Exceptional value for the price, especially in Santorini. The hosts are kind and very helpful, as was our chauffeur who picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport. ATV and bike rental is available straight from the front desk too, took them not even 15 minutes to drop them off to us after we inquired. It is about a 30 minutes walk into Fira, though there are plenty of shops, markets, and restaurants in Karterados that are less crowded and more inexpensive about 5 minutes up the road. The pool is lovely, perfect temperature and always clean with many sun beds available and outdoor shower provided. Great AC in the room. Beds are comfy and smell clean. There is also a mama cat on the property who just had a litter of babies so we were hanging out with kitties all day - what more can you ask for????

Our only complaint is the shower as the pressure was weak and the temperature fluctuated.

Good rooms, beautiful swimming pool, gorgeous views from balcony, good breakfast, helpful personnel, quite location close to local amenities.

Lovely family owned hotel in the karterados. From the moment we arrived we felt really welcomed by the lovely receptionist ( Anastasia i think her name was )The location is great, only a 15 min walk to fira but also only a 10 min drive down to the beach. We stayed here 9 nights and we are glad we did , it's a nice quiet part of the village, lovely pool area to relax all day . Karterados itself has a few nice places to eat and not pricey at all compare to fira or oia. There is a small mini market around the corner and the rooms have a fridge nice for storing a cold beer for chilling by the pool .Breakfast was plentiful and there was even eggs,bacon and sausages which my other half was happy about and we were not expecting . The bus stop is about a 5min walk away but we found the bus times inconsistent ,we rented a quad most of our stay which we highly recommend. The owners are just lovely, thank you for our wooden box with sweets to take home . Next time we go to santorini without a doubt we will stay here

The accomodation exceeded our expectations. The rooms (we saw 4 of them and we were be able to choose) are big and confortable, with everything we needed. Cosmetics at the bathroom are a very good quality. The bed was perfect, also the pillows. They have cleaned the room every day. The personal is very kind. We don't eat breakfast in the morning but we could get only coffee for 2 euros . A very good restaurant (Fagopoti) in the neigbourhood with very good prices for Santorini.

Some ants in the bathroom, but nothing to be scared of.. Also, a big minus is the fact that the walls are very thin and you can hear all tje noises from the next rooms.

All was really amazing... friendly and helpfull ladies on reception, so tasty homemade breakfast, swimingpool and swimmingpool area was so pretty, comfortable room, every day was cleaned. So silent area for sleep, lovely balcony, perfect location for trips in mittle of Island,near the Fira. (Walk about 20 minutes to city center)

Really all was absolutely amazing,nothing to say negative. Maybe only one my tip for next seasons about small coffee machine for breakfast /capuccino/latte especially/. But your frappe during days / for extra small cost/ was best all over the world ;-) so its everything allright :-)

The location is not that far from Fira. Great outdoor property. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

The room size compare to the bed size is not very comfortable for me. The shower in the bathroom probably need to be looked at.

A really lovely hotel in Karterados, the pool area is fantastic, and staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and large.

Walk to Thira is pretty tough going in the heat, there are no pavements for awhile. There isn’t almost a centre of Karterados and most of the restaurants are on the road surrounded by cars if you eat outside bar 1 or 2. Nothing to do/see in the immediate area, tried to walk in the village and all the churches are closed. Will most likely need to rent an atv/scooter.

Really welcoming and helpful staff. Our plane was delayed 3 hours and we ended up arriving at midnight, and George our driver was still waiting there patiently. Anna and Anastasia at the front desk were both very communicative, and organised us transport and things to do during our short stay. The rooms are a little basic, but airconned and comfortable enough. The pool area is the main feature of the place, and the included breakfast the best we've had on all our stays in Greece! Never tasted olives so good!!

Bed slightly too hard for my taste - sorry!

Location: perfect, to be close to Oia (20 minutes), Fira (10) and Airport (5). Room: Everything according to the description, double bed in one room and separate beds in the other. An air conditioner in the room, which perfectly kept everything air-conditioned. There is a balcony. It doesn't have a kitchen. Bathroom: Normal for those in the town, very good and equipped. Pool: Perfect for relaxing, sunbathing on your beds. Parking: There is parking on site Highly recommended place

all excellent for the quality/price

We spent 6 nights in this hotel which is very beautiful and staff friendly. The pool area was amazing. The location is excellent: in a few minutes from Fira by scooter or car and within appropriate distance by foot if you don't mind walking a little bit (around 25 minutes walk).

Everything was great at the sole exception of the walls poor soundproofing/insulation: the two first nights we had terrible neighboors, listening to music and singing in the corridor, coming back at 3am and talking very loudly etc... we asked the staff if there were anything they could do and they offered to change our room because they had some rooms still available. Thank you again very much for this offer and for your kindness, it was really appreciated !! The only small suggestion we have : to invest in some placards "please do not disturb/please make up the room" to hang to the room door handles because we were sometimes awoken by the cleaning lady (we are long sleepers 😊).
