Where do I even begin with our stay at Amerisa Suites? Let me start with the loveliest host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting—Ralitsa. From the moment we booked, Ralitsa made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind even before we arrived. Since we had a late arrival, she ensured everything was clearly explained and went out of her way to stay in touch, texting to check that we arrived safely. She helped us arrange a last-minute car rental and was always just a message away, responding instantly to any questions or needs. Truly, Ralitsa goes above and beyond—thank you for your kindness and care! As for the suites themselves: outstanding. Our room was spacious, with a large bed upstairs and a beautiful view. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the town center—easy and pleasant. The setup also offers great privacy, especially for those traveling with children. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If we ever return to Santorini, we’ll absolutely be booking with Amerisa Suites again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Everything was excellent!

Such beautiful and well equipped accommodation. We loved the simplicity of the design, practicality and function. After spending the days and nights exploring Santorini it was great to come back, relax and restore ourselves. The location is great if you want to be close enough to the action but far enough away to not be right in amongst it. Working from home the wifi was superfast, rooms well equipped to have seperate spaces. Our host was so accomodating in giving directions and ensuring we were looked after. I would absolutely stay again

Clean and staff are helpful and very hospitable.

It’s near the center, but there’s no near store in case of emergency. And the way going to center are like rollercoaster. It’s like were trekking everytime we go for a walk.

The location was great; it was out of the fray of the main area of town, but within walking distance of town and everything that you might want to do. It is however nestled on a hairpin curve of a very busy road which was loud at night. We wanted to keep windows open b/c it was so lovely in the evening, but we did close the windows and it did cut out all the noise, which was surprising but made it quiet for sleeping. The room was very comfortable but slightly tight quarters for 4 people. Nice size bathroom. We loved the hottub. Did not ever use the pool, since it is pretty small and there were always people using it and it felt like it was someone else's private pool. The staff was very hospitable and ALWAYS available to address our questions. We had some issues with the WiFi and air conditioning when we checked in, but everything was resolved immediately.

Noisy traffic at night; small pool/felt cramped if more that 2 other people there

The room was clean and spacious, the location is quite convenient—about a 10-minute walk to the central bus station and surrounded by food options. The room offered a partial sea view, which was a nice touch. The accommodation is located on the main road, making it very noisy at night—we even suspect a Mustang roared past one night, which made sleeping a challenge. Overall, it's a decent stay for the location and room cleanliness, but the bathroom issues and noise levels might be a dealbreaker for some.

The bathroom was small and smelled of sewage. The tap was broken, and the shower hose wouldn’t stay up. The safe deposit box was locked and unusable. It was located on a main road, so it was very noisy at night.

Location was ideal for the main road in Thira. Plenty of restaurants, bars in the vicinity. Ralitsa was a fantastic host. Very helpful & gave loads of advise regarding directions, bus services etc. Pool area was on the small side but always clean and tidy. Rooms serviced daily with clean towels and bedding changed every 3 days. Beds very comfortable too. Transfers were also arranged through the property and were very efficient !!

My family absolutely adored this luxury hotel! I wish all hotels were like this. The full sea view, hot tub, location and proximity to downtown Fira, spacious rooms and bathroom, and so many luxury details such as quality beds, slippers for each guest, daily cleaning, coffee included, and overall hospitality of the staff made a strong impression. Shout out to the head manager, who dealt with all requests with the absolute highest level of professionalism!

No negative commentary - this hotel was amazing and we would certainly stay again!

Amazing place with a great view and is very conveniently located. Our unit had a private hot tub and private deck with an amazing sunrise view. The staff is very responsive and quick to come to your help. Underground parking is a huge bonus too.

Amerisa Suites is the perfect solution for whoever wants to see Santorini in few days: you can reach easily the center of Thira by foot and Oia is just 10mins away from the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff so kind. They let us use the pool after the check out and they also gave us the possibility to use a shower. I really recommend this structure!

Amerisa Suites was super comfy and we felt right at home there! You are minutes from main strip and all kinds of restaurants and shops. I wish we could have stayed longer. We can definitely recommend this place! The staff was super friendly, responded to all our inquiries, and was very accommodating on late check-out times. This was extremely helpful to us. If we ever come back to Fira, we would definitely stay there again. 5-star rating!!
