Amazing boutique hotel, very close to Fira, yet away from the noise of the center. It’s my second stay in the hotel, and i found it even better than the first some years ago. The stuff is very polite and eager to help. The price is very affordable, at least off season. Definitely recommend it!

Not a negative comment, but it would be great to offer breakfast buffet, I would be willing to pay extra in the room’s fee to have it. Of course it offers a la cart breakfast, but in this case I prefer to have breakfast outside the hotel.

My family and I stayed at the property for 4 days and our whole stay was amazing. The grounds are beautiful and very nicely decorated. The suite had an AC in each room which was needed for August. The music in the pool area was such a vibe, too! Lastly, Katsaboo, the onsite restaurant is delicious, and delivers fresh food and amazing drinks. But most importantly, the staff at this hotel is incredible. They couldn't have been nicer, more helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. It is a family owned and operated resort and you can see how important service is to the team. George, Ana, Maria, Elizabeth, the list goes on. Wonderful people, wonderful place, and I truly hope to be back again one day!

Everything was truly amazing!

The hotel is nice and very well kept

They offered a private transport from the port to the hotel without ever mentioning they were going to car pool which is definitely fine but when they went to get us there were other 4 people on the van. They asked us (2 people)for 35€ and the other 4 for another 45€ for a total of 80€ when the fair price for that ride was 35 in total. When I told the lady at the reception ( Maria) that no one ever told us we were carpooling and asked for a better price she refused so I said a was going to explain what happened on my review cause other people have the right to know what they do. Maria had the courage of telling me that I was blackmailing, I consider this is not the right way to treat customers

The food was very good, although a bit on the pricey side. Given, Santorini itself is a bit expensive. The staff at the restaurant was excellent. Very helpful, friendly, attentive. Bobby, the driver and overall hotel assistant is friendly, attentive, super nice. Maria at check in was wonderful.

The air conditioning was a bit weak. A little hot in the room. Not sure the connection between the hotel itself and the restaurant onsite. Can't pay for your meals/drinks through the hotel so they are connected but they are not. Odd that you stay at a hotel and in order to reserve a beach chair/umbrella you have to purchase a certain amount at the restaurant/bar. Didn't like that.

San Marino Suites was a perfect getaway in all respects. ❤️All my needs and wants were more than satisfied by the beautiful suite, a property with attention to detail and lovely staff. I had intended to stay only one night but found lounging by the pool and eating at Katsaboo made it hard to leave so I extended my stay. Highly recommended! 😍 A heartfelt thank you to George and his team for making a solo trip memorable. 🙏🏽

This stay was better than I had anticipated! Our room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Having two pool options was also very nice. A special mention to Maria from the front desk who was very professional, helpful and friendly. She truely made our experience even better. She even helped us book a day cruise, Port transfers, and ATV rental. The location of the suites was close to the town centre approximately 10min walk. And overall I would highly recommend San Marino Suites, and thank them for a lovely stay.

Housekeeping opening windows which let in flies.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Aqua Marine Villa. The villa itself was stunning, beautifully designed, comfortable, and truly exceeded our expectations. What made the experience even more special was the staff! They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Every interaction was warm and genuine, and they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Nothing to dislike.

Restaurant was great. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. A nice and quiet property. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A couple issues came up during our stay. There was an empty beer can in our Cave Villa Pool which made me feel like it’s not regularly cleaned after every guest stay. Also, even though we had the Do not Disturb propped on the door, cleaning staff still went in while we were gone and cleaned. The issue we had was that all the a/c was turned off when they clean and windows were opened while we were gone which left the room extremely hot and little bugs were able to come in. It was extremely hot during our stay so was hoping to come back to a cool room but we didn’t.

Location was perfect. A ten minute walk into Fira. Staff were so helpful, in particular Bobby the driver, Anna in the restaurant and Maria at reception. All the other staff members were really friendly and helpful but these were the ones I dealt with the most. They really are a credit and do everything to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Just a beautiful place to stay and would go back without hesitation.

Nothing really, loved everything.

We struggled to decide on a hotel in santorini as there was so much choice. We found the San marino suites and decided it was the right choice for us. After having a fall at the airport the hotel transfer took us to the emergency room and left a number to call him back to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel very late and were so impressed at the room being beautifully decorated and very spacious. The next morning we explored the area around our room located next to katsabo (we were worried about noise but could not hear it in our bedroom) the area was lovely and clean with a very calming vibe. We went to reception and were greeted by an amazing friendly staff member who was so concerned about my health, the check in process was simple and we were offered advice on extras the hotel offered including a jeep tour and a boat trip, we opted to book both. The jeep trip was taken by George who was so friendly and informative about the history of the island. It was so nice to see his passion for santorini and he was telling us facts but making it more personal by including anecdotes from his own family. If you only do one thing book this! It is worth every penny and you get to see amazing places. The boat trip was from santorini star and wr opted for the sunset trip. This was amazing and the Staff on board were again so knowledge and explained stories and history from various points along the route. It also includes hotel pick up and drop off which is very handy. The hotel is about 6 minute walk from fira centre (to get there is uphill) but it has lovely views along the way. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone from the beautiful rooms to the amazing staff! I honestly can't thank you enough for our stay. Both women on reception and the 2 drivers we had (sorry I'm so bad at names) were amazing and constantly checked I was ok, we truly felt sad to leave.
