups.

Price - This is great for a safe room/great transport links and a great pool to enjoy if you have time for a rest day ... or afternoon swim. We stayed in three different locations in Santorini. We stayed here with friends and it was perfect location for seeing different places around the island. It was very affordable considering we wouldn't be spending too much time at the hotel. ie. Fira - 3 minute bus ride but still 2 Euro - so ideal to catch bus up to Fira in the heat but then walk back when it is cooler - there is a footpath. Location: Bus stops out side for: Airport (likely to be full) Perissa (not the express times), Akrotiri (to catch the boat £15 to view red beach and stop at white/black beaches) - there is a nice restaurant to have ice cream snack while waiting for bus back. Kapari Great supermarket open till 10.30 (Can get toiletries, fruit, water, ice coffee) and a 24 hr bakery right across the road. The ice cream/waffle place is also very very good and affordable. The Pool - it is an amazing size and we did have a pool day. It is very deep at one half of the pool and my 12 year old had a great time jumping from the bridge. Plenty of sun loungers and some umbrellas. Room - great storage for suitcase and hanging. Drawers for great and we utilised as staying for four nights. Drying rack on balcony was really useful, as were the table and chairs on the balcony. It has a great fridge - stocked up on fruit/water/cold drinks. Towels were nice and clean and a good size. Bathroom had external window so able to air properly.

We found the bed mattress too hard for our liking. I didn't like canopy on the double bed - a bit of dust collector. Poor knowledge from reception at times, eg how to get to red/white/beach. Cleanliness of sunlounges - Need a good scrub. perhaps provide beach towels for additional fee? the pool is one of the best assets but not utilised -

Easy walk into fira. Many bus routes also stop right outside the hotel, including the airport, kamari and akrotiri routes. I spent a nice relaxing last day at the pool (deep enough to jump off the bridge spanning the deep end) even after check out time. Staff were very kind and helpful when needed. Room was very clean and functional. There was a safe but I didn't use it. Small bar fridge to keep drinks cold. Enjoyed sitting on balcony with my coffee in the mornings. Amazing bakery right across the street with so many breads, pies and pastries to choose from. And my daily double cappuccino. It was a great option for budget and/or families looking to stay in Santorini without breaking the bank.

Bed was far too firm for me. Might be ok for others but I feel the firmness in all my pressure points at this stage of life. Having a coffee/tea set up in the under-used lobby area would be a great addition. For at least the first cup before heading over to the bakery. Especially for those like me that don't function in the morning before a cup of coffee. As others mentioned it was difficult not having water overflow on the floor in the shower. Tip: immed turn on the rainhead one instead of the wand. Reduces the amount of water on the floor.

Amazing place to stay at an affordable price. The lady / owner is very kind, friendly and helpful. Always helped us with our queries. The view of this property is also amazing with a church right beside the property. There is a bakery just 3 min from the place which is open all day, which is super convenient. Fira is 12 min walk which is super convenient and you will get all the buses for Oia, Red Beach, Perissa, Kamari etc. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket 3 min walk from this place. This place will give you a feel of a peaceful and private accommodation but also super convenient with a 3 min walk. Definitely would suggest. Airport is 10 min away and there is an airport shuttle available and will be arranged for pickup and drop if you let the property owner know in advance.

superb hotel balcony facing the sun-rise very friendly helpful staff very standard room, but that was all we needed Always had piping hot water maid service daily no food at the hotel but they do use a delivery service if you wanted to take advantage of it swimming pool was clean and not busy. lots of sun beds, parasols and tables. would definitely recommend this hotel. 15 minute walk into Thira

It's a pitty that you can't rate with 0.5 and you have to give a straight number. I would rate this hotel 8.5, but because I can't I will rate a 9, to encourage. Keep in mind the price range of the hotel! Of course it has nothing to do with a 9 at a 5star hotel...this is a mid range one. I liked this one, nice typical greek style, clean, with a nice inner court yard a small church with typical blue dome right next to it. 15 minutes walking to Fira bus station, but it also has a bus stop 1 minute walking (airport bus stops there). A great great non stop bakery where the bus stop is (you can also buy coffee, water, beer, juices) and a supermarket nearby. Also restaurants just a few minutes walking. Rooms upstairs have view to the sea (not caldera!l All in all it had a great feeling! And 300 euros for 4 nights in Santorini...can't argue it's a very good price.

It was cool that it has a pool, and a pretty nice one, bigger than other hotels I saw nearby. But there is a problem with maintance in the pool area. I think with little investment it could turn to a huge plus! Now the jacuzzi and and the artesian fountain do not work. And the pool bar wasn't open at least in the last couple of years. It would be better to just take it down and maybe make a pretty shade area.

The hotel has lovely grounds and fairly large swimming pool which, at this time of the year, we pretty much had for ourselves. Room had a fridge. Friendly staff. Balcony with mediocre view, but great for drying clothes. The view from the seating in front of the room was lovely. Free parking at the property. We picked location on purpose, to be in the centre of the island to easily explore both sides. There were restaurants nearby and 24/7 bakery just across from the hotel.

Air condition in main room was not working much, we had to open the door between the rooms to keep cold air flowing in from the second room. Tiny bathroom with tiny shower with funny shower head. Weak WI-FI. It would have been nice to have swimming pool open longer.

Beautiful pool, great location (about a 15 minute walk to Fira centre and main bus station). Very cute property with lots of flowers, all white buildings and blue accents. There’s even a church with a blue dome directly next to where the reception is located! Could see the Mediterranean Sea from our private balcony!

Shower had no curtains, so water would go directly onto the floor of the bathroom. Floors could have been a bit cleaner.

Great WiFi wherever we went, even by the pool. The pool itself was amazing l - kept cleaned regularly and the main pool gets really deep so you dive in. There was hot water in the rooms. The outer shutters and blinds meant it kept the room blacked out (if you wanted it to). The location is fantastic for getting around the island, the buses are super cheap and Karterados bus stop is super close and is one only stop from Fira. A good amount of restaurant choices in the area too if you didn't want to travel far for food.

Everything was great and super good value but if I had to pick something to improve on, is the pillow and mattress quality but we were fine with it and we were there for a whole week.
