Perfect location close to Fira center but far enough to avoid the hustle. Rooms are tiny but perfect for a one-night stopover close to Fira. Great recommendations from the lady at the reception. They also helped us organise transfers which was very helpful.

Room and bathroom are pretty tiny, it was perfectly fine for a night. Maybe could feel a bit squeezed if it was for more days due to the luggages on the floor.

Everything! Great location, within minutes walk of the centre of Fira. A beautiful room with outdoor area, the bed was made beautifully everyday and was spotless. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly but I’d like to especially mention Shpresa who is just the loveliest, most helpful, welcoming person we’ve ever met, wherever we’ve stayed. A taxi was arranged to pick us up to take us back to the airport without any fuss and our driver was very friendly also. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Nothing, a few tears were shed upon leaving, we were made to feel that special.

I loved the location of the property, the bus station was just a 5 minute walk from the property and you can go to places such as oia, kamari and other popular locations for just 2€. Our stay was really short and a lot happened but the staff were very nice and helpful and the place was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend to plan your itinerary at home but book the activities when you get to Santorini ! We found out this after our trip as the activities were much more cheaper to book there and you can book around in local stores or even with the hotel who provide activities such as the catamaran for 20-27€ rather than paying £80-100pp on other pages. Moreover you can arrange the travel from airport to the hotel for just 25€ which is better than the 36€ which is the average price that you will be paying with Uber, even for shorter distances the price is still 36€, so I would recommend to either do that or rent a car!! It will be much more easier to get around the island. There is also a swimming pool which we didn’t use but this is a plus for those that may stay for longer and lots of restaurants and shopping places just around the corner.

Is not that I didn’t like it because it did the job but I think the bathrooms were more traditional and the bedroom was more modern. I think this would be a plus if they refurnish the bathrooms and make it more modern but i still loved the place and there was even a terrace.

It was the perfect place to stay! The room is beautiful and clean. The people and service were great and we even got great recommendations for tours/restaurants/etc. The location couldn't be better, just walking distance from the public bus stops, touristic spots and to nice restaurants/cafes/groceries. Cherry on top was that the place even has a pool. I highly recommend staying in this place it definitely made my stay in Santorini really great!

- Location. Near to the main bus terminal and Fira town, is just a 5-10 mins walk depends on your speed. There is a supermarket nearby to the hotel. Please take note if you are taking public bus to and back to the hotel, check the bus schedule, at low season the bus operates in 1 hour interval time. - Cleanliness. The room and bathroom are clean. - Balcony. You can enjoy cold breeze air. - Helpful. The hotel staff were very helpful, explained the nearby tourist attractions and restaurants that you can visit and they even provides tour package and scooter rentals. - Surrounding. Safe and quiet during my stays, the hotel is not located on the main road, instead is an alley to me.

- Bathroom. The bathroom is very small. No space for you to turn and you can easily knock on the walls. The shower easily splash all over the floor and is slippery. - Amenities. No drinking water is provided during the stays.

The rooms were small, and the reception was too close you can hear the staff outside. The staff didnt help me with rescheduling my stay,I encountered rudeness and inefficiency over the phone. It took five days to change the dates, so I had to contact Booking.com directly but at the front desk at santorini when i met them they are very kind so its weird

The staff were really really nice and the beds and room size were also comfortable for two people, cleaning was every day and the cleaning staff would wait for you to leave the room when you wanted to, and come clean even when you left the room at 1 pm. 😉😉

The bathroom was really really small , and uncomfortable.

Rooms are super clean and in excellent condition, Staff are really friendly and give lots of recommendations and tips, we could leave our bags there no issue In a great location, close to everything, Great stay. Thank you

Wasn’t a fan of the shower but I’ve found they’re all like this in Greece. A bit small and curtain sticks to your body but overall really good

The stuff was exceptional. They were very helpful. We checked in late (4 AM in the morning), however, the instruction on the reception desk was clear. The location is also excellent, very neat to the city center and the transportation hub (bus station, taxi station).

The room and the bed was little small to stay with a toddler. I wish it was a queen bed instead of full. I didn't get response in the booking.com chat. It was a little worrying as we were going to check in late and needed a transfer from ferry port. However, when I called, they were very happy to help. So, my advice will be don't rely on the chat, call them directly.
