The hotel was really lovely. Location and staff were 10/10. I stayed with my friend for her 50th birthday and the hotel kindly upgraded our room to a spa room. This room, 129, was next to the cleaners room. Every morning she tried to clean our room first, also the noise started very early in the morning outside our room. Dodge the maid became a game to us as she was constantly knocking our door to clean the room despite the 'Do not disturb' sign outside. On our last morning, whilst I was still in bed and having the do not disturb sign on, she just opened the door!! Without warning as well, the pool men would jump the wall to fix it. My friend opened the curtains one morning to find 3 of them on our balcony. It would be nice to be notified before hand! The location is excellent. 5 mins from the main bus station, supermarket across the road, amazing bakery and coffee shop just up the road. 10 min walk to the caldera view point.

Our room constantly being visited by the maid and pool people! The hotel sits on 2 main roads. The noise is sometimes bad from traffic and passing people. Also worth considering is you suffer from asthma. Security at the hotel is non existent. There is an outside stair case which anyone can access. The lower outside door does not need a key access. The rooms are the back of the hotel can also be accessed. This may seem conformable to people who live in Greece, but for others who are from different countries know the dangers of such lax security. I would suggest the hotel add at key card access gate to this outside stair case.

Location and felt private and away from crowds!

Not property's fault but while I was there a bunch of people were rude. Getting drunk and eating in the public area throwing pumpkin seed shells on floor. They cooked some curry type food in their room I was told by others and stunk up that part of hotel. One of the males in the group was in reception without shoes and one of them threatened the nice bar girl Maria. They didn't stay long like we did. Sorry please respect the Greek people in their country and it's not like their culture!

The staff are incredible. It’s an ideal place for a couple very relaxing and still close to all the action, but peaceful. The breakfast staff- incredible (especially Maggie) Reception- all are excellent Rooms - very clean and clean towels all the time Love the place

The staff were very friendly and would go out there way to make sure you had a good stay. The hotel was so clean and the cleaners were brilliant. The hotel is close 5 minute walk to centre, which is perfect as your not around the crowds all the time. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything. The staff were very friendly, the swimming pool was great and the jacuzzi was nice as well. The pictures which are posted on the website are not showing how amazing the property is in reality. The hotel is so comfy and chic, close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bus station, Fira sunset viewpoint. We are waiting to return next year ❤️

Maybe the temperature of the swimming pool could be set a bit higher so the pool would be a little bit warmer. It was very cold in some days. The breakfast was good but every day we had the same. The towels for the jacuzzi were grey. They should be exchanged with new ones. Clean but just old.

1. The door handle was a little hard to press; but no big deal 2. The soap provided was hard to foam; but at least they were willing to provide it 3. The internet was bad; but I spent almost all day outdoors instead of staying in hotel

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We were greeted by a lovely lady when we checked in and given map of the area and explained where everything was in the hotel. Room was clean and modern and cleaned every morning by the time we returned from breakfast. Breakfast was full of variety. Something for everyone. Staff were especially friendly. Pool area was clean and tidy. Had to ask for towels before 11 at reception but that wasn’t a problem. Hotel was only a few minutes from the main town but the walk was easy. Beautiful shops in Fira and as bus station only a few minutes away we took bus to Oia. Just as pretty as Fira. Easy to get buses from here to beaches etc. Supermarket across the road from hote was extremely convenient if required. Some of the best staff we have had in hotels. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel is very close to the beautiful Fira, where we spent every sunset evening in one of the many restaurants with an amazing view over the caldera. The jacuzzi and the breakfast was very good. We had a fantastic time many thanks to the amazing pool service (thanks Maggie!) who always helped to improve the comfort around the pool area

Some annoying traffic just outside the hotel (not much to do since it is close to the central Fira)

Lovely pool and very good breakfast. Very good location, a comfortable and short stroll into the centre of town. Proximity of the bus station is very useful. Good size room. Friendly staff.

We requested a double bed in our booking. On arrival, we were given a free "upgrade", but our room had two separate single beds side by side (dressed separately and with a small gap). We asked if we could have a double bed, or at least a mattress topper, however neither was available. A little on the pricy side, but typical for the Santorini.

Fantastic hotel , very good location in Fira Centre. When we arrived the room was ready although we were very early. On top of the early check in , the lovely gentleman who checked us in gave us a complimentary upgrade , which was fantastic! Special thanks to Maggy , the breakfast staff is amazing. All in all , I urge everyone to give this place a chance , amazing value for money
