We appreciated a lot the free of charge room upgrade. The breakfast was okay. The restaurant’s and pool bar staff were the best Thank you for your hospitality

We locked our room and we found it unlocked when we returned as housekeeping came without requesting it (we stayed 2 nights). On top of that the condition of the room has not changed regarding dirty pots, towels and sheets so we cannot understand why they had the need to come in our room since they did not clean it. Also no room service is provided which is weird for such a hotel.

I don't know where to start. I haven't had such a good experience for a long time. The property is a family business and as a visitor you can see and feel it every minute. You are welcome and you are treated as a friend. Staff is always there when you need them and help you with whatever you may need. I did not hear "no" as an answer although I had many questions about different services and things which were not even related to the hotel. So they do not only care about the hotel but also about the place they are operating in. Hotel is located in Marmari which is a small village in Evia. You can Rafina-Marmari ferry to get there. From the port it's reachable by foot, but if you have a lot of things or have some trouble walking I would recommend to take a taxi as the hotel is located on top of the hill and the road is pretty steep. Our room was perfect. It was big enough and had a balcony facing the sea and the pool. Breakfast was simple but good. I would suggest to have an option to order a proper cappuccino for an extra fee as they make great coffee, but the one they have for breakfast is not as good. Pool is fantastic. Water is clean and not too warm. And what is absolutely brilliant - they are not using usual chloride but some kind of salt, so the water is gentle for eyes does not leave any bad smell to your swimwear. And now we get to the biggest surprise. I have been really sceptical about hotel restaurant and I still will be in the future, but this poolside restaurant was something different. It all starts with great people who work with passion. The service there was spot on and should be an example to many restaurants. The food was DELICIOUS! We did not plan to eat there that much, but found ourselves having a dinner two times + some snacks as well. And if you want to have your food paired with a good wine, ask for John who will find the perfect match to your appetiser, main or dessert.

There is literally one thing I did not like about my stay and it was the shower curtain. But that was the only thing.

Great maintined hotel and surrounding area. A lot of places to sit, to play, or lay around (very nice) pool with a view on the sea. Staff was super friendly, professional and ready to provide all answears. There is a restaurant and a pool bar during summer months. Great value for money!

Nothing to complain about. Accoarding to some other reviews it might be very useful to have some drying lines on the balcony especially during summer with towels and swimsuits, just a small detail and a very friendly recommendation :-)

Clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff. Exceptional view of the bay from the rooms and the restaurant. Very good location. 10 min walk from the city center.

Breakfast could have been better. Every day scrambled eggs. It gets boring. They could change to fried eggs every other day. Keep in mind that they don't change sheets & towels unless you throw them in the shower.

Everything was perfect and the view breathtaking, the staff were professional kind and very nice in general.

everything was amazing there was nothing negative. I have a gluten allergy as well and they made sure to have special gluten free treats for me for breakfast which i really appreciated.

It's a strong 3 star hotel. Nice , friendly people everywhere, willing to satisfy your needs right away.

I had two rooms and although the bathrooms were ....cozy and everything was functioning well, some small details like rusty parts of sinks, too small shower space, and annoying shower curtains might get you a bit upset.

A wonderful hotel with a fantastic sea view in a quiet neighbourhood. An excellent position to explore the south part of Evia. Very friendly and helpful staff, giving us a lot of recommendations for points of interest. And the breakfast satisfy all our wishes! Thank you very much.

Very nice pool and nice location with a beautiful sunset. Very friendly staff and shuttle service to the beach for 2 euro. Nice breakfast buffet and excellent salads at the pool bar.

Rooms and showers are small and need an update. Beds and airco are not so good. Some real orange juice at breakfast would be nice and a better separation between smokers and non smokers at breakfast and at the pool would be welcome.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the hotel was spotless, and the Italian restaurant by the pool provided excellent service and delicious dishes! Breakfast buffet had a good selection and was renewed often. Fully recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway relatively close to Athens.

The rooms should be renovated, the bathroom was fine though, the pillows and mattresses are not so comfortable, the breakfast could be more rich, but it was not bad
