Excellent view - the sea and the mountains; good gym for a hotel; excellent staff service from the whole team, really big breakfasts and a well designed hotel.

It was mostly perfect. Maybe the internet - there seemed to be a device limit. But otherwise it worked well and was fast. And there were connections throughout the hotel not just in the room.

We recently spent a week at Cavo Bianco in Santorini, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service, rooms, and cleanliness were all excellent. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. For the first half of our stay, we had a lovely room with a bubble bath, which was perfect for relaxing. Then, to our surprise, we were upgraded for free to a beautiful suite with a private pool for the second half of the week. Both rooms were stylish, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Cavo Bianco is located in Kamari, a charming area with a nice beach and plenty of great restaurants to choose from just a short walk away. We also rented a car to explore more of the island, which we highly recommend — Santorini is absolutely stunning and worth exploring beyond the main tourist spots. Overall, we had a fantastic week and would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing location in Santorini!

We spent two unforgettable weeks at Cavo Bianco! From the very first moment, we felt truly at home: the staff were always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with great services that made every day special, from moments of relaxation to the little touches of care. A special thanks also for the warm welcome to our dog! traveling with a four-legged friend isn’t always easy, but here we felt completely understood and cared for. A place that stays in your heart… we can’t wait to come back!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The hotel and rooms were spotless and really spacious. The reception staff were great in recommending some fabulous restaurants when asked and also booking them. Water bottles large or small were free but you had to ask for them, which we didn’t know the first 2 days. The location was perfect, really close to the beach, supermarket and main strip but also a few minutes away to not be in the middle of the busyness! Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!! Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was nice but not exceptional. It’s not obvious from day one that water bottles can be requested for free.

Our room was lovely (we upgraded to a junior suite), it was well though out with a really nice outside space with hot tub. The two pools were nicely organised, one being more family-oriented the other for plunge but big enough for a short swim. The hotel is really attractive and in keeping with the style of Santorini. The weather was perfect but the most outstanding aspect was the staff - it is a small staff but they are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, they were knowledgeable, friendly but without being overbearing.

The gym is a bit small but contains all the key equipment and I was alone in it so not an issue. The pools are a bit limited by the space available but they make the best of it.

1- Very cosy, calm and very clean. 2- Amazing staff , very friendly and helpful staff. Great service. 3- Location is great, walking distance to the beach front. Many restaurants near by. 4- Nice breakfast, wide variety of food. Every day different food was served. 5- We enjoyed our private swimming pool. 6- The room was spacious with two toilets which was handy for families. 7- Close to the airport, 11 mins drive by car.

Nothing to be honest, everything was perfect.

This place is fab! The staff were super helpful and very accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable before and during our stay. From our Junior suite room with a jaccuzzi and to their breakfast, everything was FABULOUS! Super close to Kamari beach too! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

the ONLY thing that I didnt like is that they do not have a parking space. I was surprised when we got there and told that they don’t have one because it was one of the first things I looked for in their facilities. We have a toddler and three luggages so it was a bit of a pain. However the staff offered to help us with the luggages and managed to park about 3mins walk to the hotel. It was a free parking space so it wasn’t that bad.

The hotel staff were fantastic from start to finish. In particular Katherine who checked us in was amazing. Very accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. Can’t fault the service at this hotel. They really go out of their way to make you feel so welcome. Really recommend this hotel. Location is good - 2 min walk from the beach and lots of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast could have a little more variety.

The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful! When we first arrived they even offered us a complimentary drink and brought our bags up to our room. They were always willing to serve you whether you need to book a taxi or find out more about the area. The hotel is about a 5 min walk to Kamari beach with lots of wonderful restaurants by the coast.

If you do not rent a car, make sure you set aside taxi money if you are heading to fira. It cost around 30 euros. There is also a bus that can take you there for much cheaper.

Boutique feel and exceptional staff. Very comfy sunloungers ! Lunch menu and pool side drinks were delightful. Wonderful ‘cave style’ architecture.

The pool turned out pale coloured swimwear green ! Our initial room had no door on the shower so we asked to change rooms to one with a private bathroom. Bed was very soft. The spa treatments were not very nice -no checking massage pressure during the treatment which was way too firm on the verge of painful for us!
