First of all the staff was incredible! always very kind and willing to help, very quick on assisting too The food in the dining hall and pool cantine were great in terms of taste, variety and convinient availability hours! The seating area was very nice too - inside and outside. It was great to find out there was a show on Saturday night, the two-men rock band was really fun and upgraded our experience! The two pools were lovely, really nicely designed, the resort in general was spacious and aesthetically beautiful Also very very near a lovely beach - big plus! We loved the room, it was very modern and clean and comfortable, chosing a sea view was a great choice :) We didn't have a chance to use them due to time limit - but we liked it that there was a tennis field, and bike potions as well as some arcade games at the lobby. Altogether we had a lovely stay, and are very happy about booking lambi resort, looking forward to coming back in the future!

Overall we enjoyed the bar options a lot, but the wines did not taste so well. We loved the beer and other alcoholic drink options, but I think offering a different wine would make a difference, especially when it goes together with the nice fresh food at dinners. We had some problems with the resort's WiFi connection, it barely worked in the room itself, and very weakly by the pool. I had to use it for some urgent things and only found a strong connection to the internet at the lobby. Overall, arriving to the resort worked fine by public transport, but having a more transperant access to the bus info in advance would help a lot! (at the hotel a timetable was offered, but not earlier which made arrival a bit difficult).

I loved the location, the friendliness of all the staff, my amazing room with a private balcony, the meals and the nightly entrainment. I love the availability of bikes on site. I used an electric bike all week to explore the island! I took an island tour and the bus pickup was at the resort front door.

The meals were delicious, however, i would have loved alternate fish selection (fried/grilled, or baked). Also, the juices and wine could have been better quality. The wines and juices tasted as if they were mixed with water. The exception was the apple juice which was pure and delicious. I brought my own wine and juices to breakfast and dinner.

Value was exceptional for what I had paid. I had stayed in a more pricey accommodation before, that wasn’t all inclusive. This resort exceeded the hotel I had stayed at previously.

They changed our towels just once during our 4 night stay. Even though on their instructions, they said that they change them out 3 times a week. Also, when they changed the towels they actually just took them, without giving us new ones… so we had to ask at reception and get them late at night.

All inclusive services were unexpected so extended to everything, we didn't even used them all (we went in Kos centre for dinner to get into the city centre life, for example, even if lunch, dinner, all day drinks and snacks were included too in the tariff). the place is perfect for having relax. Aurora among the resort staff was always so kind and gentle and the same is true for the girl at the reception, always so kind to book a taxi for us.

the food was great,especially the vegetable dishes which were very creative and tasty.Great value for money as an all inclusive.The staff were very pleasant and polite.The bus stop to Kos town was a 2 minute walk.Peaceful countryside location but only a 10 minute bus ride to town.The room was soundproof.

some things in the room didn’t work.The fridge and kettle,and there was no hot water.All fixed by the 2nd day.Sadly the pool area was very windy so we couldn’t use it,and the pool too cold to swim in.

Staff was nice and friendly, location quite good, room clean and big enough, good food. It is very nice that you offer all inclusive stay

we had small ants in the bathroom, water in the pool was really cold. As the hotel is on the north side and it may be quite windy, it would be nice if the swimming pools are heated.

Clean, quiet and spacious room. Spacious bathroom and especially shower. Good breakfast with many choices. 100 meters from the beach for swim.

Some spots in the room were not modern, for example the tiles in one side of the bathroom, or the little desk in the room. Also, I didn't like the bracelet that all, all-inclusive hotels put on your wrist.

Amazing,very helpful staff,kind and super friendly people in Greece in general.Our son forgot his jacket in a taxi,the driver brought it back next morning.Excellent communication and friendliness,staff are knowledgeable,very good level of customer service and readiness to help. spotlessly clean,very comfortable room with nice new bathroom (shower).Small fridge,flat screen TV,air con,lovely terrace with a view.Fantastic pool,plenty of room,baby paddling pool.plenty to chose from at meal times,Greek days,Mexican days etc.Good choice of fruit,salads,bakery and hot dishes resort is new and the grounds are well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis.Lovely stay

there is not much I didn’t like about the property but arriving after midnight with a small child in a tow and being asked to fill the sign in form online was the last thing I wanted to do.Then,we were pointed in the direction of our room,it took us some time to find it as it was dark,we were very tired and disoriented.Late arrival procedure needs to be improved. towels were not really white,more grey.It’s only a small detail,but small details is what create first impression and then great reviews. Food was not very hot sometimes,perhaps it’s worth investing in kitchen equipment,I am not the first or last customer to mention it. overall,We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again

If you’re looking for a great holiday destination on Kos all inclusive then this could be it! From the moment we arrived at Lambi Resort we felt welcome & relaxed. The staff are great, nothing is too much, they care & they give really great service. We booked for 3 nights & stayed an extra 2 nights we were so happy here. Lovely clean, spacious room, gorgeous comfy mattresses & lovely pillows. Big terrace with sun loungers table & chairs overlooking the pool & immaculately kept gardens with hammocks. All food & drinks included, just don’t know how they do it for the price, it was amazing. Buffet style so you can enjoy whatever you desire from the wide & varied choices. I am Coeliac & have other allergies so I was quite concerned about what I could eat initially but after a discussion with the chefs on the 1st day I felt much more at ease. Guided by the chefs, I have eaten like a queen & have never been ill once. I thank you all from my heart for your kind care & attention to keep me in good health! Good entertainment which we didn’t expect this late in the season. We had a great music concert, a Greek evening & a disco. There is something for everyone here, friends, couples, families & the older generation. Its all so relaxing, easy & comfortable. There is something else that made my stay at Lambi Resort so enjoyable, 6 or 7 almost resident cats…. Not begging, not a nuisance, not starving, not trying to get in your room. These cats were more therapeutic than anything else, it was so lovely being able to stroke them & sit with them & give them some little treats, they were so well mannered.Myself & lots of other guessed enjoyed their company immensely. Being from the holiday industry ourselves, we appreciated very much the concept of Lambi Resort, we feel rested, relaxed & revived…and we will be back.
