An amazing value hotel for the price. A peaceful location by the sea lovely swimming pool nice little private rocky beach area. Helpful staff a bus ride to Nice beaches Golds Beach or Batsi Beach which has loads restaurants and nice little bars the busiest place on Andros Island.

It was good value for the money. Staff all very professional and our room very clean. Room 202 great views of pool and sea. Best restaurant in Gavros Port amazing seafood walk down hill turn left at port and last restaurant shrimp spaghetti yum, 😋

The hotel was in an excellent location with spectacular views of the sea and mountains surrounding the island. The staff was especially helpful, friendly and informative. We particularly liked the pool.... it was large and well maintained. The morning breakfast was also fabulous, with a variety of difference choices. The hotel was also an easy walk to the port (7-10 minutes) and some of the restaurants and shops there as well. Recommended to be sure to upgrade to a room with a view... it will be well worth it.

The hotel was excellent, but in Andros, it is best to have a car or motto, since the island is so large, and with hills. There are some neighboring towns that should be seen as well.

Very nice view from room and breakfast terrace. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly - especially Effi. We enjoyed the cats The swimming pool and the beach are were very nice. Plenty of parking Funky Donkey beach at Agios Petros was great!

It would be nice to have help bringing suitcases to the room. The pool would be better if it was open more hours (especially early morning.)

The hotel has an amazing big clean pool and it’s own private beach which is very convenient when you have young children. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All the staff we came across were extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to help us with an extra mattress from the baby cot or to store our belongings on our last day. For the money we paid we were very satisfied with everything and will highly recommend the hotel, the location is great to access lots of perfect beaches within a 10 minute drive.

We were abit disappointed the children’s playground has disappeared. Not sure if it’s being replaced but it would have been nice to have been informed before hand.

Everything was great. Nice room lovely balcony place to hang washed clothes a lovely pool and little beach, breakfast was plentiful every day in fact I am missing it. You can walk to the town about 8 minutes downhill the staff were soo friendly and the ladies who cleaned my room everyday so helpful and did a good job. I will definitely come back to AH. Thanks to all the staff who made my staff so welcome especially the young receptionist I wanted to play tennis but never got the chance I would recommend AH to anyone who understands how a real Greek island holiday should be. I am missing it so much

A gorgeous property in a fabulous location. The room had its own private balcony with view over pool and side view of the ocean. The hotel is older with heaps of Greek character, beautiful stone floors. It has a large open lounge and outside sitting area with view to the ocean. The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Small fridge in the room. Heaps of on-site parking. It’s own little private beach in a sheltered and private cove! Only 5 minute walk to the ferry. Next time I come to Andros this will be my base for the entire time!

It would have been lovely to have a kettle in the room so I could make a cup of tea in the morning.

Not many people in the hotel. The beach was close to the hotel.

The conditions of the hotel are not as good as I was expecting. The buildings need major improvements, but they weren't dirty. The food at the restaurant wans't very good. To my surprise, in summer days, they open the swimming pool at around 10:30 am and close it at 7 pm.

The location, the view, the easy going ambience, the swimming pool and the friendly staff.

Nothing in particular, just that the price might be only justified because of the high demand during the first two weeks of August. But still, it could have been a bit less, 150 euros/night for a double room with sea view. I also agree with other reviews that it needs renovation, but I would not complain.

I found the walls were not sound proof , people in rooms and hallways talking loud when you want to relax . In the morning by my staircase there was a worker throwing things down stairs woke me up

The breakfast was good enough and different every day. Apart from the basics, bread, croissant, pies, and yogurt, there were variations. We were completely satisfied!

The hotel is located in one of the best spots on the island. It's a shame to have such a treasure and have it neglected. It needs a good renovation. I say this even though our room was excellent in every way. However, the space falls short in many areas. The negatives were the limited opening hours of the pool bar. It could be open after 18:30. With music, drinks and some snacks, it could keep people in, increasing consumption. Remarkable was the kindness and willingness of the staff in everything we asked for. I've never come across anything like it. Thanks to these people the hotel works, well done to them!!!
