The staff is amazing and always willing to help you. Everything was clean and working, but it's an expensive place for the things that they offer you. The hotel is located just 10 minutes walking from the city center, which is convenient for exploring the city. However, it's important to mention that you have several stairs to reach the hotel. Therefore, if you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with someone who has difficulties walking, please be aware that this may not be the most suitable place for you."

Absolutely everything was great about our stay and time at Kykladonisia. The facilities are great and the staff are so accommodating. For two young girls travelling on our own this place was really good with the BEST location with everything in walking distance. Upon arrival the reception staff gave us a map and all their recommendations to tick off our list - we did the sunset walk, a boat tour, and a day/swim in Oia which was beautiful. The communal pool is pretty big and there is so much seating space on the terrace area - this was great when it got a bit hotter in the afternoon and just wanted to chill. Our room was spacious and always clean - would def recommend. We had to check out at 11am our ferry wasn’t until 7pm but the staff were so lovely and we were able to keep our bags at reception free of charge, use the pool and terrace facilities, and there was even a bathroom and shower to use after so we could get ready after a swim. Would definitely recommend this place, everything about it is great.

Our stay at the Kyk was amazing! It was our first time in Greece, and our host Konstantinos was gracious and pointed us in all the right directions. He gave us a rundown of all the nitty gritty—when we checked in, he gave us a map of the island and his suggested restaurants, things to do, and transportation. He booked us a boat tour (which was exceptional) and even introduced us to the neighborhood pooch, Cici. Our room was clean, well attended to, and felt safe. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel as well as its exceptional staff!

the staff were amazing and located close to everything…the owner goes above and beyond with their guest! they checked me in at 11 and upgraded me to the novel room because they had the room unbook and ready whitch i really appreciated after many hours of traveling! all the other places here on santorini would make you wait even if the hotel is empty! i ended up staying 4 more nights than planned and all this because how well they treat their guest! i can’t say enough good things about this place! everything was amazing! but the staff and konstantino is what stood up the most for me! they really care about you!! thank you so much again

Absolutely EVERYTHING!! The room was divine, had so much space, and everything we needed. There was a beautiful pool, and so many communal spaces with amazing views. The staff were absolutely AMAZING. Especially Stan. He let us keep our luggage at reception all day after check out. We were able to use the pool and have a shower to freshen up before our flight. They even gave us fresh towels to use. Stan helped us carry our suitcases all the way out to the main road. He truly went above and beyond.

Superb staff . Location great , away from the hustle and bustle of the main street yet only minutes away from shops and restaurants/ bars . Quirky accommodation, set into the rock face . The bedroom had been recently refreshed (room 22) , comfy bed , powerful air conditioning despite an old unit , big TV , small fridge , soap , shampoo and shower gel. Decent lighting to compensate for the lack of a big window and sound proofing on the windows .

WiFi poor , intermittent and slow like dial up used to be . Bathroom needs a refresh (room 22) : Shower fixing broken so hand held shower only which is poor : shower needs to be secured to the wall at or above head height . Also no shower curtain so floor soaked when showering . Air conditioning unit dripping on to floor . Odd layout , outdoor areas felt open to all and communal . After unpacking had a couple sat on what I took to be "my" table and chairs . Insect mesh loose on bottom half of window next to front door , had to lock the window every time I went out as it would be easy to gain access with a public path thru the complex .

Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome at the reception desk and was immediately introduced to things to do on the island. They gave me a map and highlighted places worth seeing. They were also available for any questions throughout the stay. Upon request, they also provided you with extra towels for the room as well as pool or beach towels. Towels are only changed upon requests, which makes it more environmentally friendly. The place comes with a pool and rooftop terrace, which can be used by everyone. The beds were super comfortable, with a very thick mattress. The room I stayed in was sort of underground with only a tiny window next to the entrance door. It gave traditional settlement/cavehouse vibes, which was a fun experience. My personal highlight was that they offer single rooms for solo travellers. The location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, which was nice because that made it generally a quiet place.

The biggest con is that there is nowhere to dry your pool towels or bathers (since the hotel comes with a pool). The place could do with some clothing lines outside. The shower has no separation, which means you flood the entire bathroom floor. The bed could also do with a fitted sheet, because it kept getting loose during the night, so you slept directly on the mattress in some places. It would be nice if there was a separate terrace for smoking. Some people sat right outside their rooms and the smoked would float into the other rooms through open windows, which is annoying for non-smokers like me. It would also be helpful to introduce quiet hours. Some inconsiderate guests were playing loud music after midnight and talked very loudly on the rooftop terrace early in the morning.

The location was perfect just a short walk to the centre. The facilities were great there were nice seating areas where you could sit down and look at the view. The pool was clean. Konstantinos a staff member was super helpful and lovely to deal with. He told us about reasonably priced restaurants to eat in which were delicious and provided us with many different things we could do while in Santorini which was very useful. I could not recommend this place enough!

Stan was so great upon arrival as we got in later in the evening. Communication between the property and myself was so great! They assisted us with a transfer from the airport and paid cash to the driver, this was so handy! Cute little local dog greeted us (Sissy or CC?) Pool was good and the rooms were lovely. Location was great and close to everything, highly recommend staying.

Nothing - all was great. If you are arriving late in the evening just make sure you have bottled water with you as you cannot drink the tap water on the island. Our only problem was that we didn’t stay longer due to other arrangements. We will be back!

We had an absolutely amazing first few days of our honeymoon at this hotel! The views from both terraces were fabulous! The reception staff were fantastic, Stan & Konstantinos are a massive asset to this property! They gave us great local advice of things to do and places to eat & drink. The pool was lovely for chilling and relaxing for a few hours, it is small, but more than enough for cooling off and perfectly clean! Location of the hotel is fab, just far enough out of the hustle & bustle but still close enough to be there in just a short walk! Room was compact but lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Will 100% come back in the future and will recommend to others!
