Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and had everything you need. Kettle, hairdryer, fridge shampoo, shower gel etc. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool area was fab and pool beds comfy.

No safe in the room, although you felt like you were staying with family the staff were so nice so no need. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Fira which we walked to each day, more restaurants to choose from. From Fira you can get buses from the bus station all around the island. If you have small children be careful as sections had no foot paths. The sunsets on the walk were stunning.

Fira the capital is like 2.5 km and buses are very easy to get around with. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back or recommend it to anyone. Thank you

Amazing staff and amenities! The hotel breakfast was so delicious and the staff were so helpful! Room was spacious and clean and we had a wonderful time! The staff were so kind and helped with port pickup and drop off as well as telling us what to do around Fira. We had a wonderful stay, 100/10 visit, and would come again in an instant!

There is a kettle in the room but no cups or coffee provided. That was a little strange. The doors are very noisy

The customer service was excellent. As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us with Mango juice. Once we had settled in they provided us with a map and the bus routes that we would need to take as well as a brochure with a few different boat tours on it. They ended up booking the traditional boat tour in the afternoon which was excellent. The breakfast was a lot better then we expected as well and kept us full for almost the whole day.

The bathroom was poorly designed as when we showered the water from the shower head went outside the shower and ended up just flooding the bathroom. it was okay as there was a drain but was still difficult to shower without getting the rest of the bathroom including toilet paper and towels wet. My partner found the beds a bit tough although I had no issue with it.

The facilities were nice! The pool is clean and well-manteined, the lady in frot desk helped us with a lot with nice tips for the city! We arrived a little bit earlier and they gave us the room before the check-in time! The room was really good and spacious. The bathroom was clean and full of shampoo and shower gel, always smelled good. There is a bus stop at 3-4 mins walking that connects you directly to the port and Fira central station. There are a lot of bakeries and restaurants and a motorbikes rental really close to the hotel, but is far from all the noice and chaos from the city center, really convenient location!

There is no elevator

Location is perfect as its very near to bus station & large supermarket & on the main street , its about 20mnt walking to sunset view of fira & the hotel has large parking for car & the reception is very cooperative.

Every thing was good but the reception is empty at night that mean no staff .

This is nice place to stay what an amazing white apartment with a few palm trees and a lovely pool outside! We liked the helpful receptionist as they( ladies and guy ) were so helpful, friendly and kind. Breakfast was simple ok and the young guy was very kind and the friendly lovely lady who made breakfast. Our room was nice what a lovely view of swimming pool from balcony it made us impressed a good vibes.

Nothing but just walking a bit far to Fira centre over 15 mins. Or waiting near bus stop to Fira centre it was easy.

This is the best place to stay. The reception guy (Nikos) was so supportive all the time, he has given all the details and information about the santorini when we arrived, he also suggested where to do what things and where not to buy things. Morning breakfast was also awesome and the guy at breakfast was super cool and supportive. Enjoy our stay and will recommend others also
