The room was beautiful and roomy with reasonable views, breakfast was very nice as well. Host and staff were all excellent so no issues at all.

Its a bit of a walk uphill from when you leave the hotel, so be ready for that especially on hot days.

Gianna Suites was easily walkable from both Fira and Firostefani but was located on a side street off the other side of the main road and therefore was quiet and peaceful, with lovely views out to the sea and flatter areas of Santorini. So it was also easily walkable to those areas as well. I especially loved the little private balcony which was warm and sunny and brought refreshing air inside. The hosts were exceptionally engaging and welcoming, offering a genuine sense of hospitality and organising tour and trip arrangements with sincere helpfulness. The drivers were also very engaging and genuine. Santorini, as a whole, treats visitors with great politeness. As an older, solo traveller, I felt safe and respected. I greatly appreciated their cheerful and honest responses, and also the self-respect and respect for Santorini that they showed. I value the authenticity which greeted me.

My husband and I stayed at Gianna Suites and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness was a solid 10 out of 10. It's about a 20-minute walk to public buses and just 10 minutes to nearby restaurants and a mini market. The management was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and warm throughout our stay. A special thanks to Yona, who went above and beyond—she offered us breakfast before our early flight. Although breakfast usually starts at 8 AM, she kindly prepared it much earlier so we wouldn’t leave hungry. I highly recommend Gianna Suites to family and friends, and we will definitely stay here again!

Really quiet, clean room with beautifully warm hot tub. Bed was really comfortable, as were the pillows. Room had fridge, kettle, coffee and complimentary water on arrival. Free WiFi. Ample handing space and drawer space. Plenty of adjustable lighting. Main area of Fira was about a ten minute walk. Adjustable air con and tv in room. Ample sized bathroom. Very friendly, helpful staff, who gave us a map, bus timetable and suggestions for places to eat. Good selection of breakfast items. Staff allowed us to leave the luggage at the property as we had a late flight.

The customer service was excellent - especially Camas and Jona. They made our stay in Santorini much more memorable, giving us recommendations for places to go and helping to book dinner reservations in restaurants. They also allowed us to check-in early, when we arrived at 9am in the morning. Furthermore, they let us store our luggage and let us use the swimming pool and shower in the property after we checked out. The room was very roomy and was very clean and tidy as well. Overall, I would recommend this property to everyone looking to spend their vacation in Santorini.

The property was in perfect location, the staff were amazing and the suites were clean and tidy. We had a small issue with the fridge smelt like burning unfortunately this was a short stay so could not get sorted before leaving. The photos are different to the actual suites themselves but still similar just things have been changed and updated since would be nice to have the correct pictures.

Bed wasn’t the comfiest but the price reflects this. The hill down and up to the suites is a killer.

Great location only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Fira. A short steep hill down to the property may not be good for less able bodied people. Lovely pool area. Rooms compact but comfortable and well maintained. Super friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Tomas and Eva (sorry if I’ve got spellings wrong), you were amazing. Kitchen and housekeeping staff were also friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, only very small criticism is lack of hanging space for clothes but we improvised using the curtain pole. Also there’s no bar, but we were happy to buy our drinks at the supermarket.

Location of a Gianna Suites is in near of main city Fira (approximately 5 minutes walk way). On foot, you can reach the Main bus station. One ticket way costs 2€ per person (they prefer cash pay only). Cheaper than taxi (costs around 25 to 30€ one way). You will get all info from reception, you need only to ask. They warm welcoming and every time ready to assist and help you. Rooms are very clean in Greek white esthetic and all furniture are self made except of chairs and table on balcony. You will understand why when you take a walk through Fira. Breakfast is seasonal prepared, wonderful and tasty with plenty of choice, made by local grown food and a few local dishes. Mainly food is oriented to English spoken tourists, but there is also some of traditional Greek breakfast that have similarity with Mediterranean and Balkan dishes.

Nothing to complain about our stay of our choice. Short stay that lasted 6 days, it could be more! Tourists that have no discipline to take its trash to next garbage bin (all places on entire island).

It’s a gem in Fira in perfect distance from downtown. The rooms are cozy, we really liked the pool and especially the sunbeds. The breakfast is simple, but really tasty, we never left hungry. The owner of the place is a very direct gentleman, listen for his advices, and don’t be afraid to ask even silly things from him. Our plane were delayed, we arrived to the hotel just before midnight, but they waited for us. Very good value for your money.

We opted for Deluxe suites with hot bath tub and it was very relaxing. Great for a couple looking for romantic getaway! The view of the ocean was great and the breakfast had many different options as well. The staff were all friendly, especially Jona who would go out of her way to help in any way and make great recommendations.

There are some small windows in the room with no curtains however which made the room bright from early morning and made it a bit hard to sleep in.
