I loved the location of the hotel, great sunset view just across the street from the property. Staff were excellent. John gave us an upgrade to a beautiful room with an awesome sunrise we saw every morning from our porch. John gave us the information about how to get around the island on bus. He is a gem for the hotel.

The location of our room with the small pool just steps away was wonderful! The welcome bottle of champagne was a nice surprise.

The staff were great- special mention to John at the front desk who was just fantastic!! Very helpful, very friendly and so well spoken. The hotel was very pretty, we loved the pool and bar area and the proximity to Fira town.

The bedroom was slightly underwhelming for the price paid.

Our stay at Santorini Palace was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible hospitality and warmth we experienced from the moment we arrived. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to make us feel welcome. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmad, David, Damitri, Spyros, Nikos and all the amazing front desk staff — your warmth and helpfulness did not go unnoticed. Whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transport, or simply checking in on how we were doing, you all went above and beyond. We felt less like guests and more like family. It’s rare to find a place that not only meets expectations but exceeds them in every way. Santorini Palace is just that kind of place. Pool and location.

No hooks for towels in bathroom. No fans. No extra key for other guests staying in same room. Hair conditioner would be nice. Would be nice to go in the pool in evening.

This place is exceptional in every way. It's probably the best experience I've ever had while staying in a hotel. The staff were so friendly and really went out of their way to help and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The building itself was so nice, you didn't want to leave. The location was convenient, 10 mins walk to the main area with lots of restaurants around. Thank you Jonida, Dimitri, David to name a few for all your help and great service. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. Keep up the great work!

Very clean and great location to walk to the main town. Pool area was great and nice to have a spot to rest.

There was no cell service or working wifi in the room.

We had a beautiful stay at Santorini palace ! Every single person from the staff was very kind, smiling and very helpful ! The hotel is beautiful and it has a great location few minutes walk from Fira and other points of interest . I thought it was a perfect hotel for a family with children and they even provided us with a cot for the baby . We had a room facing the pool and it was beautiful . Across the road from the reception you can see the caldera. It is the same view as in Fira but no tourists. I thought that was amazing . We would definitely love to come back !

The property was beautiful, and SO clean! It was located in a prime/perfect location as well. It was close walk to FIRA but also a bit outside of all the craziness/hustle and bustle. The staff are very friendly, and accommodating and go above and beyond. The pool staff is extremely attentive and also go above and beyond to make everyone’s experience wonderful during their stay.

The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything - do not expect to sleep in comfortably without being woken up to your neighbours shower and or the chairs in the rooms being dragged across the floor
