Alex was the perfect host and extremely helpful.He basically took care of most things during our stay and was very efficient The view was amazing and our room was beautifully decorated and to a high spec and with good air con location was perfect to walk to bars, restaurants and shops and the roof top hot tub with sun beds had the best view of the Caldera Breakfast made to order from list and brought to your room to enjoy on your balcony…. perfect !

Perhaps mend the shower door which leaked out water onto the bathroom floor a little but this is just a simple thing to fix - other than that nothing

We had an incredible stay in Santorini, and Alex was an exceptional host who made our experience even better. From the moment we arrived, he was helpful with everything, from recommendations to making sure we had everything we needed. The room itself was wonderful, but the true highlight was the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the Fira coast. We spent our evenings soaking in the hot tub, which had an unbeatable view of the sunset and the charming city of Fira. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Santorini. Highly recommend!

Only one very odd odd thing is that the wc doesnt ventilate well and you know being in a couple well it can kill romance little bit with nature duties. But again besides everything else was perfect !

Definetly this is the best place so far I ever been to. Stuff (Alex) - right man in right place - really helpfull, kind and professional. The check in in theory should be at 3pm but they allowed us to checkin at 12!! Amazing - the pool although in the same place where other pools are, was behind a wall which gave us privacy. The view absolutely stunning. I could write more and more - you just need to visit this place!!

Absolutely recommend this hotel to you. Alex is a wonderful host, he contacted me several days ahead of my checkin and tracked my status constantly, he also responded very quickly, Alex was attentive, responsible and took good care of me, he made my stay comfortable and memorable. The location of the hotel is just perfectly on the central cliff side, you can just enjoy the panoramic view of the caldera or sunset just at the terrace or your balcony without scrambling for the spots with other tourists. Moreover, you may easily access all the major attractions and bus station within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, you have everything you need, like fresh water, coffee and shampoo etc. and they are refreshed everyday. You even have a bottle of white wine as gift when checking in. Breakfast is a major highlight in this hotel, everything is delicious, you have many options on the menu, you just tick your favored food and send the menu to Alex, he will send to your room in the morning. Jacuzzi is also a highlight, but you should beware that there are three jacuzzis on the public terrace, if you care about your privacy, you should book the one room with the jacuzzi directly connected to its private balcony, which is not on the terrace. Overall, taken everything and price together, I think this hotel is good value for money, especially when compared with other fancy hotels. I don’t hesitate to recommend it to you and will still book this one if I can come back to Santorini in the future.

Also there are some minor downsides which I think can be improved. The headboard of the bed, which was knitted by hemp ropes, gave off bad and offensive smell all the time, I guess it was because the headboard was very new, if you mind this, you can probably sleep on the opposite side. The second thing is that the water pressure was too weak, sometimes the water from faucet was just drizzling, I hope the hotel can fix this.

So amazing, we arranged pick up through the hotel from the airport which was very convenient, we were met from the car with help to the hotel with our cases, everything was perfect from the start! Breakfast is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and the beds are very comfortable! The jacuzzi on the balcony with a fabulous view of the caldera is the best!! The view is incredible from the room. Hotel host is very accommodating and so friendly which makes experience 10/10!! Thank you, would deffo book again!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The decor, the room, the view and the food - all absolutely wonderful!! The best location for exploring Thira & Imerovigli - you can walk to all the main beautiful places without actually going up or down too many steps! We had a rooftop jacuzzi with the best sunset AND sunrise views too!! Alex our host is so helpful and friendly. It was my birthday and they took the time to suprise me with decorations and bubbly & fruit!! The breakfast was soo yummy and delivered to the room each day - you can choose anything from their yummy menu! The pastries were still warm & everything fresh baked. I am SOOO glad we stayed here (we organise had booked somewhere else and so glad i found here instead!!) Thank you Amelot Suites for the best stay ever!
