The location is very convenient since you have access to the port, supermarket and bus station (which is in the port) in a short walking distance. (You can go to Mpatsi and Andros Chora by bus. The sea there is really worth swimming. )My room had a sea view which was utterly relaxing. The staff were very friendly and communicative, too.

The only problem was the mosquitoes. I think there should be window sieves to block their entrance. The best thing you can do to avoid them is keep the bathroom door closed and place the curtain in front of the balcony door.

Huge room. Simply but tastefully kitted out. Modern bathroom - nice to be able to shower without soaking the whole room. Lots of lighting options. Decent storage. Firm but comfy bed - depends on your own preference. Hairdryer provided and fixed by a mirror (so many times this isn’t the case). Supposed to be a kettle in the room. We just had a small water heater which was ok for us but you have to watch it as it can boil over. The tap water was akin to what we experienced on Tinos a few years back (but not in the other Andros locations we’d been to) - my partner hated tea made with it but I weirdly liked it in coffee. Just use bottled water. Good size balcony with sea view. Small pool area/seating was lovely. As end of season could only get some drinks. There’s a handy supermarket just 100m up the road. We came from elsewhere on the island snd meant to get the bus to drop us outside but forgot so walked up from the port. The walk uphill isn’t too onerous.

Put the air con. on and later heard dripping water. The unit was over the door and the floor pretty wet by the time we realised. Switched off and managed to clear up. We were leaving the next morning so didn’t raise it.

The staff were very kind and provided very helpful information to visit other towns and places. The bathroom & room spaces are moderately updated, good quality towels. I liked my light filled seaview room and the patio. It is a short walking distance from the port and nearby all nice restaurants, right next to BP gas station, bus stop in Gavrio.

Please install a shower head holder. I wish the bed was a little softer. I would have slept better if the sheets were all cotton material and have fluffy pillows. Minor updates to these items will make a huge difference and perfect.

The hotel is perfectly located in a walking distance from Gavrio port. We were a bit afraid that rolling our two 20 kg suitcases from the ferry to the hotel will not be manageable and considered even a taxi for a while... However, the walk was relatively short, on the pavement although a bit uphill. Our room facing the sea and southern direction was spacious, comfortable, functional and clean. It had a good size balcony with the table, chairs and place to dry wet clothes. We were missing a kettle in the kitchen and the reception delivered it without delay. The room was cleaned every day and trash removed. We could park our rented car safely in the property every night. We didn't use the swimming pool and the bar due to late arrivals from our sightseeing. The hotel is a good choice for tourists who drive a lot around the island and don't spend too much time in hotel facilities. It is convenient location for ferry transfers and good option for eating in town not needing taking a car.

You can be seen inside your room from another balcony. It is allowed to smoke on the balcony what can be unpleasant to non-smoking guests especially during the meltemi.

Superb value for money. Absolutely spotless accommodation. Lovely balconies where you can enjoy sitting in the sun. Our balcony looked down on the pool.

The handles on the exterior doors are tricky to manage, an issue for guests. Considering the high standard of bathroom ware, it would be nice to have a holder for the shower head. Also, towel quality varies. Some towels are lovely and soft, while other towels are coarse and hard - easy to correct. Unfortunately, a view of the local gas station interrupts the view to the sea.

The apartment highlight has to be the view. We had free view over the ocean from our balcony which was priceless! For the rest, the apartment/room met expectations, a small kitchenette which was handy, very small bathroom and three beds. No luxury, but fit for purpose. The air conditioning worked well which was much needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Towels and bed linen were refreshed daily, which was fantastic. Location is good, walking distance from the harbor. Need a car for sure but that's the case anywhere in the island, and there was plenty of parking space at the hotel!

The airconditioning smelled.... and bad! When leaving the aircon on and windows closed, entering the room was quite a shock. Unfortunately the bathroom felt old and definitely could use an upgrade, shower curtain was a bit moldy. It was extremely windy when we were there, and the windows had no way to be locked in place while open, which is a potential point for easy improvement.

Spacious studio, plenty of wardrobe space, toiletries, comfortable bed, very clean, nice balcony with a great view. Air con worked well as did the fridge, bins emptied daily & a sheet & towel change during our 5 day stay. Lovely renovated shower room with loads of hot water. Short walk to the port, shops & restaurants. No kettle but a little water heater to make hot drinks with. Staff were helpful when we needed anything.

Nothing we didn't like.

Amazing location, 4min walk from Gavrio port and 2min from a small supermarket. The room is big enough and clean, they change the sheets and towels often. We loved the option for breakfast (8€) and it was good and big. The pool is a cool addition, although small and not super clean, good enough for a quick refreshment. The free parking was always available and the staff was helpful.

The WIFI connection was quite poor and the bathroom is a bit old and rusty. We also hated that the tap water is salty, but I guess the whole Andros island has that (supermarket for bottled water is also close).

Hotel was an easy walk from the port, located in a small and very cute town. I was very happy with the size of my room. The bathroom was larger than most small hotels. There was a kettle, small refrigerator and a few dishes in the kitchenette. The beds were comfortable. My favorite was the balcony with view of the water! My stay was very peaceful. Nice and quiet at night. Hiking trails nearby took me up to the hill tops with views all around. Also an easy walk to a great sandy beach. Property has a nice pool with loungers. Restaurants, market, car rentals and a few cute shops were also close by. I would stay again.

The only thing I think could have been better was to have a microwave in the room.
