Breakfast was very poor

Good value, staff friendly and helpful, very clean. The owner continues to make improvements. Good location to Agios Stefanos. Plenty of scooter shops nearby- then it is only 5 mins to all the lovely restaurants. And only 15 minutes to Agios Theologus restaurant on the west with the most gorgeous sunset 🌇

The pool tended to be quite crowded during the day. We took a scooter to explore all the lovely beaches - so this did not matter. The hallway that all the rooms come off can be very noisy and every room hears the noise. There is a sign up to be quiet in the hallway - perhaps guests should be reminded of this by the staff?

An excellent 2 star hotel!!! Nice room with balcony, spacious and bright. Great staff!!! Very kind and friendly!!! Good position, opposite to the beach, close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Little choice for breakfast.

We really enjoyed accommodation in this Hotel. The room was big, with big bathroom as well. Position of this Hotel isn't bad, as it's not that far to the beach. Breakfast was good, nothing special but it was more than sufficient. Staff of this hotel was really friendly. Highly recommend this Hotel :)

Some kind of electricity stuff in the lamp, as it made strange noises all the day, but aftwr some time, we just used to it.

Very nice family-run hotel in a nice and calm area in Kos. There are many returning guests, but also as a newbie you're treated in an excellent and friendly way. Guests love to sit by the pool and enjoy a drink or two until late in the evening. We used the hotel mainly as a starting point to visit the island, and I can confirm that it is very conveniently located. Parking it's easy and just in front of the hotel. In the surroundings one can find everything he needs in terms of shops and restaurants. Cleanliness is excellent, you can always see some cleaning going on, although in a discrete way. Our superior room was very spacey and well equipped, with internet access and a water boiler for tea. Fridge and a small kitchen basin is also provided.

Sound isolation could be better, but guests were very respectful and there was no noise after midnight. The area gets very quite at night, so you'll have anyway a good sleep. Breakfast can be improved: put some fresh bread and a pot with Greek yogurt and cereals/nuts/honey freely available and you'll reach perfection!

very nice renovated family room with two separate bedrooms for more privacy, nice beds and bathroom. Nice pool and children’s pool. Accommodating staff.

breakfast could have been better -different bread apart from toast, plain yogurt and cucumbers would have been nice. some tourists book sun beds early in the morning and don’t show up for 3 or more hours.

The room and the pool were very nice. The people managing the hotel are wonderful.

The bathroom would benefit from renovation. Shower curtain are always tricky.

Breakfast was fine , but room for more choice(yogurt and fruit,pastries)

Our kids really enjoyed the pool - and the area around is very nice. Easy to walk to the beach. Bus close by to Paradise Beach. The hotel is very clean (rooms, poolarea etc). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We could leave the luggage and use the pool after checkout, so nice.
