What a truly luxurious treat this was, with the indoor jetted tub and the delicious choice of food for breakfast each day. The views were spectacular from the balcony. We were very thankful for Giannis’ thorough organisation, communication and local knowledge and the lovely porter who met us and carried our luggage down and up the many steps. Daily cleaning and fresh towels contributed to making this 5 stars.

From start to finish we were well looked after for 2 nights! We were supported with any answers to our questions and given amazing recommendations for food through our what’s app chat at any time - highly recommended Onar (halloumi, moussaka, souvlaki, Greek salad and banoffee). We loved every second in Room 2 the Honeymoon suite. The magical Santorini sunsets from our infinity private pool were unmatched! Also the details and effort every day for breakfast was the best and very appreciated. Our luggage was also strapped and taken up/down steps during the heat so we didn’t have to lift a finger. The service and love from staff was the best and made our stay so memorable. THANK YOU 🥰

What can i say! Rafael is the man!! Even before we arrived this legend arranged our transfers, booked a beautiful restaurant with the best table and gave us the best advice on how to make the most of our stay in beautiful Santorini. Rafael & his team were welcoming and I have to say they are the best in the business! The hotel is just beautiful with the most stunning views of the Caldera right in the heart of Fira. The attention to detail was just next-level PERFECTION. Rafael is not just the ultimate professional we made a friend! It's a shame we can only do a 5 star review because in our opinion Rafael & his team are worth TWENTY STARS!!!

Absolutely nothing!!

Excellent Stay during our visit to Santorini. The owner and staff were very friendly and go above and beyond for the customers. Very good Breakfast in the morning, AC in the room worked well, room and bathroom were clean and the views from the room and balcony were stunning. They helped us in quickly arranging a cab to pick us up from the Port for the last minute request we had to make.

Size of the room was smaller than we expected - not uncommon in Santorini. Found challenging to store luggage in the room but we managed somehow by moving around stuff. Most properties in Santorini are only accessible by climbing stairs up and down and this property was no different. However, the staff was very helpful with moving luggage around during check-in and check-out.

We loved our suite! It was beautiful, spacious and was just what we needed to relax before we ended our trip. The customer service was exceptional! Rafail was the biggest help we could have asked for! He gave us so many tips and tricks to get around the island and best places to go! He was so accomodating and was always at our disposal is we needed anything! Rafail, you made our trip a trip to remember and were always happy to have a chat to see how our day was, we appreciate you so much! We also really appreciated Aggelos meeting us at our taxi and helping us take our luggage to Daydream, It was such a massive help to find where to go! Each morning Aggelos would bring us our breakfast and always had a smile on his face!

The resort was pristine! Very spacious and luxurious. Many details in the rooms and in property made it stand out- pool, hot tubs, slippers and toiletries in the rooms, commentary waters…no detail was left out at this resort. The staff was even better! Rafail went way above and out of his way to make our stay remarkable. He helped us with our sailing excursion, told us about the island, and got to know us as friends. He took care of everything for us! Great personality and all around good guy! The amazing bellboy took a huge trek and pushed all our luggage to a local taxi point to meet us after a last trip in Santorini to collect our luggage. They all went out of their way to make our visit perfect!!

Property was very clean and we were greeted by management in a very kind way. Management was extremely nice and made us feel at home! The view is also amazing and is the perfect spot if you want a great view of the Aegean see. Next time I’m in Greece I will definitely be booking daydream luxury suites. I have been to Greece 4 times and this by far is the best property I have stayed at!!!!! 5 STARS!!!

Everything was perfect! Had a great stay!

The view from the room is simply amazing ; the best view of Fira without any doubt. The suite we rented had its own big private pool which a must. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets. It is super well located as it is in the center of the city center so everything is next to you. Breakfast is also varied with top products. Wines, beers and coffee are at your disposal in the room if you pay extra money.

The suites are on top of each other, which means that your neighbors can see you and you can see the others. We came during the low season so several people have access to the property around for some renovation. As so, you do not have much privacy either when you are in the pool or in your room. Our neighbors also came on our balcony for their breakfast whereas it was supposed to be our private area. The lack of privacy and the fact that your neighbors are just next to you was not worth this amount of money. Also, even though we were ready for the check out 10 minutes before 11:00, we felt pushed away both from the host and the cleaning lady, which is not very pleasant when you spend this amount of money. But to be fair, it is still a very beautiful suite.

The room we stayed in was unique, with both an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. It was both spacious and cozy, and from our terrace we enjoyed great views of the ocean. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality. The staff, especially the manager Rafail, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was very friendly and welcoming, and even surprised us with bottles of Prosecco, which was a very kind and thoughtful touch.

Very comfortable location, right in the centre of bubbling Fira, with luxury views of the cliffs and islands, overlooking the amazing scenery of Santorini. All the facilities and room were in excellent condition and provided some great complimentary services. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, air-con worked wonderfully, and the highlight was the spa. Spa was sensational, and was a great way to relax with a bottle and watch the sunset. Breakfast set ups in the mornings is on the verandas, and is quite a simple system for ordering. We aren’t big on breakfast so can only comment on the Greek Coffee and Yogurt; they were delectable.

The hotel was pretty simple to find, although all directional apps lead you to the top of the hotel; whereas the reception is about 80 stairs downhill. Once we got our bearings it was significantly easier to enter from the bottom entrance. This is to be expected with Fira being on such a cliff face. Hotel staff assist with luggage. Staff were quite abrasive when checking in, but may have been the case of judging looks first, as we had just finished quite the journey before checking in, were a little out of breath from scaling down the stairs, and recovering from a cold. As it stands, being asked whether we were at the right hotel when we first came in put quite a damper to the mood.
