Luggage storage service (before check in and after check out) so we could enjoy the island as much as possible. Hotel is located in a quiet area close to city center and bus station, and it is fully equipped. The thing we loved the most was the attention given by receptionist; she is lovely and always eager to help you with anything you may need.

Shower felt a bit small for us.

I enjoyed our staying, I liked the location, the hotel, the room and the pool. Reception staff was nice and everything was smooth. We could also leave the luggage after the check out in the dining room and they let us use the swimming pool up to 1:30 pm.

As I said, they let us use the swimming pool only up to 1:30 pm - we were leaving at that time any way. The thing is that we didn't use the pool at all beforehand, only during those hours from check out up to our departure. Another thing is, although they had a shower in the common toilet, they stressed out that we were not allowed to use it once we checked out. If we needed a shower when we had access to our room, we would use the one in our room, wouldn't we?

if you enjoy self-catering or prefer taking meals in, it’s helpful to know that ovens or microwaves aren’t provided in the rooms—only a refrigerator and kettle are available. After a few days of takeaways, we found ourselves wishing for something to reheat food more easily

Thirasia is a wonderful little hotel in a prime location in Fira. It was walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, and sites, to include the gorgreous sunset over the Aegean Sea! The pool was clean and refreshing, and pool towels were provided. The air conditioner in our room worked great and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking simple meals.

The bathroom was really small and there was no shower curtain, so anytime anyone showered the entire bathroom got wet. We had a one bedroom with a living area and only the bedroom had air conditioning. It would have been nice to have an AC unit in the living area as well.

The hotel is located only about 10 minutes walk from the really touristy party of Fira. However, as the hotel does not have sunset views it is much, much cheaper than some other hotels in Fira. The room was rather dated, but in an endearing way so it was not a problem. The staff at reception were helpful and the wi-fi worked fine. There was a swimming pool there, though I did not personally use it. To make up for not seeing the sunset, I saw a glorious sunrise from my hotel balcony instead. Aviation enthusiasts will enjoy distant views of landings and take-offs at Santorini Airport.

The location was great, close to town center. The room is very clean and they clean the room every day. There is a pool and pool tables, we for sure made use of those. The staff in the hotel were also very kind, allow us to drop off our luggage when we arrived early, offer information.. very kind

Nothing to complain. The transportation service to airport is a bit pricy (40 euro for 10min. drive), but it could be normal for the island.

Amazing staff - they let us stay for extra days after what we originally booked (stayed for a whole week in the end, haha). We stayed in the triple room with the 3 of us, and it was comfortable. Room service every day was wonderful. Perfect location, just out of the crowded area, which meant it was quiet at night (we slept so well) and really close to the bus stop and supermarket. Couldn't recommend it more if you're looking for a comfortable place with a great pool and great location, but on a budget.

The room at Hotel Thirasia was spacious and incredibly comfortable, situated in a quiet area that ensured a peaceful stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The pool was a highlight—clean and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning. The hotel is in a great location, with easy walking access to all of Santorini’s main attractions and close to charming shops and restaurants. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Everything was perfect. The Receptionist was really charming, nice and helpful. They let us to use the pool all day, after the chcek-out we had a night flight so it was really nice from them. We also changed there for a dinner and left our things there. And we pick them up before the flight. Location was good. Room was really nice. Thank you for everything

Just the shower was broken, But what can´t be fixed

Value for money. Because it didn’t face the caldera, the price was very reasonable and it meant the hotel had a decent size swimming pool. Walking into the lobby you are greeted by the friendly amazing young lady. She was always smiling and very helpful. Our room was of average size and the bathroom was tiny but all very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning! The hotel also has its own carpark which is very handy!

The road can be a bit noisy as it leads to Oia but it wasn’t that bad.
