The property has several accommodation units/buildings, independent, with separate entrances for each level, ground floor or first floor and with a parking space provided for each apartment, right next to the entrance door. There are gardens with many flowers, in the green space outside. We stayed in the studio upstairs. The apartment is impressive in terms of cleanliness, facilities, generous space. Everything is superlative. New furniture, soft bedding, quality lighting, an air conditioner with efficient cooling in each room, insect nets and blinds on the doors to the balcony/terrace, a TV in each room. The bathroom is clean and equipped with everything necessary, a bathtub with a spacious shower, fluffy towels and a pleasant smell. Cleaning is done daily. The kitchen has a lot of facilities for preparing meals, and an espresso coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, which are provided daily. The terrace is large and has a table and chairs. There is also a balcony that communicates with the terrace and has mountain view, with wonderful sunsets. The host, Theodoros, is communicative and hospitable and responds to all requests. The area is quiet, far from the main road. The center of Karystos can be reached by car in 5 minutes, respectively in 7 minutes to Galida beach, which is very long, with calm, clear water, with few stones. Winds are specific in the area, but despite all that, the sea has no waves, it is good for swimming. We visited the nearby beaches, Agia Paraskevi, Kolona beach, Marmari bay with Zestany beach and Great sand beach. We were very pleased with our stay at this accommodation and at the Karystos resort. We highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent newly build with high quality materials. Comfortable beds, chairs, sofa’s. Beautiful plants outside with flowers and pleasant smelling herbs. Daily cleaning and towels. The kitchen seemed well equipped, we didn’t cook but made many coffees with the nespresso machine. We enjoyed our breakfast outside on the balcony. We booked two units for our family of 5. We enquired about the possibility to wash clothes and found a washing machine waiting for us at the basement. Every apartment had a wash line and pegs. We had a nice view on the bay. Our kids didn’t complain about internet:-) (ages 6, 12 & 16) A well stocked supermarket was within 5 minutes drive that even catered for lactose intolerance. At a certain moment our airconditioning started to leak. After reporting it late afternoon I got straight away a response through the booking messenger and the next day a plumber came to fix the issue.

Nothing major, small points to improve only: Not easy to find the access from the main road, we missed a clear sign. We had very little interaction in real person with the owners.

The property is new and very beautiful, the buildings are plated with traditional natural stone, there are a lot of flowers and plants everywhere. Parking in front of the house or in the underground garage. The apartment was very clean, with everything we needed, including coffee machine (nespresso). We had daily cleaning services.

Amazing villa 5 minutes from Karistos. Went there with my parents for Christmas and we had a quite, relaxing time! Brand new facilities with own parking and friendly staff. Highlights: coffee outside on the terrace and the morning sounds of nature! Highly recommend! Will visit again for sure!

Superb position, outside Karystos. Wonderful views from the balcony. Comfortable bed, good cooking facilities.

It would be even better if there were a few more kitchen utensils e.g grater, peeler, jug, bigger chopping board. We do a lot of our own catering!

Great apartment with all the facilities that you need. Big comfy bed, huge balcony, everything you need in the kitchen for preparing your breakfast (pans, plates, cutlery, salt, pepper, coffee machine etc.). Cleaning and refilling everyday. Just amazing!

The owner went absolutely above and beyond to call multiple nearby restaurants late at night in order to find us food. He had everything we wanted ordered and delivered to our villa. He was incredibly kind and accommodating. We would 100% stay again!

Near to beach and port but still you need a car.

The villas are cozy , parking right in Front , just 2,5 km from the center of Karystos and the beaches , The Villas are brand new andwell equipedlike asmall ultra modern house

Friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent accommodation, great location, lovely view, enjoyed our time on the balcony relaxing and looking out onto the view.
