Amazing property with great view and convenient location. Cristina was the best host ever she made it so easy for us and was very accommodating anytime during the day. Overall stay was lovely, chalet was always kept clean upon demand, i would definitely stay again in valery suites if I go back to Santorini

The doors to the chalet can be challenging, the air conditioner wasn’t cooling enough so can get hot in the night especially if door kept shut, nearest mini market is a bit of a walk like 10-15 mins, renting a car or buggy is highly recommended.

Panos was absolutely on hands with anything we required, and the time it took to get any request completed was super quick. He was on time to check us in and made us feel very welcome and showed us how everything worked in the villa. The cleaning lady came everyday and when we returned to villa from our excursions, it always smelled fresh and beds were made, towels changed, bins cleared.

I think just the walking distance to main fira market, we found it abit daunting so took taxi services. Down to personal preferences i suppose! But that basically means book a car before you arrive at the property! (Booking.com provided these options once we booked this property) or Panos can help you organise car rental which he did for us.

The staff, Cristina and Tamara were exceptional! Cristina helped us with booking transport and giving us important information about the island. Tamara kept our room neat and clean. The suite had a jacuzzi overlook the beautiful view. It also had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee station that made us feel at home.

For seniors like us, the road to Fira main was too hilly and rocky to walk. Taxi rides or car rentals are a must.

The property was absolutely amazing, fantastic location overlooking the sea and Fira village. The private pool and outdoor area was perfect. The interior was spotless and had the Santorini vibe. Loved it. Our host Cristina was fantastic, responsive and extremely helpful. The house cleaner was so friendly also. Would love to stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.

Very nice apartment with kitchen, bedroom, living room and private jacuzzi - excellent host. She was constantly in touch with me via WhatsApp, really responsive and very very helpful. - Good Wi-Fi - Good air conditioning - The apartment is cleaned every day including jacuzzi maintenance - 15 min walk from Fira city centre - parking in shade (other hotels often have parking but in open sun)

Great value and solid location. Cristina was an extremely helpful host. She helped us with shuttles and tenting ATVs (which were a great way to get around the whole island).

There was a strong sewer smell in the bathrooms, which i have found to be somewhat common in Greece. The restrooms were clean, just a lingering smell. Otherwise no complaints!

We stayed at Valery suite number 5 ... gorgeous rooms and facilities , loves the cave like bathroom and the amazing shower. The pool and patio areas were also great, unfortunately. was very windy the day we chose to stay, so we did not use the pool as much as we would have liked to

Was a bit of a trek from fira, but doable. We were not able to work the air con out, and the bedroom was very hot in the night due to this, tbh we hadn't asked about it so maybe our fault .

Amazing space and the pool and views are incredible, all amenities available at property makes travelling with family effortless. If you have a ride which you’ll probably have in Santorini this place is very well placed near to everything. Amazing hosts and stay highly recommended.

very well kept space. great view. responsive property manager. nice seating area outside. peaceful area.

wanted hot tub to be hotter (lukewarm at best, but that seems to be common in Santorini). think there were some things such as late checkout that the manager could have been more flexible about.
