Incredible location. Right in the heart of Thira. Couldn’t get a better location. Easy access to many restaurants, cafes, views, shops. It was fantastic. Gorgeous rooms. Great room service everyday. Nice pool area. Nice and large breakfast included with eggs made differently each day, plus crossings and bread, fruit, Greek salad and yoghurt. It was huge.

We booked 2 of the same rooms and 1 was not what was shown on the photo and was shown online at a cheaper price. After 1 night I asked about this and was moved to another room which was actually a lot bigger than what I had paid for. Made up for it.

The hotel was in the centre of Fira and actually in the middle of everything and yet so quiet. The room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard. The room was amazing, massive and full of character. The pool was small but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean

Whilst breakfast was good and we had a a tray with fruit, yoghurt, fresh breads and pastries a little more choice would have been preferable. It was scrambled eggs on bread on our first morning however my daughter doesn’t like eggs but there were no other options.

This is brief cos I typed it all once and it got lost! AMAZING! Serene, calm, beauty, comfort, stunning breakfast in shady garden, towels provided for the pool with loungers in shade of a pine tree or in the sun, traditional building with high ceilings. Oasis of serenity right next to bussle and chaos of crater side of Fira.

Whilst no view of the Caldera,it was a great location within5mins walk of the Caldera coastal path, close to the cable car and within walking distance of the bus station, Firastafani and Immerogovli. The coastal path is spectacular and there is a huge choice of restaurants and bars. We stayed in the Queen Suite which was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but clean and functional. Breakfasts were amazing too. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t praise them highly enough.

Views weren’t great but you were right in the centre, without any noise, and within a few minutes walk of the views.

Breakfast, location and staff were excellent.

My actual room was not in a quiet area. Next to the external breakfast area in the coutyard outside and 30 meters from the reception room where all conversations echoed and could be heard at night time.

The staff were absolutely exceptional. They were polite, helpful and happy. They helped with luggage, suggestions on tours and were happy to book any tour we wanted. They were very knowledgeable about Santorini. We booked a private tour of the island with Michael, a staff member and enjoyed it very much. He was very knowledgeable about Santorini and Greece. The breakfast was very generous and fresh.

Nothing to dislike. We had a wonderful stay in Santorini.

It felt like you were part of the family at this accommodation. They help you with your luggage on arrival, they explain to you about facilities, their is a pool to cool off, rooms were lovely functional everything was wonderful. There is a lift for those that don’t like steps You have access from their court yard with a rope hooked across a door way to shops clothing, jewellery. We walked towards imervolgy from there beautiful views. The breakfast was impressive. Great location, worth every cent.

Wifi sometimes didn’t work in your room but not an issue we sat in the court yard garden area, pool or outside of your room there is a table two chairs, wifi worked

Very pleasant/friendly staff, great location with private doorway into main Fira market area, both shaded and shade-free areas near pool, and great breakfasts!

Beautiful historic hotel. Great location to walk everywhere. Exceptional staff, Michael Angelo took us on a private tour of the island, he is very knowledgeable, highly recommend the tour

No complaints

Location was fantastic, once you figured out how to get to the property. The Hotel's front lobby and building are not located on a traditional street. If we had not had the help of the driver and front desk, I'd still be looking for it weeks later. The room was huge, and it almost felt like it was part of a Villa in Greece or Italy. A few hidden steps from the lobby, and you are walking down pedestrian walkways filled with shops and eateries. The cable car connection (of which we did not use) is literally located outside the hotel's backdoor, a 2 minute walk max, for those that want to use it. We had breakfast included with the room and it was very impressive. All in all, I would stay there again in a heart beat.

I have a problem complaining about anything there. I wish I had booked an extra night or two there. It was a great place. The pictures are from a nice restaurant on my birthday, only maybe a 5 minute walk from Aria Lito Mansion.
