The rooms were great. The beds were comfortable. The showers were warm. The balconies were nice to spend some time on when it wasn't super windy outside. The views were great. The staff were extremely approachable and helpful from the very start - they helped me with a couple of dinner reservations. There are tours available through the hotel, but I chose to do my own thing. The parking was close by easy to find a space to leave the car. Was also nice to not be in the center of the town but close enough to walk (if you are ok with the uphill walk) both for the noise and the driving aspects. Has a great boutique hotel feel.

The pools were not hot, but I suppose that was the time of year.

Well taken care of, well located, if you don t kind going up and down the nice streets. The staff were very nice.

The water in the pool near the restaurant not too clean and smell too much of chloride. They asked 50 eur to be spent in the restaurant if you wanted a sun bed (you have the option of staying in the smaller pool for free - I thought this one was prettier and cleaner, also not so crowded).

The staff were very gracious, they went out of their way to help us. We showed up early, and all the staff greeted us. Maria led us to the delicious restaurant for breakfast as soon as it opened. The maria at the receptionist helped explain all there is to see in santorini. She even suggested some reasonably priced shuttle for our own wine tour to Santos and Argyros. Every morning she greets us with a smile! Enjoyed the pool very much

Nothing everything was WONDERFUL!

Professionally run. I made the mistake of taking the ferry to come to Santorini. Yet they're in touch on how we'll reach the facility even late at night. We were picked up from the port almost midnight. We made good friends with the people who are very warm and made our stay truly memorable.Kudos esp. to Maria, Anna, and Mario... Their restaurant KATSABOO BTW is on another level.

This hotel boasts a superb location right in the center of Fira, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The decor is beautiful, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff is outstanding, providing excellent service and making guests feel truly welcome. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially Angelina and Maria on reception. Room was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. Great location too.

Pool is open to non-hotel guests which meant it could get a little busy and pool area is quite small already

We had the cave hot tub for 4 people. This room was great with a good sized balcony (accessed off one bedroom. The staff at reception were extremely friendly (Angelina ) and helpful with booking a sunset catamaran cruise ( a must do!!) . Rooms very clean, great pools (2 to choose from) & a10 minute stroll up the hill into Fira.

The Sun-loungers at the big pool required a €50 spend & a lot of these had Reserved signs on them ? Not a lot of other places to lie . So we preferred the smaller pool where loungers were free.

This is my second return to this beautiful hotel. I came last year with my daughter and was so impressed that I came back this year with my partner and stayed for a week. The family who run the hotel are just wonderful George and his lovely wife along with the rest of the team really looked after us. The hotel is beautiful, fresh, clean and simply stunning. Calm Collections is the perfect name as the ambience set is so calming. You feel as though you are in a spa from the moment you enter reception.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Evgenia Resort in Fira – it was absolutely magical from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff (Maria ) who made me feel right at home. The hospitality here is truly second to none – thoughtful, personalized, and genuine. Every request was met with a smile and a sense of true care. The resort itself is a peaceful oasis, perfectly located just a short walk from the heart of Fira. This means you get all the vibrancy of the town within reach, but also the calm and quiet to truly relax and unwind. All in all, Evgenia Resort exceeded every expectation. It’s the kind of place that feels like a home away from home, but with the elegance and service of a luxury retreat. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and already dreaming about coming back. Highly, highly recommended – this place is a gem!

Wonderful staff - shout out to Babbi! They couldn’t do enough to help you. The pool areas were great. We loved the small one up the top near reception, but was fun to go to the Katsaboo pool area for cocktails. Decor was chic and appealing throughout. A quiet hotel with respectful guests.

We stayed for three nights, but if staying longer would like more storage space for clothes. Be prepared for a walk uphill into town - but I managed it in high heels every night :)
