I wish to mention the kindness of the female reception staff member upon checkout let us leave our luggage at reception while we went out to get breakfast and also offered us to go to pool, use toilet and relax around hotel before getting taxi to airport. We had an excellent stay at Sweet Pop Hotel; it perfectly combined comfort and a fantastic location. The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of famous sites making exploring the city easy. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. After a long day of sightseeing, we loved returning to the tranquil environment of the hotel. The outdoor terrace was a lovely spot for unwinding with a glass of wine. I highly recommend it! 😊

Highly Recommended. - good value for the money. - 5 min walk from the centre, bus station, cable car, and stunning view of santorini . - too many shops and restaurants around. - the alley where is the hotel located is too quite, so you can have deeeeeep sleep. - the staff was so helpful ! - the room was super neat and clean.

There is 2 min stairs walk from the main street, not accessible for people with wheelchair.

It’s right in Fira, so super easy to walk everywhere, but still quiet enough that you can actually relax. The room was perfect, clean, and we had an incredible view. I loved how everything felt fresh and well thought out, down to the little details like cold water waiting in the fridge and blackout curtains that actually worked. The staff were amazing, so friendly and genuinely helpful. We were given great tips for places to eat and watch the sunset. The pool area was an extra bonus.

recently stayed at SWEET POP HOTEL for 2 nights and 3 days, and I have to say it was an excellent experience, especially considering the overall high prices and somewhat aged accommodations typical of Santorini. The reviews led me to choose SWEET POP, and I’m so glad I did. The owner, Sophia, was incredibly kind, fluent in English, and provided helpful tips to enhance my trip. She went out of her way to assist us whenever we needed help, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her efforts, and because of her, I’ll remember Santorini more fondly. The hotel's location is perfect, being near the main street, which meant we felt safe even walking around late at night. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which was a huge convenience. Plus, the sunrise views in the morning were simply breathtaking. I highly recommend SWEET POP HOTEL to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you, Sophia, for making our stay unforgettable!

While I had an overall positive stay at SWEET POP HOTEL, there was one area that could use some improvement. The bed seemed quite old, and unfortunately, I woke up each morning with significant back pain. It felt like the mattress was worn out, lacking the support needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. Although everything else about the stay was great, this issue with the bed did affect the overall comfort. Upgrading the mattresses would greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

Hotel staffs are so helpful and lovely. We've got big room ( 3 beds for 2 people) so plently of room. Room were comfy and clean. Quiet to sleep at night. Hotel's swimming pool is small but deep, few day bed to relax. Water is very cold for september so we didn't be in the water long. Location is good, near tourist attraction in walking distance. It's reasonable price and value the money.

Location is near tourist attraction but be warn that hotel is middle of the stairs.... you cant access the hotel by car so taxi will drop you off the main street and you have to walk down/up stairs yourself so not super handy with big suitcases.

We liked that Sweet Pop is located near enough Fira Town center, where the restaurants and shops and caldera view are, and where we were able to ride a bus to and from Oia Village. Sweet Pop also gave us a room just beside the front desk -- no need to climb up additional stairs, which is a good thing for newly-minted senior citizens like us! :-) (I hope hotel staff will always consider this when assigning rooms, i.e., check age of guests!) The room was clean and lovely and spacious, the toilet was good! Toiletries were products of Greece, and organic! A big thank you to staff Sophia and Poppy for making us feel so welcome! And to Mr Kostka for the pleasant drive to and from the port -- you were such a huge help helping us with our luggage!

Physically challenged people, older people, just manage your expectations: the property cannot be reached easily without climbing or descending steps. More so when you have suitcases to lug! Other than that, you will be fine. :-)

Absolutely loved this hotel! My stay here was simply amazing. Mia was incredibly kind and welcoming—I truly enjoyed our conversations and really appreciated all her helpful suggestions! My room was unexpectedly wonderful, with a stunning and peaceful view. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade, and I couldn’t be more grateful! Wandering through the charming white Greek houses felt like stepping into a movie. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Overall a very nice hotel tucked away just off the main drag, but with easy access to the main tourist areas. Quiet in the evenings with a nice view from your balcony (if you've opted for the superior room). The room was well serviced and there's a fridge with complimentary water. The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly, informative, and happy to help with advice and top tips, etc.

The size of the room was a little disappointing, but there's nothing the hotel can do about this, except maybe not to describe it as a 'superior double', this gives the impression that it is bigger, more spacious and even more luxurious than the standard rooms, but I think it just means it has a balcony you can step out onto. The hotel is positioned in a pedestrian zone/ quiet residential area with no vehicular access, so it will involve a minor schlep with your luggage down (or up) a pedestrian alleyway. Your taxi will drop you off on the busy main road and almost certainly will not be carrying your bags to the hotel for you, so bear this in mind if you are unfit or if you have mobility issues.

The Location is spot on. Very clean room everyday they clean your room change the towels and so refreshing when you come inside in your room. The view is amazing because we booked with balcony. I love the interior of the room because its so light for my eyes. Lovely staff they will ask you if you are okay- her name was Mia she is so thoughtful and charming. And kudos to the cleaning team too I was amazed.
