good location, pool is amazing although slightly ruined by the other people who were there being loud and noisey all the time and taking lots of face time calls out loud. The staff were great and breakfast was also amazing every day!

our shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it and it sometimes flowed under the door and in to the bedroom. Had to used up every towel we had to dry it every time and the bathroom always smelt damp.

The hotel is a beautiful renovation of an old monastery. The facilities are excellent and our room had everything that we required and was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast which was included with our stay is superb and there was plenty of choice to suit most tastes. The main point of difference is the quality of the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive and made our stay very special. Finally we had an excellent dining experience at the Selene restaurant which we would highly recommend. We also note that the wine tasting experience in the hotel is also really good and a most enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours.

Our bathroom might have benefited from having a separate or dedicated shower rather than a shower within a bath. It may not be so easy to use for guests with compromised mobility. Some more accessible shelving or drawers for clothes would be useful.

Wonderful hotel in fantastic location in the middle of town. I little tranquil oasis in the hub of where you needed to be. Katrina looked after us so well, she remembered the things we liked even when we ourselves forgot! We were upgraded to a private pool room free of charge which was beautiful. The room was luxurious and spacious with gorgeous bulgari toiletries and a very comfy bed. Pool and pool area was super clean, very comfy beds and a breath taking view. The pinnacle of the stay was the breakfast. Such care and attention to detail was given. The food was all locally sourced and home made where possible and presented beautifully by extraordinarily attentive and caring staff.

Nothing, we really could not fault the place

This hotel is truly exceptional. We have stayed all over the world and this would easily make it into the top 3. One of the major factors that make this an exceptional hotel is the staff and the attention to detail throughout the hotel, especially the amazing breakfast. You are greeted with such warmth and truly genuine care. One staff member in particular Athanasia who worked on reception was a pure joy to deal with and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. This hotel is relatively new but the management have excelled in their staffing choices and I am convinced this will be one of the most sought after hotels in Santorini.

I couldn’t honestly make it better

Staff were excellent. Reception team were so welcoming and the breakfast team were also amazing. It seems like a small group of staff so nice to see the same faces every day. The rooms are so nicely decorated and it is special touch to get turn down service at night as well as room cleaned during the day. They have options of spa treatments that we took advantage of and the team were really nice and professional as well as a fine dining restaurant in the courtyard in the evening who were very accommodating of our requirements when we ate there. Everything is very well kept and clean.

Plunge pools in room small but the main pool more than makes up for it with a nice atmosphere and plenty of beds. The ledge to get in the shower is a bit wide and the floor can be a bit slippy once showered.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at katikies garden in Fira, Santorini, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the convenient location to the breathtaking views, there were many positive aspects that made our stay memorable. However, a few minor issues prevented it from being a perfect stay. The location of the hotel in Fira is undoubtedly a major plus. It offers great convenience, allowing easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Exploring the beautiful island was a breeze, thanks to the hotel's central location. Our room, a honeymoon suite with a jet tub, was absolutely amazing. It was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the private garden area, which offered stunning views and allowed us to unwind in a peaceful environment. One aspect that truly stood out was the fantastic breakfast. The wide variety of options and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a delightful culinary experience made each morning a delightful start to the day. While the pool offered a picturesque view of the sea, there were some shortcomings that need to be addressed. The limited number of lounges and tables available were clearly insufficient for the size of the hotel. On a couple of occasions, we witnessed guests arriving at the pool but leaving due to the lack of available seating. Increasing the number of lounges and tables would significantly enhance the overall pool experience. Additionally, the restricted time schedule for the pool was a disappointment. Opening at 11 am and closing at 6 pm seemed restrictive, especially considering the longer daylight hours in Greece. It would be wonderful if the hotel could extend the pool hours, allowing guests to enjoy the poolside ambiance and take advantage of the stunning sunset views, as we were able to do in Mykonos.

For people with mobility issues please note that there are huge stairs all over the hotel. From going to the rooms, breakfast, pool and reaching the lobby. I do not recommend to take such a risk. Restricted time of the pool

-Amazing reception especially Thanesia, She was super friendly and welcoming made us feel like VIP. Her smile was always there and was always happy to do anything to make the stay better. -Location is best in Fira -Probably the most comfortable & clean bed I be ever slept on in a hotel. -Free upgrade was very generous

No complementary transport to port or airport like other 5 star hotels!

Dear Team, Its been a week since we returned back from your warm and pleasant hosting. I am a frequent traveller across geography and I rarely write any reviews. But Katikies garden on the whole is amazing. So I thought I must write to you and say a Big Thank you! Excellent rooms, amenities, location and most importantly all staff are brilliant! We were there for our 10th wedding anniversary stayed for 3 days, couldn’t have been any better! The detailed follow ups prior to our travel from Katikies garden both experiences team and concierge team was splendid. The Yacht experience, free upgrade, special cake and most of all the care, thanks a ton for making us feel home and great memories we possess. Special thanks to Vasilis from the concierge , Mary and Michelle from Events /Experiences, Yacht team , Damien at the Selene Bar and the Chef at the Selene restaurant! Thanks to all! This Hotel is stunning! An ancient monastery renovated in most tasteful possible way. The breakfast was wonderful in a breathtaking courtyard. But above everything, every single staff member really deserves all the praise - these guys know what spot on customer service is all about. Thank you!

The pool was amazing, and the rooms were extremely spacious. The staff was very friendly. The food was also exceptional, and we can’t say enough positive things about the sommelier!

The breakfast took way too long. The hotel wants everything to be an experience, and we didn’t often have time to spend 90 minutes eating breakfast. Additionally, when I asked for a towel at the pool, the pool attendant said she would bring it to me, despite the fact that she was rolling one in front of me. I know the service is exceptional, but it sometimes it’s a little too much.
