I travel frequently across Europe for both work and leisure, and I can say that my stay at Ethos Vegan Suites in Santorini was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Coskun, who manages the property, is an outstanding hospitality professional with a background in cruise service. He was available 24/7 and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The suites themselves are immaculate—modern, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, incorporating elegant Greek architectural elements in a truly tasteful way. Every single day, the room was refreshed with new towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, a level of attention to detail that’s rare even in top-tier hotels. The location is absolutely ideal—just 50 meters from the heart of Fira, close to all the main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet corner that guarantees privacy and peace. And the breakfasts on the terrace—absolutely wonderful. Delicious, balanced, and beautifully presented every morning, with fresh, local, and entirely vegan ingredients that made each start to the day a joy. A true sanctuary of calm and comfort, right in the center of Santorini. Thanks Coskun for this unforgettable stay, we will return for sure!

This vacation felt like staying with family - family that gives you space but you know you can always come and ask if there is a problem and they would feel happy that you ask. We felt really welcome, the room including hot tub is amazing. We loved that everything 100% is vegan. The breakfast is one of the best you can ever get and location is also absolutely top. My partner had his birthday during our trip and they prepared surprise muffins for him and sang happy birthday (all free of charge) + we got a free late check out because the next guests came next - amazing service you only find in a family hotel like this! Really highly recommended! 😊🙏 we didn’t plan to go to Santorini again, but we will because we want to stay at ethos vegan suites again 😊🙏

We had a fantastic four-night stay at Ethos Vegan Suites. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and shared some great recommendations for places to eat around the island. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The rooftop terrace and hot tub in the superior suite were a real highlight—perfect for unwinding after a day out of in the morning. Breakfast each morning was another standout, beautifully prepared with fresh, local ingredients and a lot of care.

The only downsides were that the rooftop terrace isn’t completely private, as it backs onto a main road, and the area can be quite noisy at night due to the proximity to bars and clubs.

We were so happy we chose Ethos for our stay on Santorini! We are living in Athens and wanted to do something special for our son’s 21st birthday. Of course Santorini is amazing in itself, but being at Ethos made it even more so. Artemis and Coskun are both lovely, warm people who were a pleasure to talk with. Artemis knows a lot about the island and its history having grown up there. But I have to mention the best thing-I was so overwhelmed with gratitude towards them because Artemis went to the trouble of baking some very tasty banana chocolate chip cupcakes as a little surprise for our son on the morning of his birthday! Having something homemade really made a difference for him and for us since we are far from home. 😊 Thank you so much for that, Artemis!! 🥰🥰🥰 I should also say that the rooms were lovely - I like the muted tones and natural materials. I also loved the little no-waste soap squishy things! We hope to be able to get back there again some day. Last thing - if you are planning a trip off-season, Fira is the place to go because when we went to Oia, it was almost entirely shut down! Stay in Fira which is more lively -but still so much quieter than in summer- really beautiful!

We had a delicious breakfast delivered to the room every morning. It’s a small, 5 suite hotel in Fira. The hotel is on a quiet street and everything is on your doorstep. The owner really wants you to enjoy your stay. He even drove me to the airport when my transfer was late. A delightful, helpful, accommodating man. I spent my mornings enjoying breakfast on the balcony and reading in the Jacuzzi. This was a relaxing stay. I’d recommend this hotel.

Our room was beautiful, as was the incredible vegan breakfast that changed every day, but the best part of our stay at Ethos was the hosts, Coskun and Artemis. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Coskun helped us with anything we needed, from recommendations for good vegan food around Fira to making reservations and booking activities for us. One highlight was a cooking class with Artemis - it felt like spending an evening with family, and getting to cook some delicious greek food over a bottle of wine was such a treat! The location is right in the heart of Fira, but you still feel tucked away as the suites are so peaceful and quiet. Will definitely be back!

Our patio and hot tub was slightly overlooked by two balconies of the hotel opposite, but if you spend a day walking around Santorini you will see that this is very common and you get much more privacy at Ethos than you would at many other hotels in the area. It didn't deter us from enjoying the space - it's a wonderful area to enjoy breakfast and relax in the sun.

A lovely hotel, located in a very convenient area, excellent and varied breakfasts and most importantly - the hotel is run by a lovely couple who never stopped helping us with recommendations, booking attractions, recommending restaurants and any other possible help. They even offered to come and pick us up if we got stuck without a shuttle. The atmosphere is family and warm and we highly recommend choosing this hotel.

Coskun is an amazing and hospitable host! The property is fantastic, set back off the Main Street which has everything you need, but also offers the full privacy and seclusion with a small balcony and great hot tub. The rooms are large and modern, decorated in an eco-style with this in mind. Breakfast is served very fresh each morning in your room and has great variety and flavour. You can make the room pitch black using shutters (this was amazing!) and this is the only place in Greece where I was allowed to flush toilet paper (should advertise this more). I would recommend to any couple wanting a break in Santorini.

Nothing really! Very minor feedback, but the pillows were very firm and could be lighter/softer.

Everything! From the central (yet quite) location, to the beautifully considered decor and attention to detail, all the way to Coskun personally driving to the airport to collect our bags which were delayed in arriving because he saw how upset it made us. This stay was absolutely perfect. The hand made and hand delivered breakfast after a wake up phone call, the balcony and gorgeous spa… everything was just amazing and we wish we could have stayed longer. We would recommend to anyone! Thank you Coskun for your incredible hospitality, you made us feel at home (16000kms from home)!

We had a wonderful stay at Ethos Vegan Suites. The owners are genuinely lovely people and they have very high levels of service and hospitality. We received a home-cooked vegan breakfast that was different each day, and extremely tasty and healthy! All the recommendations we were provided with were invaluable, so definitely listen to all the advice that is given. The room was very clean and stylish and we really enjoyed the hot tub that was nice and warm at all times. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Given that the location is right in the centre of town there is inevitably some noise at night on the weekends from venues nearby, although this may only be relevant if you are a light sleeper, and in any case you can use the aircon to mask any noise from outside. But this is a small price to pay for the location and other benefits.
