Basic apartment, free aircon , Lovely staff. Dino helped with my case which made a huge difference as I have back problems. Maria the cleaner was great for advice, changed towels and bedding every few days. The pool area always had beds available and was quiet. No children in the pool while I was there which really suited me as felt more relaxed. Had bar snack one day - good value and tasty Very close to the town - 2 mins walk to square and sea

It was the perfect place for a perfect holiday! The room was clean and spacious with a great Aircon. The pool area was well kept with ample sun beds and the poolside bar (with food) was excellent. The team were welcoming and extremely helpful, all you had to do was ask! Last but not least, the location was amazingly central. I'm definitely going back!

There's nothing NOT to like, everything was wonderful.

This was our first visit to Zouboulia Apartments. We have travelled to many resorts on different Greek islands, and this is by far the most exceptional hotel for the money. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The hosts really couldn’t have done more for us. We were met (after a late flight) by Dino with four ice-cold bottles of water. Dino, Billy, and their mother/mother-in-law were all so lovely. We had some really great chats with them and learned a lot about the island and local politics. The lady didn’t speak English, but we were always greeted with a warm smile whenever we saw her around the apartments. It’s a real family place, and it was so lovely to see them having lunch together with their children during the day. The pool is the cleanest we’ve seen, and sunbeds cannot be reserved for more than 30 minutes, so there were always beds available. The poolside food is well-priced and delicious. Breakfast and lunch were both perfect. The maids came daily, and there was such lovely attention to detail—like laying my eye mask on my pillow and neatly stacking our small change left out on the table. The area is perfect: just a short stroll to the beach and shops, with a supermarket and an excellent bakery around the corner. I’d also like to address a previous comment about the rooms being accessible from the street. I have never stayed in a hotel or apartment that wasn’t accessible from the street in some way. The owners are there until 1 a.m., and they are literally across the road. There are also security cameras in the corridors, and we never once felt unsafe

Just returned from a fabulous 12 night stay in Zouboulia Apartments. Great value for money and the location is perfect, 2 min walk to shops/restaurants etc. Dino & Bill are great hosts and Dino's cooking is amazing! (Huge portions too). The rooms are spacious, with aircon/balcony/cooking equipment and tge apartment itself was cleaned daily to a good standard (fresh linen/towels/loo roll etc). We were able to get late checkout for €30 as we had a late flight which meant we could enjoy our last day and Dino kindly booked our taxi advance for us as they can be a bit of a nightmare on the island. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would 100% return! Thank you to Dino & Bill! - Becky & Simon

This location is strategically located in the heart of all the action in Kardamena. Cafes, pharmacy, supermarket, souvenir shops, and the beach were all located within a few minutes of walking! Despite it being situated on a busy road, noise was never an issue. The property is very well kept, clearly loved by the two kindest, most helpful hosts you could imagine. Our A/C had an issue on the first day, and it was immediately attended to within the same hour of our complaint. The pool was clean with plenty of chairs around, a bar and toilet/shower - this made it easy to freshen up to go to the airport after checkout! Overall, I highly recommend.

The rooms are very basic, e.g. no TV and limited kitchen utensils. However, there was no need for either of those, when situated in a town full of picturesque sights and incredible + affordable food. The beds were fine, a little too soft for our personal liking.

Great apartments, recently renovated and updated (we've stayed here on previous trips). All staff are very friendly and attentive. Pool bar offers drinks and a variety of snacks, all very well-priced. The location is great too, in a quiet area of town but only a couple of minutes walk to the main bars, restaurants and beaches. Also close to harbour for a selection of boat trips and bus stops and taxi rank is just around the corner.

Super welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts and staff who go that extra mile. Very high standard of cleanliness maintained in rooms and all public areas of this establishment. Nice powerful showers worth mentioning. The quality, freshness and presentation of the food (and drinks!) served at Dinos Pool Bar is amazing. Dinos is a very talented cook and I highly recommend a lazy day by the pool enjoying breakfast and/or lunch on site. The location of Zouboulia is perfect. You are just a very short stroll from pretty much everything - a fully stocked supermarket, the village square, the harbour with all of it's amazing eateries and boat trips, the beach, many bars and lots of interesting shops.

Genuinely can't come up with anything that I didn't like.

Booking with Dino was so easy and non fussy, I booked the wrong dates compared to our flights but Dino sorted it for me and reassured me that we were able to stay an extra day and he would sort it out for me. Location is fantastic, pool area was so clean, Maria our cleaner did an amazing job keeping our room clean and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The beds could be higher more, they are quite low which was annoying for us but I can understand how other people would struggle with this

Nice clean room, there was everything we needed. Aircon was working fine and was included in a price, in some places you have to pay separately. We were a bit afraid of a noise from the street (right on the opposite side is karaoke bar), but balcony door were cancelling all the noise. We recommend this accomodation :)

Centrally located, clean apartment. Beautiful and quiet pool area with one of the nicest pools we've had. The cafe bar serves fab breakfasts and lunches. All staff really friendly. Excellent air conditioning and now the safes are in the room which was great. Big fridge. Big screen in the bar area. Hope to come back next year.

Beds a bit hard but we got used to them.
