Loved staying here! The staff are very helpful and warm. The rooms are clean, which was super important to me. The pool area and views were fantastic, I also loved how peaceful it was around the pool. The location of the hotel is central to everything I did; a 10 minute walk to the Fira hotspots, including restaurants and shopping, pick up locations if you're doing cruises or other touristy activities. Also, only two euros to visit the beaches!

The only thing I would say is the bed mattress is firm. I know a lot of people who prefer this, I personally like a soft mattress, so in hindsight I wish I had just asked for this in advance. Otherwise, everything was great - so worth the price!

- Location of the hotel, close enough to the center of Fira that you can walk around without issues. You are even close to the bus station - The rooms are big and comfortable - The hotel staff did everything they could to help us, even when we asked to be the first to be served breakfast as it it starts at 8:00 am and we had to leave by 8:20 am - The pool area has a great view - Close to a minimarket to buy drinks or snacks - Great wifi internet connection, but a bit of bad signal in the pool area - Breakfast was very good and served to your room. 4 different types of breakfast you can choose from.

- Lack of power plugs next to the bed. On one side the phone was taking the only plug available. You could not have a phone charger and bedlight connected at the same time - While its close to the bus station, the way to the hotel is upward a hill and difficult if you have more than one bag/luggage per person - The shower was located pretty low so if you are a tall person (> 1.78 m) you will have issues fitting

Great stay at Dream Island hotel with 4 friends. We share a 2 bedroom apartment with additional bed in living room and it we had more than enough space for 5 women. 1 shower room with separate bathroom and 2 handy little dressing tables in shared areas. Breakfast was brought to the room everyday at our chosen time, always delicious we mainly had omelettes, fruit and croissants. 10 min walk from the town, restaurants, shows and bars. Would highly recommend and exceeded our expectation for the price.

Loved our stay! I would definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Thira, Santorini. Location is on the main road of Thira. Like a 2 minutes walk to all restaurants and shops. Loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were. They gave us information about what to see on the island and were happy to help organise transfer to the airport if needed. Beautifully kept hotel grounds. The pool and rooms overlook the ocean. So peaceful. The breakfast is delivered to your room each morning, and they give you breakfast options and they feed you so well. Croissants, cheese pies, chocolate cakes, fruit, coffee, orange juice, bacon and eggs...so much! so good! We were pleasantly surprised to see the room was renovated from the pictures we had seen on bookings. We had a great renovated greek style room that was spacious for two. The big pool and smaller outdoor spa pool was awesome!

We had a fantastic stay at Dream Island - the staff were faultless - Very accommodating and friendly. The pool area although small was spotlessly clean and the most comfortable poolside sun beds I’ve ever used😊 The villa we stayed in had a plunge pool area outside which was an added bonus! The location of DI is fantastic - it’s a very short walk to Fira centre but very quiet.

We stayed in Villa Santorini (2 bed villa) which didn’t have much clothes hanging space for 4 people. Also there are height restrictions in doorways which would’ve been useful to know as hubby is 6ft 2 and had a couple of bumps!

Location is superb, pool, view is beautiful with the most comfortable sun beds ever. We loved our stay here. Fantastic bakery and gyros place (Filos) 10min max walk into the town for breakfast/ lunch or dinner. Honestly everything is on your doorstep- will suit all budgets.

Nothing - it had everything we could have wanted. All the staff were extremely polite and always checking if we had/ needed anything. Rooms cleaned and beds changed every day 👌

This is a lovely small family-run hotel with a nice pool deck with plenty of comfy sun loungers and shady spots. We didn't try the food but the location was great...just a short walk to the main part of Fira, which is a cute town with tons of restaurants and a bus nearby that took us to wineries and other cute towns. The owner was very friendly and helped us book a ride to our ferry to take us on to our next destination. Would stay here again.

The room was a bit small for the three in our party but not so small as to be uncomfortable. The main thing I didn't like was that we couldn't drink the water and has to buy water each day...not sure if this was a temporary or permanant thing or perhaps applicable to the entire island.

The location was awesome! It was within walking distance to everything, coffee, shops, meeting spots for tours. Very centrally located. The staff, Carolina and Dimitris, were the kindest. Carolina was so sweet to us. She waited for us one night we came back late from Oia (we had a little trouble finding a taxi to bring us back to Dream Island). She ran up to us when she saw us from the office and was so happy and relieved to see us since she knew we had gone up to Oia that afternoon. She was so caring and so sweet. There was an amazing pool and it was never busy or loud. I loved seeing it everyday when we got out of our rooms. The view from this hotel was also wonderful, very relaxing and the swings were lovely. I sat out there with a glass of wine one night just enjoying the air and being there in Santorini. We got the in-room breakfast one morning and that was delightful. The croissants they served were one of the most delicious croissants. No other croissants quite matched to that. I was in search of that the rest of our trip and I didn't find it in other bakeries/restaurants, another island, nor in another country that we traveled to. We also had our clothes washed and dried and that helped us a lot; they did such a wonderful job. We got it back in a bag, all neatly folded at the end of the day. Overall, we loved this hotel and would definitely come back and stay here again. It was clean and the room was comfortable for the 3 of us, we each had separate beds that was comfortable. The hair dryer was amazing it was powerful and worked so well. And I would love to see the staff again especially Carolina. I feel like we have made a friend there.

This is not necessarily a negative; I feel the shower stalls there don't have doors to contain the water from splashing out. I say this because we also traveled to other islands and it was the same.

Beautiful facility and excellent service! One of those dream lodgings you think of in Greece - white buildings scattered down a steep hillside with a blue pool. Some rooms are accessible by stairs, but ours was accessible totally by paved walkways. Staff will help with luggage anyway. Had chairs and table outside our room - perfect for eating breakfast there. Each room is unique. Our daughter's had a separate bedroom in an arched "cave" that was picturesque. All service was great, but Carolina was totally outstanding and helped arrange van transportation for our family and fulfilled other requests. We liked our driver, Chris, so much that we booked him for all our transport needs to Oia, to dinner, and later to the ferry. Property itself was easy walking distance to everything in Thira (of course, it's steep being Santorini).
