The hotel is new, low rise, clean and in safe location. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. It is among other villas in lower terrain so do not expect sea views. There is a nice pool and deck though. Breakfast is not included [ no active cafe] Staff was pretty nice .

The staff was absolutely amazing – both receptionists were incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely happy to see us. The property itself was spotless and always smelled fresh, which made the atmosphere very welcoming. Since we arrived late in the evening, our keys were left at reception with a kind message guiding us to our room – a thoughtful touch that showed great flexibility with our arrival time. The pool area was another highlight. It was never overcrowded, and there were always enough tanning beds available, which was a pleasant surprise. Both the pool and the surrounding rest area were kept very clean, making it a relaxing place to spend time. The location is also the best, it’s literally a 10 minute walk from the centre of Fira.

The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast. While we did find most things we like, we missed having vegetables and fruits, and the selection was the same every morning. Just a small idea as well – it would be nice to have a mini fridge at the reception with a few drinks available for purchase.

Nice hotel with comfortable room and shower. Wifi was good. Pool was nice. Short uphill walk to Fira center. Close enough to restaurants. Lots of uphill walking but quiet area at night. Location is good. Size of room was OK for a couple.

The staff is not trained at all! Young people with no knowledge of attractions or directions. There is NO VIEW! You cannot see the sunset from this hotel. Small things are missing from the room: no glasses, only 1 pillow per person, only one hook in bedroom to hang towels

We were surprised by many things, from the location to the hotel's environment. It is very close to the main bus station and shops, very clean and comfortable, and they have the friendliest staff I have seen; with their help, we were able to explore the whole island in a few days.

The toilet has an issue, when you are having a shower, the water does not go to the drain the way it was supposed to, so the toilet becomes wet. I imagine is not something easy to fix, otherwise they would have done... But for us this was very small, we would pick there again and again.

Location was great. Rooms clean and relatively new. Pool area was lovely. Staff were great.

Other than breakfast (which I did not have), you could not buy food or a drink. It was really a hotel only. My room was relatively small, but nice. Water from the shower went into the bathroom, but this was not a major issue. There was also an outside light outside my room which did not turn off. As the curtains were not completely blacked out, the room was never fully dark.

Spacious and clean. Property is as pictured. The washing line outside was well used during our stay! Reception and cleaning staff were all incredibly lovely and eager to help. Cindy provided a map and great overview of places to visit in Santorini. They were able to accommodate an early check in and provide luggage storage after check out. It’s located fairly close to the main bus station, coffee shops and city centre. Property was easy to find, felt safe and quiet. Not a negative just a PSA: the property is located at the bottom of a small hill. We packed light so was not an issue but may be worth noting.

Wifi was a bit spotty.

Amazing location and the hotel is very modern and clean. The desk staff helped us with everything, from spot recomendations, taxis, activities, quad renting... The pool is amazing, and you re five minutes walking from the center of Fira, but still in a quiet area.

Nothing specific, we stayed at a room a little bit more in the back, but it was good still. Make sure to ask, if possible for a room upstairs, or if downstairs more close to the pool.

The entire hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the towels and bed sheets are also replaced daily. The hotel is a five minute walk from the centre of Fira and less than a ten minute walk from the main bus station. The staff on reception were superb and helped with recommendations for what to do on the island, renting vehicles, booking taxies, and were always very friendly which made us feel welcome. The pool is very nice on a hot day and didn’t get too busy. The breakfast buffet was adequate.

Some tea making facilities in the room would have been a nice touch as well and an iron and ironing board.

The front office receptionist was amazing, the best of all the greek islands we visited. She showed us where we were and things to do and was extremely helpful. Beautiful venue, the hotel was again best of our island stays. The shower/ bathroom was amazing and it was a luxury stay.

The air-conditioning could have been put on in the breakfast room. It was a little stuffy. Please note stairs to access most rooms and and twin share pending availability. Prepare to share, although we were offered to change for the next day but had already unpacked all of our belongings.

The hotel is situated so close to the square in Fira which makes it a great base for seeing the city. Upon arrival, the staff at reception (Cindy & Meggie) were so helpful giving us a lot of information of things to-do and always on hand to help organize taxis or give advice as required for places to eat, things to see! The hotel also features a pool which was great. The room itself was exactly as described and spacious. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Santorini
