The Gaia Garden was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the place was spotlessly clean.  Our room was superb - I think that they may have been recently refurbed because they were beautiful. The first floor outside terrace for meals was lovely, and the restaurant staff were so attentive, constantly clearing plates or finding things for you.  The food was great.

There is almost nothing we didn't like - we had a wonderful holiday there. I suppose the only thing would be that it is a 10/12 minute walk down to the beach...but that is being so picky. The place is lovely.

I took my partner for a birthday holiday, and it was way beyond any expectations we both could imagine. The staff were attentive, fun and extremely caring. Even though we checked out and had to wait until the evening for our flight, we got to continue laying by the pool with the all inclusive continuing. The food was simple but varied and delicious. A BBQ was on one night and it was great. The waiters were great fun and looked after you. They threw in a Greek dance with all the guests for good measure. The room was modern, comfortable and just downright incredible. The poolside was comfortable and perfect for a lazy day and we found ourselves mainly staying there because of how good it was. I don't think you'll find a more incredible place. If you want a quiet and peaceful time away, this hotel is for you. We will be back :)

I was a little worried... It was my first visit to Greece, I'm used to Egypt, where I've been more than 10 times, like Xanadu.. but Gaia was great... We had a nice new room, in the shower I played music through the bluethoot... The food was fine too, less choice, but that's logical, if you like salads, you could mix it up nicely.. and please put mustard with breakfast!

Please add mustard to the parks for breakfast..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gaia Garden and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff that set the tone for our entire stay. The cleaners at the hotel were nothing short of amazing. Our housekeeper, Tila, was an absolute gem. She not only kept our room spotless and immaculately clean but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Her daily check-ins to see if we needed anything were a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our experience. I must also commend the exceptional service provided by the front desk agent, Xheni. When we mentioned that our flight was scheduled for later in the day, Xheni graciously arranged for a late check-out and even went the extra mile to set up a shower for us to freshen up before our departure. Her kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression on us. Thank you to the entire team at Gaia Garden for making our stay so special. We cannot wait to return in the future!

The staff are amazing, complementary red wine on arrival to your room, cleaners are spot on every day. I even received a bottle of Prosecco on my birthday! Complementary keychains when we checked out. All the staff are happy, food was very good. Layout of the hotel is stunning, it's like mini villas situated in a village. The view from our balcony was amazing, the sunrise and sunset is fantastic and we could see a small farm opposite, we stayed in room 120.

Not enough seating the the restaurant, could do with 4 more tables (16 more chairs).

Overall, it was a very good experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and attended to throughout our stay. The resort itself offered a range of amenities that ensured a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. While they might not have been as luxurious as those found in higher-rated resorts, they still exceeded my expectations and met my basic needs. One aspect that stood out was the resort's facilities. The pool was clean and inviting, offering a refreshing escape from the warm weather. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, providing a convenient and satisfying dining experience. Although the resort might not have had all the bells and whistles of a top-tier establishment, it was evident that the management had put effort into ensuring a pleasant guest experience. The customer service was attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries I had during our stay.

While the resort may not have been the epitome of luxury, it provided a solid experience that left me with a positive impression. Honestly, the worst thing for me was the bed, the mattress was to soft and bunkie boards were just falling off.

The property is beautifully maintained. Staff go above and beyond nothing is too much trouble. Excellent value for money, love the hotel

The staff are so friendly and solution-oriented that they make you feel truly special. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and the food is fresh and delicious every day. When we couldn’t get a taxi and urgently needed to catch the ferry, the lovely owner of your hotel, dear Matina, kindly drove us there herself. Many thanks to dear Matina and her team.🤍

Location,staff, decor, clientele- we feel it’s better for older travellers and not for families with young children. Staff are exceptional. Food and beverage are a great standard. Some reviewers suggest the decor is dated, we disagree, it’s of a style that suits the ambiance and layout. Rooms cleaned daily, grounds maintained well. This was our second stay and will return next year- they have many returning guests which speaks volumes-please don’t change!

Had a large lovely room but with an adjoining door, will seek to avoid that next year

We were in a newly renovated room with a view of the pool (room number 21). It is equipped as in a 5-star hotel (bluetooth mirror in the bathroom, computer in the room, smart TV...) Food was delicious and varied. We liked that there was plenty of shade around the sunbeds by the pool.

Music in the bar is sometimes too loud after 10 pm and can be heard in the rooms near the pool.
