Excellent location near the lake of Kastoria with easy free parking around the hotel. A very warm wellcome with a homemade drink from the ladies at the reception.They were more than helpful and the owners Mrs Margarita and Mrs. Mimi as well, by offering us easy rutes and giving us travel tips to make our stay easier and enjoyable. The room was sparkling clean, bright with a balcony facing the forest and the lake. The bed was big and soft with excellent quality bed linens , towels bathrobes and slippers. The colouful breakfast room wellcomed us in the mornings with delicious mouth-watering homemade organic dishes and a great variety of anything we could ask for. Everyrhing fresh and carefully prepared in excellent quality. We were absolutely delighted with the care and hospitality at the Chloe Hotel in Kastoria and we highly recomment it to other travellers too.

The Stuff. It's not very common that the owner of the hotel comes to greet you , sits with you and chit chat with you. She is the nicest person. When she heard we're from Isreal she went way and beyond to make sure I will feel at home. Isaraelis are very very very welcomed in this Hotel. The owner has a rich and interesting past with Jews that lived in Kastoria which she told us about. The breakfast - awsome. 90% of what is servers there is local , home made, mostly by the owner , and she definitely can cook :-)

I can't think of a thing I didn't like.

It’s their care for the customer and attention to detail that sets this hotel apart from others. A warm welcome from the owner and super tasty homemade food makes breakfast a wonderful experience. We stayed late November and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a little bit of Christmas also spilling in to our bedroom. Super clean, world class customer service and warm, homely vibe. Mimi, her daughter Margarita and all the staff there are a hard act to beat. We will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Fantastic experience at this charming hotel , located in a serene area perfect for families and couples. The relaxing atmosphere, cozy lobby, and spacious, well-lit rooms with lovely lake or garden views contributed to a memorable experience. The standout feature was the outstanding service; the staff were attentive and ensured that everything was perfectly arranged. The delicious breakfast, (mostly homemade) featuring fresh local ingredients , was served in an elegant and inviting setting. With convenient access to the city center, (where bike rentals are available for exploring the lake area) , this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. My friends and I were traveling around northern Greece and spent one night at the Chloe Hotel. There were twelve of us. This was the best hotel out of nine we stayed at along the way. Hotel Chloe is very nicely decorated. Beautiful foyer. Very kind girl at the reception, with excellent English. Rich, tasty, pleasant breakfast. For breakfast, our hostess told us about the menu: homemade cheese, homemade yogurt, homemade cookies and jam, and homemade honey from fragrant mountain tea flowers. When I started asking what kind of flowers these were, she gave me a whole bouquet of dried mountain flowers. Returning home, my friends and I brewed them and drank a truly aromatic and delicious flower tea. In the lobby of this particular hotel we filmed a film - a small amateur production, where we performed in the images of the gods of Olympus. We wore bathrobes from hotel rooms as costumes.

We loved the location..a bit away from the city but much quieter! The staff very friendly welcoming and pleasant. Very clean! Loved the white linens. Breakfast buffet very generous with great variety. After our stay there we stayed at two higher end hotels unfortunately their breakfast didn’t come close to Chloe..

The bathroom a bit small otherwise very nice.

That is an example of exemplary quality stay. It's not just about the building, the building is soulless without its people. Although the room was perfectly clean and the breakfast a tasty merge of traditional Greek and modern; the final touch is added by the staff who are all friendly, professional and great overall. This is a wonderfull hotel. The staff is really friendly. This place is run by a very nice family. The breakfast was delicious, Greek style witje lots of local products. The rooms are confortable and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet so you can have a good night sleep. The perfect place to stay when you are in Kastoria.

Everything was perfect.

This luxurious hotel's decor and 'freshness' is outstanding, both in style and quality, and it's located in a quiet location just out of the busy areas. Our room was plush, and very clean and comfortable, and the bath robes are a lovely touch! Breakfast is a truly special experience, from being personally greeted by the owner herself on arrival, and also being the masterchef behind many of the speciallty greek delicacies on the menu, to the range and quality of the extraordinary food itself. We can certainly recommend the Chloe to other visitors to this wonderful town.

Incredible hotel in a peaceful place. If you want to relax, this is the best place for you! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the products - locally sourced. The owners were incredibly sweet and welcoming. We were so impressed by everything and would definitely come back again.
