Good location in the middle of island, 30 minutes walking to Fira town, calm environment ! The breakfast and dinner (half pension) are so tasteful ! Surprisingly excellent ratio of quality/price! The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are so nice that my children enjoyed themselves until the last minute before departure ! Hotel room is so clean and comfortable with drink, snacks and nice Santorini red wine offered ! Staff are always smiling, very kind and helpful for all service request !

Location - a little far off. Takes over 15 minutes to walk/hike to center of Fira. Would recommend having a car if staying here.

 very nice hotel, well maintained , located in a unique and peaceful area. The room , was new, big, very good, two floors, with a hot jacuzzi  The hotel is clean, well-maintained, with a parking area in the hotel. Food was buffet , tasty, fresh, and was served perfectly. Great outdoor pool, great 4 hot jacuzzis near the pool, also there is a pool bar- good prices. Clean towels, Bathroom is  big,  comfortable, were supplied shampoo conditioner and care accessories. The staff is excellent, welcoming, hospitality was a perfect experience. Bottom line -it's a very recommended hotel

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. We stayed here for our honeymoon. There was nothing they didn't do. Carried our luggage to our suite cleaned the hot tub each day. Fresh towels were delivered every morning. Any time we wanted a taxi Reception booked it for us. The man at the outdoor bar was so good couldn't have done enough. The room which we stayed was just amazing. It had air conditioning which was needed in the hot weather we had. Breakfast next morning offered choice. Overall 10 out 10 for us.

In the center of the island and near the airport. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was very good. They work with a reasonably priced taxi company (15 euros to airport).

It would have been good if they had a second desk chair in the room. Closest town/bus stop was a 15-minute walk away.

I loved the hotel overall. The staff were very helpful and always available. The room was beautiful and comfortable just like the photos. I got upgraded which was an excellent surprise. I will say the location isn’t fantastic nothing is super far in Santorini but it gets pricey taxing back and forth. Plus there’s nothing in walking distance. If you are renting a vehicle I’d highly recommend! I do not recommend the wine tour offered at the hotel I’d seek an alternate option through an outside vendor. It’s only to one winery and less than an hour. I didn’t ask enough questions about it so I’ll take the blame for that.

We had a family room, didn't realise the the main bedroom was up a narrow staircase, as this was not shown in the pictures on Booking.com. We enjoyed the breakfast but if you are you not aware, they don't tell you that they offer to make omelettes and pancakes. Our room had a lovely view.

Location is far from the main places, you would need a car. Upon check-in, we were asked to pay City tax, even though our booking clearly states "All taxes and charges are included", it was also shown on the invoice, thus not sure why we were asked for extra money (which we didn't pay, as it was included). We were going to travel early in the morning and requested a packed breakfast (as we paid for this), we were told that they cannot do this as staff only start cooking at 07:30. We asked for simple items, like cheese & croissants for the kids but they still refused, really dissappointed in this, considering how much we paid for this hotel. The room has these plastic cups, that looked terrible to use and not clean

At that time it wasnt too crowded. We love the outdoor hot tub which we can use despite cold weather. They werent so strict about the time of usage as well as long as it is too much beyond. Demitris (i dont know if i spelled it right) was also very attentive to our needs. He seems to be everywhere and all-round worker lol. Other staff are also friendly. We also love the food they serve for a fee. The free breakfast was basic but its a plus that you can request a special omelet or pancake for free.

The big downside is the location. Its not too far from Fira but if you cant rent a car or drive it, then you might think twice of it. Otherwise you will have to walk 30mins one-way to city centre (Fira) or pay around 25€(one-way) for a taxi which the hotel can book for you.

Well organized, clean, not clouded. Free shuttle bus to the city center is a nice service. Menu restaurant offer a variety of dishes and excellent quality food. Table service is precious and precise and Dimitri & Helleni are great! The reception is very welcoming, paying attention to the turists need providing information, excursions and everything needed for a confortale staying. The structure offer the possibility to rent quod/scooter directly without moving. You will receive/return directly your vehicle at the resort.

One time shuttle bus only in the evening Turist taxes to be paid with the same credit card used for booking the staying. Not possible to be pay cash

Staff were amazing and we felt so welcome. They could not do enough for us. Pool staff were even fetching my little boys ball when it went out of the pool! Rooms were fantastic, really roomy and lots of storage space. It had a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room which was great for a nice morning cuppa. Breakfast was great too and we had freshly made omelettes to order each morning on top of the other usual items and they made fresh pancakes for my son with honey. Evening meal was 5 courses and there is a different menu each evening. Really interesting dishes and a choice for 3 of the 5 courses. They arranged transfers for us to the port when we arrived and left. Pool and hot tubs are amazing and great that the hot tubs are open until 11pm. Pool towels brought to you as you step out to the pool area, they were so attentive and put up our umbrellas too. We were so sorry to leave this place and will certainly be returning

Very little not to like but if being picky, the 5 course meal on one night was rushed as there were so many people arriving at same time. Perhaps they could ask people to book a slot to prevent this?
