Bathroom had no soap holder. Lacked hooks and hangers. Need something to keep the shower water from splashing out.

The staff Tina, she is absolutely amazing and helpful. She recommended us a lot of wonderful places. The pool is cute. The room is huge.

1.The light in the bathroom. It will turn off after 10 seconds… if you are not keep moving your body which is a little bit inconvenient. 2. Through this hotel then booked the transport pickup service from port. But the driver guy didn’t show up. I don’t have WiFi or phone can call for the help. So I have to ask other people to borrow me to the phone to tell them. It’s totally unacceptable. Imagine if that is someone who couldn’t speak any others foreign languages and doesn’t have phone…

I had an amazing stay at White Concept Caves! The standout features for me were the stunning architecture of the building, which perfectly blends traditional charm with modern elegance. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. On top of that, the concierge service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini!

No sea view from hotel.

The location of the hotel is central close to everything you need. It’s Got great views and also it’s beautiful courtyard everything is just wow. The rooms were too beautiful for the amount of money charged. The staff were just amazing I remember i met Elpida on my check in and out and she’s just amazing you can tell that the person really likes what she does with the way she explains everything and recommends especially on restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed my stay and i hope to better again in summer. It’s that one place you’ll need to be at🔥🔥

Everything was lit except that the pools were not functioning but apart from that I liked everything about it

Accommodation was very new, clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and spa, great shower and good air conditioning. Breakfast was nice. Close to town. Stayed in the premium suite, very spacious with private rooftop spa and large outdoor area. Transfers to and from property handy. Most staff were helpful.

Some staff not as welcoming compared to previous places in Greece. Sofa bed in lounge could be a lot better for the price. Biggest downfall of stay was on the last day. My sister and I were sharing room and on the last morning we awoke to a room with water everywhere due to the ceiling leaking water. It was dripping all on bed and floor and was very dangerous. Staff response was poor and not very helpful. Gave us nowhere to go and really weren’t concerned about us at all. Luckily we could go to our brothers room. This was very disappointing considering this is a high end accommodation.

It was clean, the serenity of the rooms, kindness of the staff, and the amazing opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of Fira and relax. We spent a whole day of our holiday at the White Caves pool. It was that good. A haven. The staff were attentive and professional, had a great sense of humour and were available to help with anything we needed. We can't recommend this venue enough. Breakfast included was a nice touch.

Everything was awesome, above our expectations.

Everything in the room was excellent, comfortable, clean and it is a simple white and beautiful/well done decoration. Outside balcony with the table for breakfast, the hot tub and sofa really makes the difference to take the stay and the experience to another level. Location is excellent as it is far enough from the confusion in Fyra center, but close enough to walk to the center and restaurants. Breakfast was really good as well.

Staff was helpful, however not the warmest people. Hot tub water temperature could be hotter. Breakfast process could be improved by providing the guests the menu for the next day breakfast with the breakfast itself to avoid unnecessary trips to reception to fill the next day's breakfast selections.

The hot tubs are nice to have but they’re not really hot at all which is fine in the heat.

I know the theme is minimalist but I wish there was shower curtains so the water don’t come out to the bathroom floor. Also, one of the staffers went into my fridge and tear opened my Dubai Chocolate bar and took a piece. I hope that person enjoyed it.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Great location. Very close to the city center (5 minute walk) without all the noise. The property is kept clean, the staff is super friendly. Santorini is a crowded place and this location was fully booked as well. However, due to the architecture and placement of rooms, it felt very private. Good value for money!

The property itself was so serene, clean and well taken care of. Our room was perfect. Love the daily breakfast delivery, although I do wish they had better breakfast options. Front office staff were amazing, and very friendly and welcoming. When I come back to Santorini, this will be my first option for accommodations!

The breakfast options were not very appealing. The meat and cheese plate they give you was not good at all. In all honesty, they should either pass on that altogether, or figure out how to improve this option. Outside of that, breakfast was good. Although it would have been nice to be able to get coffee AND juice instead of one or the other.
