Beautiful stylish room with a pretty view. Easy to safely walk to restaurants and town/shops. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Loved the outside the room area with swing, hot tub, and bed. Upon arrival the host was right there with the keys. There was good communication before hand as to when we would arrive so they were ready for us. Our handsome host brought us complimentary cocktails upon arrival and we had a free bottle of water--much appreciated! Our host gave us many recommendations for eating nearby or activities in Santorini. Being so close to the road was not all bad because it was easy for transport pick-up and drop off and we had no steps to climb (unlike my friend who stayed at a much more expensive place that had a long steep stairway to access!) Our host was in contact (using Whatsapp) to help us secure transport if needed or answer my questions. The area was not crowded with tourists but not a far walk to get to the cable car down to the port for boat excursions.

ATVs and cars are zipping by all day since Canyon is near the road, but luckily the sound seemed to diminish at night, so my sleep was not interrupted. I'd say that my main disappointment was that the hot tub was not hot so my husband did not enjoy it. (I probably should have asked our host if there was a way to warm the water.)

The place was immaculate and had beautiful views over the island. The facilities were top notch and it really felt like home for three nights. Everything was provided, the bed was comfy and the quirkiness of the little house was lovely.

My only slight thing to be aware of is location (especially for those who've never been to Fira before) - it is a bit out of the main area and you need your walking legs for the hills to get up to the Caldera edge. Also, I loved my private terrace but it was right next to a busy road so not the most relaxing spot but still great for the evenings after the walk back.

Amazing location, a short walk up an alley and you were in the centre of Thira. Our room was beautiful and quirky not seen anywhere like it. The rooms were cleaned daily so that was amazing. Also the staff were unbelievable sending us some recommendations via WhatsApp which was a real help. We also had a welcome cocktail which was a lovely touch. They also helped us out incredibly when our ferry to Ios was cancelled and we had to make a mad dash to port for an earlier ferry ! They really saved our bacon ! They also picked us up from the airport and drove us straight to hotel! Very friendly I couldn’t put a single negative comment! The staff and the hotel were incredible. Thank you 🙏🏼

We totally enjoyed our stay at Canyon Santorini. Stratos is very nice and helpful. The view from the room is spectacular, we got up early to watch sunrise from our balcony. The spa bath is a nice treat after a long day of walking. Cleanliness 10/10. Staff 10/10. Location 10/10. Walking to the town and bus terminal takes about 15-20min, not an easy walk as you have to go up the hill. We ended up renting a car and used it to get around the island, totally worth it.

It would be nice if there are more chairs in the unit. Also, a microwave would be helpful too.

Excellent service and incredibly friendly staff — always ready to help and answer any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the entire property. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and during our stay, we had the amazing opportunity to watch the sunrise right from our window. The location is also very convenient: just a 10-minute walk through quiet courtyards to the promenade, and about 20 minutes to the bus station. A perfect place for a peaceful and comfortable vacation.

My experience at Canyon was perfect, the staff made sure of that! Fotini was always responsive and so helpful in organising transfers, reservations and giving recommendations of local spots. We were welcomed with a lovely cocktail drink, our room was modern and clean and full of all amenities we could need even plates, cutlery and wine glasses! Special thanks to Jordan, their driver who was so lovely who pointed out all the sights during our drive and made sure we got to the airport on time! Airport transfers were very reasonably priced and a breeze to organise thanks to Fotini. Location was great, it’s a short walk from the main sights from Fira. We’ve stayed elsewhere in Fira before and would definitely recommend Canyon!

Before we had even arrived in Santorini, the staff were incredible in communicating with us and identifying our needs. I had told them it was our first time to Santorini and they had a flurry of recommendations for us including winery's, ATV companies and restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had asked if they could do anything nice for us as it was our anniversary and we were greeted with rose petals and welcome drinks. Our room was always cleaned daily and anytime we bumped into one of the staff members were were always greeted with a smile. They had even arranged transfers for us to and from the airport. Would definitely stay here again if the chance arose. Room had a funky cave twist, hot tub was lovely and central location.

The only thing was I was given the option to pay either euros or pounds and wasn't advised which payment option was best for myself and I felt a little under pressure. When visiting restaurants waiters would sway customers to choose euros as it was better value for them. It would've been nice to receive the same advice. So top tip for anyone who goes away and doesn't have this knowledge, to always pay in euros for a better rate.

The view, the staff, cleanliness and super spa bath. There is coffee and tea, and soap shampoo and conditioner. Towels are included also one for the beach. Everything was perfect for us. The staff welcomed us with some drinks and a lot of information for us about the island and restaurant. I definitely recommend the property. To other travellers be mindful that to go to Fira you need to walk and go up to a hill ( people with knees problems might find it difficult). Around you have few places to eat breakfast or dinner.

Canyon Santorini was a great place to stay to explore Santorini. Our room was very quirky, and the outside space and view were exceptional. Our host was lovely and made us a welcome cocktail on arrival, as well as giving us some tips for the best parts of the island to explore, and the best restaurants, bars etc. It was a short walk from lots of great restaurants and from a sunset view. The room was excellent value for money.

There was a little noise from the neighbours (due to the room rather than the neighbours being particularly noisy) and the cleaner was fond of sweeping outside at 7am, but these weren't huge issues.
