Good location in the middle of island, 30 minutes walking to Fira town, calm environment ! The breakfast and dinner (half pension) are so tasteful ! Surprisingly excellent ratio of quality/price! The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are so nice that my children enjoyed themselves until the last minute before departure ! Hotel room is so clean and comfortable with drink, snacks and nice Santorini red wine offered ! Staff are always smiling, very kind and helpful for all service request !

Location - a little far off. Takes over 15 minutes to walk/hike to center of Fira. Would recommend having a car if staying here.

 very nice hotel, well maintained , located in a unique and peaceful area. The room , was new, big, very good, two floors, with a hot jacuzzi  The hotel is clean, well-maintained, with a parking area in the hotel. Food was buffet , tasty, fresh, and was served perfectly. Great outdoor pool, great 4 hot jacuzzis near the pool, also there is a pool bar- good prices. Clean towels, Bathroom is  big,  comfortable, were supplied shampoo conditioner and care accessories. The staff is excellent, welcoming, hospitality was a perfect experience. Bottom line -it's a very recommended hotel

The staff was very prompt whenever we have signaled an issue. The pool area was very nice - they have 2 zones, one bigger pool and another one with 4 smaller heated pools. The room itself was also nice - with a private heated bathtub

Food was mediocre (breakfast and dinner). This was a huge negative point, as the location is also far away from any other restaurant and you need to rent a car in order to have food at another restaurant. Retroactively, reading other people.s comment, I see this point was already raised by others who booked half board, but nothing improved. The toilets and sinks were very old, scratched, stained, so even if the cleaners were trying their best, they still looked dirty.

Everything was perfect!! We loved the place, our room and the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and polite. The breakfast is very complete and super tasty. Artemis was always there for us in case we needed anything and always with a smile! The jacuzzis and the swimming pool areas are nice and they have a bar for anything you may need. The room was awesome, super clean, they had us all the amenities you may need and the views were amazing. We tried the restaurant and the food was really good also. We loved everything, all the employees are super professional and made us feel more than welcomed. We would definitely come back, thank you!! 💙

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. We stayed here for our honeymoon. There was nothing they didn't do. Carried our luggage to our suite cleaned the hot tub each day. Fresh towels were delivered every morning. Any time we wanted a taxi Reception booked it for us. The man at the outdoor bar was so good couldn't have done enough. The room which we stayed was just amazing. It had air conditioning which was needed in the hot weather we had. Breakfast next morning offered choice. Overall 10 out 10 for us.

I loved the hotel overall. The staff were very helpful and always available. The room was beautiful and comfortable just like the photos. I got upgraded which was an excellent surprise. I will say the location isn’t fantastic nothing is super far in Santorini but it gets pricey taxing back and forth. Plus there’s nothing in walking distance. If you are renting a vehicle I’d highly recommend! I do not recommend the wine tour offered at the hotel I’d seek an alternate option through an outside vendor. It’s only to one winery and less than an hour. I didn’t ask enough questions about it so I’ll take the blame for that.

In the center of the island and near the airport. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was very good. They work with a reasonably priced taxi company (15 euros to airport).

It would have been good if they had a second desk chair in the room. Closest town/bus stop was a 15-minute walk away.

Room was a good size, A/C worked very well. The hottub in the balcony was clean and the water temperature was perfect. We took the Breakfast and Dinner package. In the future maybe will be sticking with Breakfast only as it was great. Dinner on the other hand was disappointing, my only regret. Hotel has a few spaces for car parking, which came in handy and was only 10 mins drive from Fira, 20 mins from Oia and about 25-30 mins from Kamari.

Dinner was disappointing and the Toilet in the room smelled a bit. These were the only disappointing items.

We had a family room, didn't realise the the main bedroom was up a narrow staircase, as this was not shown in the pictures on Booking.com. We enjoyed the breakfast but if you are you not aware, they don't tell you that they offer to make omelettes and pancakes. Our room had a lovely view.

Location is far from the main places, you would need a car. Upon check-in, we were asked to pay City tax, even though our booking clearly states "All taxes and charges are included", it was also shown on the invoice, thus not sure why we were asked for extra money (which we didn't pay, as it was included). We were going to travel early in the morning and requested a packed breakfast (as we paid for this), we were told that they cannot do this as staff only start cooking at 07:30. We asked for simple items, like cheese & croissants for the kids but they still refused, really dissappointed in this, considering how much we paid for this hotel. The room has these plastic cups, that looked terrible to use and not clean
