Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel looked lovely and well maintained. Has a nice lounge, games area with 2 pool tables

Our first room had 2 single beds and was a little dated. We asked to move rooms which had a double bed and after a couple of days was moved to a more upgraded room which had a double bed. The bathroom was lovely but the water pressure was very hit and miss and a few days had no hot water at all to be able to shower but was offered another room just to have a shower so all well in the end.

Hotel is close to main village and the beach. Apartment was nice and big and we had a sea view which is always lovely.

The beds were way too soft. I woke with a back ache every day. Our toilet didn't always flush, my husband had to keep removing the lid to make it fill up. It would also be a good idea to allow the electric be on when out of the room. Not so you can leave the Aircon on but so you can charge a tablet while out or for the fridge to stay on. The photos on booking.com were not the same apartment. We had an older apartment but the photos were for a more renovated room.

Good position for all the restaurants and bars and the beach . Clean rooms very modern

I stayed in the smaller part of the complex . Thought the room was a funny shape . Was long and narrow . Could not open the balcony door fully as the bed was in the way which was a bit strange . I was expecting a twin room but got a large double bed and a single bed . Wasn’t a problem . But was thinking it was quite small room overall. It was fine gir 2 person . Also I think they need to get a new coffee machine as it was very slow and held up the queue quite a bit at breakfast .

We loved this hotel, all the staff were fantastic, always helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, pool was a good size, lots of sunbeds , bar well stocked up. A short walk to the beach, supermarkets and bars and restaurants with a great one next door to the hotel.. Wonderful holiday 100% relaxing, great hotel, beautiful location, plenty of sun...*****

Really couldn't find fault with anything.. The beach is what it is, small but very clean and plenty of sunbeds.

Nice Hotel well placed to walk into the town, nice swimming pool, excellent breakfast,Modern room with good en-suite shower.

Bed was to low,and a real pain to get past the end of the bed and the wall with a TV on it which was mounted on a false wall with lighting behind it. The Mattress was in a wooden frame had they supplied regular beds you may have been able to get past the end of the bed with out walking side ways like you were trying to walk a tightrope. This just may have been in the odd room in our block.

Amazing location and great breakfast

We were put in an outdated studio on the first night when we had booked a new double room and not a studio. This was rectified by the second staff member, however, we still had to stay in a studio (slightly newer though) for our first night. Not the best start when it is the middle of night but we were looked after and changed room after our lovely breakfast in the hotel.

We had a room on the second floor facing the ocean. The room was clean and modern, fully renovated! The balcony faced palm trees and had nice separators between the other balconies, giving it a sense of privacy. The poolside was the ideal size—neither too crowded nor too boring or deserted, with some music playing in the background! The barkeeper was very friendly and made great cocktails for us (not the watery ones you get in Kos old town!). The beach, where the beach bars begin, is only one minute away—just one street over and you are there. You can either enjoy some alone time or walk another minute to where the beach bars start one after the other. We did not expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised and wished we could have stayed longer to calm down and relax. We read that it can be a little noisy, but that wasn't much of an issue for us. The balcony, cleanliness and renovations outweighed the noise. Breakfast was also included—it wasn't the biggest selection, but it made for a fun little morning activity beside the pool. Again, it wasn't a priority for us since we had lunch plans. I would stay again, 10/10.

The property was well located and exceptionally clean. The breakfast staff worked extremely hard making sure the breakfast was always flowing. The reception staff were extremely helpful as were the all the staff in the property. The cleaning staff worked very hard to maintain the excellent clean rooms etc.

Maybe a small room just to change when going home rather than a very hot small toilet.

Staff were absolutely amazing and work so hard to make sure everyone are catered for. Friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic, hadn't realised breakfast was included and was always fresh and delicious and lots of choice. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. Air conditioning was working well and well needed. Location was perfect a little way out of the busy stretch but close enough if needed.

Hotel, location,the staff were just amazing and so friendly, they truly made our holiday.just a short 5 minute walk into the main square, hitel was only minutes a3ay from the shops and the harbour,place was just fantastically located, the breakfasts were superb, the food from the cafe/bar during the day was good or if not better than the restaurants, service was exceptional, from happy and friendly staff litrelly nothing was to much trouble. Couldnt of asked for more so much so we booked for next year before we left

There isn't much you couldn't dislike for the price we all thought it was what we payed for tbh
