Nothing to dislike , everything was perfect

The location took our breath away as did the breakfast! We actually found it difficult to want to leave our accommodation to see the sights of Santorini as it was so comfortable and stunning. The breakfast kept us going all day... it was so fresh and delicious. There was even a bottle of wine and bottles of water left in our fridge for free! Every day we would come back, after sightseeing and our room always smelled so fresh and clean. We even asked what the cleaning product was as it was so lovely....(they even gave us some to take home!) We absolutey loved everything about this accommodation! Most importantly, we felt like we have made lifelong friends with the beautiful, friendly, caring staff and miss them after only three precious nights. It was only a short walk to all the main streets but still very quiet.

There is not one thing that we didn't like, It was perfect in every way and would one hundred percent stay again. The only thing we didn't like was leaving.

Loved our stay at Caldera Cliff Illusion! Sophia at the front desk was amazing- she made our stay even better! Loved our room & the view from this hotel is spectacular. The breakfast served was such a nice treat. All the employees we came across were really nice & helpful. It felt like we were the only ones there. Sophia was so friendly and very helpful with suggestions and all of the above. She went above and beyond her duties which left us wanting to come back in the hotter season. Loooved where we stayed as it was really clean & pretty modern despite being in a 'cave.' Really cute decor & nice sized fridge. Sophia & staff were tremendous! Thank you so much again!

If I had to choose something, it would be to maybe change up breakfast once or twice? That's just me being picky, there was nothing wrong with the breakfast provided at all. Everything was really hot & fresh. There was really nothing wrong with this hotel. Would stay here again 100000%

The staff are exceptional - Sofia was so helpful with booking activities, recommending restaurants and anything else we needed. The man who brought breakfast was so lovely, and the lady who cleaned our room and made our breakfast lovely too. The rooms are clean and have great facilities. We were celebrating our anniversary and my partners birthday and so we received a bottle of wine one day, then some champagne and a cake for his birthday which was a lovely touch. The jacuzzi is lovely and it is a great location to get into Fira. We couldn’t have asked for more and very glad we chose to stay here!

The only small downside is the jacuzzi area isn’t private however, we spent two days relaxing there sunbathing and no other guests were around. People tend to go out for the day so it still felt private to us.

The stay at this location was exceptional! The staff is beyond friendly and super helpful especially when it came to booking tours. The breakfast was “home like” and they were accommodating to our time requests . Sophia went out of her way to check on our comfort during the stay. Staying at calderra felt like home so much so that my kids did not want to leave. Highly recommmed this place for your stay in Fira ! This place is very close to the bus station, restaurants and shopping .

There were no bad experiences

It is a nice room in a quiet area. The views of the ocean are nice! The breakfast has lots of variety and is plated nicely. The staff here are very friendly and responsive to any requests and well.

It’s further away from the central area of Fira so you will need to do some walking. The bathrooms are all separate (sink outside, room for toilet, room for shower) and the shower did not have any area to put things such as shampoo, body wash, etc. The room had a very strong cleaning smell that I had to air out for a day with windows open - you can ask the hotel not to use such strong chemicals to prevent that.

High end feel for a reasonable cost for Santorini. Just outside of Fira and out of the hustle bustle, still close to walk to dinner or to shop, the access was easy without too many steps. We had 2 rooms and one didn’t have any steps. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and they cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was lovely with many options delivered to our room each morning.

Nothing. Love it!

I liked the location of the property. It is well located, right in the center of Santorini, with a nearby bus stop. It was our best decision, I would say. When we arrived, there was a small decoration in the room. It was our honeymoon, and it made the experience extra special. The staff was really good. Sofia was very helpful, and Onil was a great help.

Everything was great except for my racist neighbor. But that had nothing to do with the hotel or its staff.
