The view was breathtaking, the best on the whole island, if you want to see the caldera. Breakfast was fabulous, always brought on time to the room, where you could choose to eat on the spacious terrace or directly by the infinity pool. The location in general was superb: three minutes by foot to the center of Fira with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants, but still secluded enough for privacy and a lot of relaxation. All staff was kind, friendly, helpful and always a pleasure to be around.

The bathrooms could use a little makeover renovation, everything else was first class.

I have been lucky to visit Santorini 8 Times. I have stayed in different places all in Thira (Fira) with views of the Caldera. White Ark is just WOW! The Villa is Huge. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large terrace plus your own cave pool ,the view of Thira (Fira)Town, the Caldera View and the Aegean Sea with that famous SUNSET is just incredible. Its quiet but right next to all the action. The breakfast was great. Fanis and his staff are so accommodating. We received a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, my partner doesn't drink wine so Fanis organized beer for him. They helped us with our luggage on arrival and unexpectedly to our next hotel (Which they did not have to do!) This Villa is worth every cent. We have and will be recommending White Ark to everyone. Thank you and we will defiantly be staying at White Ark again! ( May Have To Try The Private Infinity Pool Next Time)

The view is amazing, you get to see Fira on one side and the sunset on the other side, with in the middle the volcano. The manager is really nice and accommodating. Breakfast was huge and really good, serve in the morning to your villa when you need it. The king size bed was very confortable and the villa really clean. The mains avantages of this villa remain the view and the staff.

Our stay at White Ark was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the huge pool with an incredible view was a definite highlight. The location is truly 10/10, perfectly situated next to all the best restaurants and offering breathtaking views of the Caldera, mountains, and city. A special shout-out to the staff for their exceptional helpfulness – they went above and beyond by providing vegan cheese and milk and were fantastic with local tips and arranging taxis.

Our White Ark accommodation was luxe and in the most perfect location in Fira, built slightly down the hill on the cliff face which made it private and quiet. We had the most magnificent views of the caldera and our own private infinity pool over looking the deep blue Aegean Sea. White Ark is in a very central location in Fira which makes it an easy walk to the restaurants and bars. Fanis, the manager, and his colleague Klaidi was so welcoming, patient, easy to contact for assistance and very polite. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean and breakfast was served on our balcony each morning, which is a great way to start your day! It was so perfect I could have just stayed at our hotel the entire 4 days. ❤️

First of all, the staff was outstanding. Even before our arrival, they contacted us to confirm our landing time, coordinated directly with our taxi driver, and ensured a smooth luggage pickup. The room was spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped, with a breathtaking view that left us speechless. The hotel’s location is ideal—perfectly situated and close to everything. Highly recommended!

Amazing sea views--no need to fight the sunset crowds at Oja. Loved the "cave pool" on the expansive deck and the abundant, tasty breakfast that welcomed us there in the morning. We booked a villa, which was perfect for my husband and me travelling with an adult daughter. We had separate bedrooms and baths, all clean and attractively decorated. Although the accommodations were difficult to reach with heavy suitcases, the hosts were most helpful in meeting our taxi on arrival and assisting our departure by taxi. It was the perfect place to relax after our long plane trip.

We would love to return--more lightly packed--for a longer stay at White Ark.

10/10. Choose no further when it comes to the best caldera view experience. The most exquisite property that dreams are made of.

We had nothing to fault with the property itself. It is expensive but value for money if you compare it with other properties in the same bracket. I would recommend staying for more than one night if possible. We arrived at about 3 in the day from our ferry and when you factor going out to dinner and exploring the town at night, in reality we didn’t have much time in the villa to fully validate paying that price for one night only. You are paying more for the experience I guess though and that one core memory.
