From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was simply superb. The hospitality at this hotel is truly unmatched — every single member of the staff was incredibly helpful, genuinely polite, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect holiday. It felt like the entire team was fully dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They arranged an early check-in without hesitation and even allowed us to take a shower in the evening of our departure (after the official check-out in the morning) which made a huge difference in our travel comfort. These thoughtful gestures really showed how much they care about their guests. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a charming New Mexico-inspired vibe — earthy tones, warm textures, and stylish, understated touches that created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and made for a great night’s sleep after a full day of enjoying the resort. The buffet restaurant was another highlight — the food was absolutely outstanding, with a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious dishes that changed daily. Every meal was a treat, and the service there was just as impeccable as everywhere else in the hotel. We left feeling pampered, relaxed, and deeply grateful for the incredible experience. This hotel sets a gold standard for true hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is green, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a fantastic room with a pool and sea view, which allowed us to move easily between the beach and the pool and enjoy the best of both worlds. The beach is sandy with an easy entry into the sea, truly incomparable to most of the beaches near Kardamaina, which tend to be rocky, narrow, or otherwise less inviting. Both breakfast and dinner offered plenty of variety. In short, we are strongly considering coming back.

The location is exceptional, if you are looking to disconnect and recharge. The facilities in the hotel are brilliant so you don’t need to leave, unless you want to explore. I also stayed here in July this year and there was a massive improvement in the quality of service and standards were much higher this time, I’m not sure if this was because it was quieter - it didn’t look it. Regardless, it made a massive difference to the overall experience.

Not much i can pick this time - the reception staff were quite rude and abrupt the last time, but this time around they were different, very helpful and pleasant. I am pleased to see an improvement. One drawback was there was an infestation of ants in the room, especially coming from the shower. The other drawback, was We were not all inclusive, and the quality of the soft drinks was low (poor soda stream quality) considering we were paying 3 euro for each one, I would expect a higher standard here. But these are small things considering the great experience we had. I will definitely be back

We really liked everything, it was such a relaxing stay

Minor improvements for the beach area maybe as it seems like unmanaged at the moment. A person who is there doesn’t do much at all . Sometimes it felt unclean with dirty glasses left everywhere. I wish there was a drink service at the beach too and someone collected those empty glasses during the day

We were not guided at all when we arrived : the complex is huge and some info on the restaurants available, openning time, were to find beach towels etc should have been provided We add to find everything from ourself which is not a big deal but can be improved All inclusive: not sure all incluse people are treated the same versus half board people when it comes to drinks Spa: very much overpriced - more expensive than in paris which is incredible for the region

The view was stunning. The hotel was very clean and the grounds were well kept. The food was really good even though it was a buffet. The pool and beach were really nice too.

Beds were not that comfortable for someone who likes a firm mattress. Seats on the balcony were not that comfortable.

Arrived late. Check-in was quick with complimentary drink . Since we missed dinner, a pleasant surprise awaited us - a bottle of excellent local wine, sandwiches and apples. The room is spacious with a beautiful view. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. Choice of food to suit any taste. Sunbeds on the beach are free and always available. The staff is very friendly. A wonderful hotel for relaxation. We will definitely come again

Fantastic food, place, beauty private sand beach with a lot of space between lounger, calm atmosphere thanks ONLY ADULTS, very clean spaces, very friendly employee, good bus conect to the beautiful small city Kardamenia, welcome drink, evening show, perfect beach bar with modern music

little choice of vegan (gluten free or lactose free) food, bad signal wifi, broken and small extra bed for third person (only small sofa)
