U & Me Suites is a boutique hotel with rooms spread across three locations—two in Firostefani and one in Imerovigli—a fact not clearly stated on booking.com. We booked the Cove Suite expecting to stay in Firostefani, near our friends in Fira, and only learned it was in Imerovigli (about 5km away) when we received our transfer details. This was a major surprise, as our plans were centered around being in Firostefani. Despite the initial shock, our experience turned out to be wonderful thanks to the exceptional support from the hotel staff. Sophia, the concierge, went above and beyond to assist us throughout the stay, along with Ilias and the rest of the team, who kept the suite spotless and beautiful. The hotel owner also personally reached out to address our concerns. The Cove Suite is located next to the iconic blue dome of Imerovigli, offering stunning views and photo ops right at your doorstep, especially convenient for families with young kids. Imerovigli is quieter than Oia or Fira, with classic whitewashed architecture and fewer crowds. Though we had to adjust plans to meet friends in Fira, Sophia helped coordinate everything smoothly, from excursions to dinner reservations. Following our feedback, the hotel now contacts guests post-booking to clarify suite locations in advance. In the end, the trip turned to be very memorable one and better than expected to celebrate our personal milestone.

The hotel is amazing. We got the honeymoon suite with indoor Jacuzzi it was fabulous. Sophia is super hero, you can count on her for any recommendations and arrangements. Breakfast was delicious. Location is very close to fira center. Many restaurants and cafes are few minutes away. Thank you for making our honeymoon special.

The room is fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay and is finished to a high standard. The private hot tub and breathtaking views make it a really romantic setting during your stay. Staff were so helpful and friendly making everything about the stay as easy as possible. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

We spent the 1st night in a different room due to maintenance work in our room, it just happened to be in front of a hotspot for tourists to visit with photographers with one of the most stunning views on the island (which of course was amazing), but kinda took away the privacy a little. And we had to pack up after the first night and move our belongings. Staff helped with this and handled it so well so I can’t complain.

We stayed there in mid-May to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The room looked exactly like the photos — very clean, and even included a first aid kit with all the essentials. The breakfast was varied and delicious every morning. The private pool was well-heated, which was perfect for our little one (a 1-year-old baby). The location of the suite is ideal — very central but also incredibly quiet. Sofia is amazing — very kind, professional, and always available. She even gave us ride to the station in her own car. Her whole team is also super friendly and welcoming.

Santorini, was a dream destination for me sincerely it was a romantic beautiful place. My husband and me were celebrating our wedding anniversary #33 and honestly couldn’t have been happier to have chosen this destination to celebrate. A wonderful woman, Sofia Athanasiadou, assisted us with all our needs at Santorini since we booked our reservation at You and Me. Since i mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, she received us with red heart shaped balloons and a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate. She was always keeping in touch with me asking me for any requests I needed or suggesting me things to do or places to visit in Santorini. My feeling was like if I was dealing with a friend, she was always kind and helpful. I have already recommended You and me,, mrs. Sofia Athanasiadou, with friends as I am sure they will receive the same kind of treatment. The apartment I got it was a dream to me, more than what I expected. It was beautiful, clean, the view was wonderful; the Aegean right in front with a lovely landscape. Also a blue dome right in front of my door where the flying dress pictures take place. We were enchanted with everything we experienced in Santorini and the detail care received by YOU AND ME.

Absolutely no complaints

The property was so modern, clean and the location was incredible with the perfect caldera view from our very own private terrace and pool. Sofia was an amazing host, so helpful and friendly she helped us with anything we needed, big or small whenever we needed. It really took away any stress whatsoever from making dinner reservations & recommendations to arranging our baggage storage & collection. Same applies to the other staff, always very friendly and done an amazing job. The property and the staff make the hotel a perfect match for the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful space with exceptional views. :) Our first time in Santorini and whenever we come back we will be staying at the place! We booked this incredibly last minute when we decided to add Santorini as a stop at the end of our trip, Sofia took care of everything quickly arranging transfers from the port to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Also gave great dinner spot recommendations and was consistently available throughout our stay for whenever we wanted a taxi or had any questions about the island. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at U& ME suites! From the moment we arrived, the host Sophia was incredibly welcoming and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—even allowing us to check in well before the official time, which was a huge help and much appreciated. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. You can really tell the host cares about their guests and puts effort into creating a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

One thing to note for future guests: we were traveling as two families and had booked two suites, assuming they'd be next to each other. However, they ended up being about a 5-6 minutew walk apart, which was unexpected and a bit inconvenient. It would’ve been helpful to know that in advance when booking.

Our host Sofia was very welcoming and kept in touch with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. She even offered to drive us into the little towns when she had some spare time on a Sunday. The room was spacious and very cosy. We had a lovely stay. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor hot tub which offered a great view of the sunset!

The water flowing from the shower tended to overflow to the rest of the bathroom making it wet and slippery, so had to be careful. A bit more variety for breakfast would be nice, especially for those staying more than 2 nights. Some of the towels were not replaced.
