Quiet, clean, modern & spacious apartments. Very secure & well equipped with lots of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers too. Ample cooking facilities with large mugs for your brew and the mosquito nets are a great addition too. Central to everything with a fabulous pool & plenty of comfy sunbeds, being able to take your own food & drink to the pool was a massive plus. The pool is surrounded by vines with grapes growing & also has beautiful pear, lemon & lime trees ( maybe they’re one of the same haha )? Connie, Manilos ( hope that’s right) & their lovely maid - Sorry I can’t remember your name, all work very hard and ensure your stay is perfect. Nothing is too much to ask, they’re always around if needed & although the maid doesn’t speak English, she is always happy & smiling & will greet you warmly.

Nothing not to like The road outside leads straight down to the square and is quite busy as it’s a one way route so can be noisy at times, but only as the traffic turns the corner, this is by no means a complaint, the location was ideal for us.

Very very clean apartments, air conditioned, good size swimming pool, Plenty of Sun beds of which some are colour faded by the Sun, however, they are otherwise in good condition, well padded, 5 minute walk to town square, harbour, restaurants and bars. Fly screens fitted to bathroom window and patio doors. Both in excellent condition. Exactly what I was expecting of traditional Greek apartments representing excellent value for money.

Slight bit of noise from the road during the normal working day. However, very peaceful during the night. Cockerel could be heard crowing some mornings if you sleep with the patio door and window open which we do.

everything was great, we felt at home... we were very well received with our one-year-old daughter and experienced Kardamena again in that authentic feeling.. the pool, proximity to the center, proximity to the shops and the beach are simply a win.. and above all the attention, warmth and kindness of Cony and Manolis... as well as the naughty cleaners give that stamp and determination to see you again next year.. we can't wait and highly recommend the Paraschos experience.. thanks again for a fantastic vacation and magical memories for ever :)

Everything !This was my 3rd stay in 6 years,and it’s been even better every time!Connie and her husband work from morning til night cleaning ,changing rooms round,tending the pool and plants and are now extending the property !The pool is fabulous for length swimmjng not just paddling about .Paraschos is amazingly calm and peaceful considering just up from the town!

Everything. This is a small immaculate property.Each apartment overlooks pool and has a balcony.The apartments are surrounded by beautiful stone work and vines with grapes.The little tree you see in picture to right is a lemon tree were we picked our lemons for our G & T. PLenty of space and sunbeds.A gentle little place for relaxing with all the restaurants etc very close by. Quiet and serene. Little Greek church at back is so cute and like a postcard.Hope this helps .

Firstly the friendly atmosphere, next the location five minutes or less to everything, the pool plenty of sun loungers, the resort lots of things to do or just find a cosy bar or restaurant and relax.. boat trips(Zeus cruise's the best) very reasonably priced

Not much not to like it's not even worth mentioning them I think the Paraschos studios are great value for money

We were very impressed with how helpful Connie & her staff were. The size, layout & facilities in the apartment were outstanding. The swimming pool was clean & well maintained and the sun beds were very comfortable. The location of the apartment was also ideal for all the local amenities 👍

We are glad to say that there was nothing to dislike about this apartment. 👍

Location great, lovely small town, definitely work a visit when on Kos if wanting a quieter experience outside of the main Kos town. Decor of the room basic, but everything you need inside. AC great, nice balcony outside and good pool. There's only around 16 apartments so it's quiet and relaxed.

Room decor needs updating, however, you're never in the room too long so doesn't matter too much.

A very quiet place with a lovely host in Connie, it isn't often you get Wifi, a safe, and aircon all included in the price you pay. The swimming pool and area were spotless the sun loungers had parasols that worked as they should, the sunbeds were cushioned. Cleaning lady was lovely, linen was pristine, a big supermarket at the bottom of the road, the beach a stroll at about 6 or 7 minutes away along with scores of cafes, restaurants and bars that makes Kardemena what it is, we don't normally return to the same place time but definitely maybe would here, ps Connie rang us a taxi to the airport last minute, the place the people are Gems.

Peaceful, countryside setting. Apartments are spotless and cleaned daily. The pool is for the exclusive use of the apartments, with sunbeds always available. Connie and family are very welcoming and helpful. We have already booked for a return trip in 2025.
