Location to Fira Town 10 min walk and toom had view of sea and Sun rise. Staff friendly and accomodatiing. Provided transport from airport and to port (at a fee). Mini market across road and 24 hour bakery walking distance

The room was great and clean. The staff were super helpful and always around to assist when needed. They offered pick up and drop off service to and from the port which we appreciated, especially given the time we had to leave! The location was good - walkable from the bus stop and main area in Fira. View was great!

(Disclaimer: Not the hotel or staffs fault at all) but the only not ideal thing we experienced was a couple of birds seem to be living on the balcony and eventually we couldn’t go out there or to the jacuzzi without almost stepping in their droppings. We weren’t out there too much so it barely affected us personally!

The aparthotel was close to the city centre of Fira, 15 minutes walk. And just 5 min to the Three bells of Fira church. The place was good at the price we booked. We were checked in one double bedroom with extra bed with a big balcony but the airco in the room was not working, On requesting the owner, we were shifted to another room. The airco worked well there. A very basic room with hair dryer and fridge. Small cupboard to hang clothes. The bathroom was clean but had no shower supplies so had to get our own. There is no kitchenette. The view from our room balcony was beautiful overlooking the sea. We woke up especially to see the sunrise. The restaurant also belongs to the hotel and is reasonabley priced. There is a small pool which is good enough for a dip and out on hot days. A small supermarket just opposite which makes it convenient. We had a good stay here. Eugenia is a kind and sweet receptionist who tried her best to make things work for us. Catherina, the owner was an angel to me. She was kind and caring lady. Listened to all my requests. I wish her well.

The bathroom had no shower supplies and no exhaust. The room should atleast have a kettle so that people can have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Blankets in the closet stinked.

It has everything you need and more. The staff are incredibly welcoming and make you feel so at home. As a female solo traveler I couldn’t ask for more. The balcony had a jacuzzi on it which over looked the island, perfect for watching sunsets. The room was cool despite the hot weather outside and the double bed super comfortable. And on a side note, the pillows were extremely comfortable adding to the luxury.

I had no complaints.

Hotel was in town. Good destination for everything in Faros center. The pool is very well maintained. The staff are very nice and kind. The owner is very sweet. If you had any questions you could always ask her. Even for the most mondain things she would be more than helpful.

Definitely everything, and I think in my opinion, the staff makes it even better. The staff was amazing, I really really liked them and if I come back to Santorini at some point, I will definitely stay there. Thank you so much for everything, you made our trip even better. You guys are the best!

Amazing location. Directly across the road from a small grocery store & ATV hire. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Lovely view. Katerina & staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was incredible-made with love!

Everything was perfect! Rooms lovely , staff are really friendly. The receptionist helping you to book all activities and helping with information about what’s around! If you have any problems with the room, just say to reception and your problem will be solved.

Great pool area, lovely staff, good wifi. The restaurant above is also excellent.

The beds are terrible! The worst beds we’ve stayed in during 8months of travel. You can feel the springs through the mattress when you sit or lie down. This was really the only bad thing about the property, if they upgraded the mattresses there would not be any issue at all! The bathrooms are a bit dated and old but not a major problem.

Excellent location, my room has been impeccable cleaned every single day during my stay, staff very friendly and welcoming , the food is excellent and mouthwatering, every dish is beautifully decorated and the ingredients are fresh and delicious.
