The location was perfect, only a short walk from the city of Fira. The owner was amazing and helped us to get taxis whenever and wherever we needed them. The room was amazing with very good facilities. Perfect for a couple on a short stay (we stayed for five days). Would definitely book again.

The only thing I would say is that we had two large suitcases, which made the room a little bit cramped, so a larger room would have been ideal. Also, the wifi would cut out quite a lot, but it allowed us to focus on Fira more, so it wasn't a big problem.

A little hard to find particularly at night. However, the staff worked very hard to assist and communicate with you to find them. Greeted us at the top of the hill to lead us to the location. Also insisted on helping with the bags. Very generous as the steps can be steep in places. The room was fabulous! Everything very clean. Couldn't figure out the TV . Yet, I did not go to Greece to watch TV! The view was lovely. Hot tub felt a bit cool but it was March and windy. A gorgeous location convenient to walk around Fira. Breakfast was included and excellent! Thank you for the fabulous stay! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We fell in love with Kosta, he was the perfect host, super kind and attentive. Really nice (and refreshing!) suite, very well located, and fantastic breakfast.

We had a little incident in the jacuzzi. I leant on the side where the drain was and it sucked my back quite harshly, I needed help to get out. I'm sure it was mainly bad luck as it is probably not common to block the whole drain, but please, keep in mind not to lean on that side. Besides that, the jacuzzi was relaxing and lovely, and the staff offered to make it up to me (their concern and kindness was more than enough).

Hill Suites was the best place we stayed on our 8 week trip overseas. The property is managed by lovely Thomas who was incredibly helpful and kind. He looked after us so well and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were really clean and the beds really comfortable and the surrounding courtyard and other areas were lovely places to sit outside. It’s a great location with a lovely view that you can see while enjoying your private spa. I would highly recommend this place!

Super friendly staff. Really great central location for main town of Fira, everything in walking distance. Clean facilities and all in good condition. Breakfast was served at a time that suited us, delicious selection. Communication with the host was fantastic and arranged our pick up from the airport, hassle free. Housekeeping came daily to give us fresh towels and anything we needed. All in all, a great place to stay in Fira! We loved it!

Hot tub was a little chilly for this time of year but that is not to the fault of the hotel. Upon request, staff were able to adjust the heat for us.

The suite was large, comfortable and clean. The staff is exceptional. Costa, Mario and Tomas were friendly and helpful with information and really catered to every need whether it was late night pizza delivery, laundry or arranging tours and transfers. They even suggested a local sunscreen for me and it saved my skin. The breakfast was amazing. Generous portions and customized. Great fruit and omelets. The house keeping staff was also friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. We slept wonderfully in the beds and the bathrooms were spacious, clean and spa like. We appreciated everything. Thank you.

The staff, location, facilities, WiFi, basically everything. We went in not expecting much, but wow... we loved everything. My friend and I were very well welcomed by Thomas, the host. Let's just say Thomas is an exceptional host. He's very helpful, responds quickly to messages, and he's ready to offer support whenever you need. He went out of his way to make us feel at home. This, for us, was very important . The place in itself is just gorgeous in its white concept, comfy bed, and modern decorations. For two people, it was enough, and cosy. I really loved the hot tub. The best part for us was the environment around, no stairs (if you're in Hill Suites 2), It was also very close to the main fira centre, you can pretty much find everything like restaurants, bakery, shops within a 3/6 minutes walk and the bus stop, which we used a lot, so very convenient, the place was extra clean and very well maintained. Honestly, a 10 out of 10. Thanks to Thomas and Mario and this beautiful cleaning lady for making our stay very enjoyable and for being the best staff ever. We'll definitely come back to this place.

Beautiful accommodation, with a stylish room, very spacious and comfortable! The terrace and jacuzzi were a plus that completed the relaxing atmosphere and contributed to our amazing time in Santorini! The staff is so professional and welcoming, the location is at about 5 minutes to the center and you have everything you need near the property (restaurant, cafe, market!

This hotel was perfect! The location is also fantastic. A short walk, less than 7 minutes, and you are already at the Central Plaza where there are very good restaurants to eat. The suite was super comfortable; a very good size room with a wonderful view, very comfortable bed and a great terrace with a Jacuzzi with water at a perfect temperature. The people at the desk were outstanding! Kostas and Thomas were there to help us with absolutely everything that we could ask for including answering all of our questions, helping us book tours, getting us transportation for anywhere and constantly checking with us for if we needed anything. Fantastic people!!!

Everything was perfect.

Our perfect experience with Hill Suites began even before arriving in Santorini. By mistake, we made a double booking but the Hill Suites management alerted us to this, quickly assured us that they will do everything they can to help us and even assisted with the free cancellation (despite passing the full refund period). Upon arrival, Kosta kept us updated via WhatsApp on when the room was ready, allowed us to leave our luggages at the reception, and granted an early check in before 12pm. The room was a dream and we had our private hot tub which we spent a lot of time in. Huge breakfast spread made to order. Hill Suites staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Thomas was very hospitable and always ensured that our needs were met. He always greeted us warmly which made us feel welcomed and at home!
