Giota and her husband were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Indoor heated pool just off the bedroom was such a treat. We loved that this was a small hotel and as it was the beginning of the season we had a few days of having the complex to ourselves. Atmosphere was so warm and Boutique 88 itself was such a gem. Also, you can watch the sunrise from the roof top pool.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very cozy and clean, located right in the center of Fira — perfect for exploring the town. The receptionist was helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit around the island. We the indoor hot tub in our room and also spent some relaxing time at the outdoor swimming pool, which was very quiet and peaceful. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Santorini!

The accomodation was perfect for our trip. It’s a 5 minute walk into the main square in Fira and a Caldera view. The pool and accomodation were clean, fresh towels every day. Very peaceful during the day around the pool area. The staff were extremely helpful.

Only 2 minor things were the rooms were fairly dark during the day as there were no windows, only a door. At night, the door lets a lot of light through from the outdoor lights. The breakfast I would say was quantity over quality, would have been better if there were less options. There were also no cutlery served with the breakfast and no milk available should you want some with tea/coffee.

Very clean and beds were super comfy. The hot tub in the room was wonderful being starting to get colder at night. Artemis was so helpful with everything including transportation whenever we needed it. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Absolutely nothing to improve on for a girls weekend away. The owners were so lovely and helpful, the room we had was immaculate, beautifully decorated, with a great living and sleeping space and the most spectacular cave style bathroom. It came with lovely additions like fancy toiletries and dressing gowns, and was perfect for two friends. The breakfast is continental and delivered by a local business as the boutique hotel is so small, but came with lots of variety and changed each day - especially loved the yoghurt, fruit and honey pots. The pool is cleaned daily and has stunning views to sea from the terrace. Set back on a peaceful side street but right in the town for any and everything you need. We just felt so welcomed and comfortable there.

Boutique 88 was so great. The main person we met with was so incredibly nice and accomodating. She brought us breakfast in a cute little basket every morning. She also booked our catamaran cruise of the caldera and gave directions around the island. We loved our stay. It was close to the main street, shops, food, and the cable car, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Would stay here again.

Location at Fira, short distance to busy street and nice restaurant at corner, swimming pool was nice, room was clean, comfy and they served light version of breakfast by basket. Manager lady is super friendly and helpful

People were coming late and have discusion outside apartments which can be problem if you need a proper sleep, breakfast is simple, guest leaving towels on sunbeds . If you rent a car be aware of no parking close to accomodation and like whole Santorini is kind of tricky - smaller car better, scooter is a winner ;)

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to town. Artemis was a great communicator and helped us with scheduling taxis, excursions, and reservations at restaurants. The apartment was very clean. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

The pathway near the hotel is used by the donkeys several times a day. We jokingly named it donkey sh*t lane. While I enjoyed watching them and hearing their little bells ringing, having to walk up or down that path to get to town or back was quite nasty. They have a man who has the unfortunate job as a pooper scooper and he does a great job but there is still no way for him to possibly get it all so we had to leave our shoes outside in order to not track donkey poo into our apartment. This is in no way any fault of the hotel's but is is a notable inconvenience.

The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. It was a quiet location but still walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was laid out for you at a picnic table at the pool (there was an option to have in the room but rooms were dark with not many windows since it is built into the mountain side. There was plenty of food and the hosts were kind. No options just laid out a spread of bread, cheese, eggs, sweets, fruit and yogurt. The view from the pool was nice and we saw the donkeys come up to Fira everyday.

We had a two bedroom but the second bedroom did not have a door just a partition so not much privacy for couples. The layout was a bit strange and there are a lot of stairs to getaround. Not good for anyone elder or that does not get around well.
