The hosts were amazing and very friendly, could not do enough to make the stay a great one. Air con was brilliant in the room and reception and nice a nice pool bar area.

The swimming pool is tiny and very few sun loungers can be fit around it, this is not a huge problem if you are happy as we were to travel out to other pools, 5 min walk Cleopatra hotels with a pool you can use as long as your buying drinks or food, also Pete's Kool Pool which is a 10 minute has the best pool area in the area and serves drinks and food and you can always get a sun lounger here.

We paid for breakfast but did not have it. Very very poor choice. The hotel and room was spotless 100%. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. Amazing people.

Lots of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel stay, definitely every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations! Family run hotel, Brothers George & David are amazing, all staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, especially George. My husband and I left my suitcase at Kos airport, but I wasn’t sure if it would be there or in the taxi! George contacted most everyone in the island to find out where it was. After the long travels looking for the suitcase, he welcomed us with a big smile and two pints! Never making you feel like you’re asking for too much, generously we felt all his effort and caring about the guests! He is absolutely wonderful human being! The facility is lovely with beautiful architecture and detail. Our bedroom was very pleasant, it was perfectly cozy and clean, also very spacious balcony! Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied (Yogurt, eggs, bread, cheeses, fruits, nuts, juices, etc). The location is great very near to the beach, restaurants, bus and taxi stations! I would highly recommended to family, friends and we would definitely go back!

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Such a great atmosphere. The hotel was nice and clean and had all the facilities needed (comfy beds). The pool, reception and bar staff were very friendly. You could tell it was a family run hotel as there was warmth in the way your were greated and the stay really did go out of their way to make our stay a good one. The food was good. The resort itself doesnt stay open very late, but the hotel bar does and it was great being able to come back to the hotel to drink and have a laugh without having to be quiet. Geórgios and Demetris had a lot of patience putting up with us 3 over the weekend. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

We stayed stayed in the odler style apartment room, which could do with updating but it was clean and for the price we paid they were fine. The beds were comfy.

Could not have asked for anything more. After being stranded in the airport at 10pm due to flight cancellation, we quickly booked this hotel as it was only a 5-10 minute drive away. We rang the hotel to check it was ok to arrive in the middle of the night and they couldn't have been more helpful. Arrived around midnight, had help taking bags to the rooms, and got us a drink. Offered to order in some food for us as the kitchen had closed. The hotel was absolutely stunning! Apparently a family run hotel too! Great atmosphere with music in the bar. The rooms were amazing and very modern and clean. The beds so comfy and a lovely continental breakfast in the morning. We didn't get the chance to use the pool but we used the lovely little park for the kids. The location is great, a lovely sandy beach a short walk, crystal clear waters and we saw a nice Sunday roast around the corner. No time to try it though! The hotel were so accommodating and allowed us to wait around the lobby while awaiting our new flight. They were able to offer a later checkout when the flight got delayed even more, but this wasn't needed in the end! The hotel gave us their card and said to ring directly if we encountered any more problems. We are hoping to return for a proper stay next time!

That we didn't get to stay longer!

The accommodation was great and exceeded our expectations. The hotel area was clean and it was obvious that they take care of the hotel. We would definitely like to come back here again.

The springs in the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, because they pressed when sleeping.

Comfortable room about 4 minute walk to small sandy beach with sunbeds and good snorkeling along jetties on each side of beach at bar ”Marsali Caffè Dal 1974”. Very simple but adequate breakfast with decent machine coffee by the pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for comfort and short walk to nice beach. Nice restaurant by pool with good prices and selection. Pork or chicken souvlaki (3 sticks) with salad, chips, pita, tzatziki and small salad for 8 Euro. Bathroom nice with baskets in shower for products and adequate space around basin for things. Bigger supper market and mini market nearby. I would probably choose this hotel as so comfortable but request a room with good wifi since we use it for communication and entertainment

Loud music from pool all day. Worst, wifi did not work at all so I could not use my laptop in room 204. I had to go to lobby where it was very good.

David was amazing and very accommodating! We missed our connecting flight to Athens and found this hotel to stay at in Kos. It is only about a 10 min car ride away. When we arrived all restaurants were closed for the night. David called a take out order in for us and was so nice! We sat in the bar area, which was a great and lively environment, until our food order came. David also arranged for a taxi to pick up is from the hotel and drop us off at the airport. The room was very clean and if we ever go back to Kos we will definitely be staying there again! I highly recommend!

What do I like Everything, it sounds crazy but its just perfect the family run hotel makes you feel part of there family it's just so special they are so welcoming and very attentive there is nothing too much for them to make your stay amazing well done agrelli I now understand why people keep going back and I've spoken to them some 30 years plus its just amazing love you guys and its only our first stay though it was three time this year lol can't stay away try it for yourself you will not be disappointed
