The room was super clean and view was great with jacuzzi. Everyday at 12pm there's a housekeeping service to clean your room and replenish the towels. Its walking distance to Fira centre. Very quiet location. We came across many cats but specifically black and white cat (we named him Jonny) he would.be waiting for us in front of our room in the evening. We bought some cat food and fed him on the street also. All in all, we really loved this place. Check in was easy and we were given tips on what to do and where to go.

We received a whatsapp call from Anna once arriving to the location to explain us how to access the room and the surprising news that we got a upgrade to their best suite while we had booked a junior suite. we have also received information with recommended restaurants and activities, we have personlly tried multiple and did not disappoint! The room was very clean with a seperated living room with kitchen. The jacuzzi was located on the balcony where we could enjoy the sunrise, the sunset can be seen from other side of the island. Anna always reponded swiftly if we had any questions and housekeeping was top. Thanks Anna for this amazing experience.

I loved the room. It was perfect for me! Clean, amazing hot tub with great views, really nice hot shower, restaurants, supermarket, fast food, pharmacy and bus station within walking distance.

I had issues with checking in because no one was there when I arrived. I didn't have service on my phone. I let them know beforehand that I wouldn't have service on my phone. I didn't receive special check-in instructions prior to me arriving. Neighbor at another hotel got the owner of his hotel to check with owner of my hotel to be able to give me instructions on how to get in my room and which room was mine. I was trying to verify the location of the lock box for key and owner seemed annoyed a bit. It made up for it to let me check out an hour late the next day. Overall, it made my stay perfect! Thanks.

Great stay in Divino Suites, beautiful and clean property, with all the facilities, nice location 5 min walking to center on Fira. Lovely terrace with an amazing jacuzzi. Only problem was the 2 twin beds, I would prefered a king size bed instead the twins put it together. But anyway bed was comfortable, and in that kind of place and location, at least for me, you will like to stay awake hahaha, so no problem at all.Thanks Anna, if we'll comeback to Santorini, for sure we will repeat with you. The property was great! The location was perfect, even in December we could easily walk to nearby local restaurants (Anna gave us some recommendations that were wonderful). It was spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

The only thing that would have been great is a little more kitchen stuff. There wasn't oil or anything like that, which can be annoying to get if you're only there for a few days. Also you can't drink the water or put toilet paper in the toilet--we had done research and knew the rules, but a reminder somewhere inside would have been nice! Honestly, these are really small things, it was great!

Great location, plenty room, very clean & stunning view. Good communication from Anna too & great value. Also nice personal touches of water & wine in the fridge for us arriving, toiletries & slippers provided too which was great for using when coming out the hot tub. Good wifi connection & a smart TV which was good. Would highly recommend this to couples, very romantic. We watched a beautiful sunrise in the morning from our terrace too. We will certainly book to stay again the next time we visit Santorini. Thank you Anna x

It was perfect for our stay in Santorini.

We loved everything about our stay at Divino Suites! The location was perfect, very central location on the island, but also very quiet and away from the main streets, and walkable to Fira's main bus station where you could catch a bus in either direction either to Oia or Akrotiri. A great place to start our hike to Oia from and after a brief uphill climb, lots of wonderful restaurants in Firostefani within a reasonable walking distance of the hotel. where you could enjoy a meal overlooking the beautiful Caldera. The room itself wasn't huge, but we loved the privacy of our rooftop suite, and our own private balcony with sunbathing lounges, table and chairs, and of course the hot tub. Despite its size, it had every amenity, including robes and slippers, wine and champagne glasses, eating utensils, a very comfortable bed, a great 55" TV, full length mirrior, hair dryer, and iron, Some people have mentioned not liking the "wet room" style of the bathroom, but as long as you made sure the drain was open this wasn't an issue for us. Yes, the bathroom was tiny, but we weren't in Santorini to spend time in the bathroom, so it was fine for our needs! After all day exploring the many charms of Santorini and climbing up and down (and up and down again :)) coming home to our hot tub with a moonlit view of the island lights and sea beyond was simply heavenly! Big thanks to Anna who helped us arrange travel to the hotel from the ferry port upon our arrival, and to the airport when we left, as well as arranging reservations for us at Santo Winery and giving us several tips about things to see and do while there - and also for the champagne on our arrival! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - we simply loved it!

Can't think of anything that would have been better - we loved it! My only caveat would be that if you have mobility challenges our particular room may not be easily accessible as you have to navigate a narrow, almost spiral staircase to get to it (it is essentially on the roof of the building).

Our room at Divino Suites was wonderful - a beautiful view and beautiful decor, not to mention the hot tub placed overlooking the sea. Our host Anna was very helpful with arranging extras (transport from airport, recommending local eateries etc) and was always at hand via messaging. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we met every day with a new towel arrangement on our bed complete with rose petals. Would highly recommend this wonderful place and it is only a short walk from the main hub of Fira.

There is close to nothing to criticise with our stay. The only blemish, which I highlight is not the fault of Divino Suites and I would imagine would certainly not happen for the foreseeable future as the work will be completed, is that there was some construction work being carried out in the hotel next door to us which was loudly drilling during the day when we were trying to relax.

The location of the property was perfect, only a 10 minute walk in to Thira where we could get everything we needed. Everything was so clean and well maintained, the bed was comfy and the hot tub was a great addition for us. The staff were fantastic, the room was cleaned almost every day and the hot tub every few days. Anna was brilliant, she was so helpful and answered any queries we had. She organised a transfer for us there and back and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much, we loved our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the daily cleaning service was excellent. They even provided a free bottle of Greek wine, which was a lovely touch. The bed was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—within easy walking distance to Fira and the bus stations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we’d love to come back here in the future!

The bathroom could use some improvement, as the floor gets wet when you shower.
