The host Elona was so lovely! She was so welcoming and made us feel at ease. The pool area is beautiful, and the cave style rooms are gorgeous and so spacious (we stayed in No. 5 - a family style suite, I believe).

The hotel was stunning, but was a distance from the main areas, so I would suggest renting a car or ATV if you can and want to explore lots, as taxis end up quite a bit. But you can order food on Wolt app, which we did a few times and we rented a ATV and that was really good. We had the best taxi driver called Ida on +30 698 330 0653 who was recommended by Elona. We used her and her husband all week. If you use her please tell her it was the two girls that recommended her as she is also wonderful.

I had a truly lovely stay at Santoterra! The location is excellent, just a short drive from both the airport and the ferry, which made everything so easy and stress-free. They even helped booking the taxi transfer from the Ferry to the accommodation. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, with charming outdoor spaces and a fantastic swimming pool that made it perfect for relaxing. Elona was a wonderful host, welcoming, friendly, and always available if needed. She also prepares an amazing breakfast every morning, with a great variety of delicious options that made each day start just right. The rooms were spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was calm and restful. If you’re looking for a proper holiday to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Santorini in a quiet, picturesque setting and lovely staff, this is the place. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Amazing stay. I stayed here for a week with my partner and it was the perfect vacation, very quiet and secluded hotel within very close reach of everywhere. Beautiful rooms and a lovely pool. What made it better was Elona, she made this amazing trip perfect. Very welcoming, always happy to help and cooked us a fabulous breakfast each day. She gave us recommendations on things to do and helped us book a boat tour which she suggested and was a perfect memory. Thank you Elona, we will be back.

We chose this hotel because it was near the airport and we were arriving late in the evening. We were upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable and beautiful, built into the mountain. Eleona greeted us and drove us to a nearby restaurant which was very kind of her. The hotel at the moment is a little remote so it is better to have a car but it was perfect for one night . The next morning Eleona cooked us a delicious breakfast which we ate next to the swimming pool. The pool looked very inviting but unfortunately we didn't have time to stay as we had a ferry to catch . Thank you again Eleona for being so welcoming and kind ..

The manager was incredible. She helped us get a taxi, make reservations, and she had ample suggestions for activities. We rented ATVs and the parking on site was great! The rooms were so cute and comfortable and everyone loved lounging by the pool.

A couple of the rooms were quite small, but we were in Santorini to adventure and not spend a lot of time in the rooms. A couple of times the cook forgot to finish the orders of some members of the team, but overall the breakfast was great. It's not in the heart of one of the bigger villages, but it is quiet and has great parking and is perfect if you've rented a vehicle.

I had a wonderful stay at Santoterra Suites in Santorini. The early check-in was a nice touch and much appreciated after a long journey. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was incredibly helpful. She provided key information about the property and local activities, making my trip even more enjoyable. On my last day, with a 6am flight, she went above and beyond to arrange a cab at the perfect time, ensuring I reached the airport smoothly. Highly recommend Santoterra Suites for their outstanding service and hospitality!

We stayed for just the one night. As we flew to Santorini and did a one night stopover before travelling on to Naxos from the Port. Perfectly located for our needs. Great swimming pool area breakfast. The owner was a perfect host and helped to arrange a taxi for us. This would be a great base, centrally located on Santorini to explore the Island and come back to very comfortable accommodation. We had a Junior Suite Room 5 which was very spacious. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed. I’m sure we will be returning in the near future for a longer stay.

Everything was perfect for us

Everything was PERFECT, we loved every detail in the hotel. Everything in the room was made of stone and very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The pool area and jacuzzi was Amazing. Location wasn’t far from all the placea we wanted to visit but you have to rent a car because it wasn’t central but we knew it when we booked. The owner of the hotel was lovely and helped us when needed. PERFECT 10/10 loved it

There was nothing which we didn’t like

The property was quiet, clean and modern. Compared to the prices of other apartments/hotels it is very competitive. The office manager was lovely and always had a smile on her face. She was really helpful and always ready to help or offer advice when we asked for it. The breakfast, which was included, was simple but perfect for us as we wanted to spend our days exploring the island and trying out different places for food anyway. It’s also a ten minute taxi to fira, which was our favourite place on the island

If you want somewhere close to shops and the buzz of the island it might not be your first choice. For us we enjoyed that the apartments were quiet as we were not there for a party 😊 I’d recommend hiring a quad, which the office manager can arrange and exploring the island that way. As it’s quiet there isn’t much going on by the pool or hot tubs so a short walk to the garage to pick up drinks and snacks is needed
