The room was just perfect. Lots of space and unique design. The private terrace the room had was perfect for chilling during afternoons and evenings. I loved our private plunge pool. The water there was very refreshing under the hot Santorinian sun. Breakfast was very abundant and tasty. Stuff was very helpful and welcoming. It is not located at the very centre of Thira, but the centre is just few hundred metres away. Uphill though :)

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Georgia is truly one of the kindest people you could ever meet — always helpful and genuinely thoughtful. The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out. It's in a fantastic location, just about an 8-minute walk to the main square. You can choose to take an easy route along the street or enjoy the charm of the local alleyways. The swimming pool was crystal clear and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and friendly — truly nothing to fault. We loved every moment and would highly recommend it!

The hotel was at 5 mins walking distance from the city centre. It has a good parking if you have a car. The bedroom was very beautiful and big enough for 2 people (we had a third bed helpful to place our luggages and stuff). Cleaning was excellent. The owner and her daughter were lovely people.

The breakfast is not buffet, but you need to order from a pre-selected menu (anyhow you can select all) and they serve you at the tables in front of the reception. The choice was everyday the same (no different cakes or croissant). Anyhow it was good.

It's an amazing property at the heart of Fira, Santorini, very close to the major attractions, market area etc. Hotel staff was amazing and very kind to us. Special mention and thanks to Margo at the front desk, really helped us a lot with the information regarding the locations to visit. it was my wife's birthday during the stay, the hotel staff left us a very kind note and a bottle of wine to celebrate. I've been very fond of the hospitality of Greek people. Overall an amazing stay and highly recommended property to stay.

The rooms were beautiful. East walk to the center of town. We had a great view from our room. But the best part is the care that we received from the staff. Georgia and her daughter treated us like family. They arranged transportation for us, helped us make reservations, etc. They pour their heart and soul into making everyone feel like family. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing!!

Georgia was very welcoming and extremely efficient, giving us maps, booking taxis and recommending restaurants. Breakfast was pre ordered daily, with us choosing a time slot. There was a litre of water in every room. I had a wonderful view up the mou tain, my daughter's view was the swimming pool. It was situated on the edge of Fira, so away from the crowds and a short walk up steep roads to the centre. There was a mini market nearby.

There was nothing we didn't like at the property

We stayed in the suite with private pool it was lovely. Spacious and modern with a lovely view. The owner/ manager of the complex was lovely and gave us great tips about spots to visit while in Santorini. Very clean and modern. It had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Being closer to Fira town would have made this place 10/10 but it was still only about 15-20 mins walk to Fira centre. Unfortunately a late check out wasn’t posssible and I noticed our room was not occupied again until very late in the afternoon.

The staff are excellent. Nothing is a problem and they're all so friendly and helpful. We booked a sunset cruise and a rental car through the hotel and everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless. Beds are really comfortable. Air conditioner is quiet. Location is good: away from the people madness of central Fira but an easy walk. Great pool and lovely breakfast. Highly recommended. Do go to the industrial tomato musuem when you're here. It's on the south of the island but well worth the trip. Thank you to Sevi at the hotel who was fantastic!!!

Very lovely hotel which is walkable to many restuarants and shops. Also very close to the bus station so easy to reach other towns, the port and airport. The staff were very helpful providing useful tips and also when my ferry was cancelled and I was stranded helped my find another room.

Early in the morning the mules go by the hotel and the ringing of their bells was quite loud.

For me this was a great a location. Its a ten minute walk from coffee shops and restaurants with a small supermarket nearby. The main bus station is about a 15 minute walk. Buses are great and are more like luxury coaches. Margo on reception was particularly helpful and informative. Generally I found all of the staff helpful and friendly which gave the hotel a relaxed atmosphere. The room, bedding and towels were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The private patio was a nice bonus.
